      If I could Id rate 0 stars I ordered a phone thru boost it cost me *******. This was ordered January 31st. *** lost it! I keep calling boost and *** but continually get sent back and forth its March 5 I still havent received my money or a phone and every time I ask whats going on its the refund is being processed or you will have your refund in 3 days its been over a month and Im trying to get a hold of corporate no one has a number for them Im changing providers Ive been a customer for 4 years.

      I think Boost Mobile is a scam! My husband and I have had our cell phone service with them since 2017. This isn't the first complaint I've had, but it is the first time I'm posting about their terrible service. I was under the impression that Dish Network in ************* is the owner of Boost Mobile. I called Dish to convey the problems I'm having with Boost, the customer service rep. said they didn't own it! Who do I believe, or who can I get in touch with to relay my disappointment about their fraudulent actions. After paying our monthly bill this morning, and receiving confirmation of payment, Boost sent out a text message 2 hours later to inform us we needed to make a payment. My husband called and made another payment, not knowing that I had already paid our bill. So, that's 2 payments they received! When I called Boost Mobile customer service, the agent was not very helpful. I explained the situation, and she did apologize, yet told me she would have to file a refund request, which would take a few days, then after review, if my claim was approved it would take up to 10 business days to show back in my account. I questioned why Boost sent both me and my husband another text stating we owed a payment.. after They sent us a text saying they received payment! Totally absurd that I put out $174.00 for such ineptness on Boost Mobile Service. If I had that kind of money I certainly wouldn't be a Boost customer! Now I'm out $87.00!! And.. could really use that right now. Boost Mobile SHAME ON YOU! I had to give a star to post this, however, they certainly don't deserve one!

      I'm a new costumer. I bought a cellphone online, but I received not the one I ordered, I called costumer service, they told me that they are going to email me a ticket number, but I never received one, now they keep telling me that already has 10 days of the phone purchase, and can't give me my money back. SCAM.

      They are robbing people of their money, fake insurance on devices and false customer customer service with people across seas working in their house, years ago the service was great now its a phone you would by from a criminal. They continue to take people's money and will not provide the service you pay for. No accountability and is forever asking you for personal information. They truly are a scam beat me out of hundreds of dollars paying for insurance and nothing, never even got reimbursed for having to pay out of pocket for another device, the insurance company is a scam you never have insurance and they will never take accountability for you you paying insurance extra on your bill every month / they are robbing people literally, I am filing a lawsuit and reporting Boost mobile to the better business bureau. Do not give these people your money. It is a scam. Peruod

      I have been a Boost Mobile customer for over a year. In November 2023, they offered me a discounted device, which I purchased on November 23rd. After receiving it, I called to activate it but kept my existing SIM card per their instructions. However, on February 16th, Boost Mobile charged me full price for the device. I immediately called customer service, who said a system error occurred during activation that had not properly linked the device to my number. They promised to escalate the issue and resolve it within ***** hours. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Over the next 10 days, I made multiple calls spanning several hours to try and resolve this issue that stemmed from a technical error on Boost Mobiles end. I spoke with various agents and specialists who all assured me they would fix it, but the improper charge remained. On my final call on Feb 26, the manager ***** (ID CY5) dismissively said I was charged full price because the device was never activated properly. Despite explaining the full timeline and previous assurances, she showed no concern and said I could complain to whoever because she did not care. I tried explaining I had been explicitly told during earlier interactions not to reactivate the device since it was already showing active in their system. The specialists had also supposedly escalated the issue, so reactivation should have been unnecessary. In summary, despite countless calls and wasted time speaking to numerous representatives, I have been unable to get this improper charge removed or receive any satisfactory resolution for an issue caused by Boost Mobiles technical error.She did confirmed my calls for the past 10 days and mentioned she see the noted written by other people who answered my calls.Thank you.Regards ******,

      I borrowed my phone to whom I thought was a friend but they ended up telling me to f*** off when I asked for my phone back now they sold the sim card to someone and gave them my number to keep f****** withe. I called boost 3 times to have that 2md line disconnected but they put a request in saying it would be disconnected on the 27th is been since the 15th that someone has been using a number under my name and BoostMobileOne claims they cannot/will not disconnect the service until the 27th I even switched and ported my number to a different company but boost left that basically stolen line open to keep f****** with me until the 27th WTF! How is what Boost Mobile One doing not illegal. It under my name I want that number to not be able scam people talk s*** to me or others and 4 reps basically said to live with it. Like seriously. I want Boost Mobile fined or something. If I want a number on my account to not work how is that not ****% my right?

      I have been trying to order a new phone for over a month now. called customer service and was told they would get the glitch in the system fixed this was now two weeks ago. still cant order a phone. when you call in to customer service they are getting the same glitch and cant order on there end as well. told again a ticket to fix was placed and should be fixed in 24hours. well 2months and still no way to order a new phone. Was told today to drive to my nearest boost store. ****** is temporarily closed and so is Springfield. which are both a 2 hour drive in bad weather one way. This is bad business! I pay almost 100 bucks for two lines and two phones that need replaced. Call customer service to fix my phone and was told they don't know how and to order a new one. Which I have been trying to do. So I am paying for service I can barely us.

      For 75 dollars a month, you'd think that you would get unlimited data. But I was capped at 50gigs. I play PUBG and listen to spotify everyday. Which is why I used up the 50 gigs two weeks into February. They capped me and now I can't play PUBG without serous problems in the game mud match.

      I am longtime customer of ********************. I opened my account in 2015 and have been a customer from then till now. This morning I made a payment through the app they have available. After making the payment I noticed I was actually charged 4x with the one payment I made. I immediately call customer service to explain and was told it was no problem rest assured, money will be refunded by end of day today. Now here we are end of day, still no refund. So I call customer service again where I am now being told that I am lying about the 3 extra payments as they cant see them in their system and that I must dispute any charges with my bank. I asked about my earlier conversation with a Rep and was givin a runaround. I expressed my frustrations in a calm way to the manager. If I had even been told in my morning conversation I would need to contact the bank I would have done so and this could be all cleared up already, but I wasnt told that. The manager I spoke to stated the only thing he could do was offer an apology on behalf of boost mobile. This company clearly does not care to help their customers when their systems glitch and do not mind losing customers. I certainly will be moving to a different carrier but am so frustrated with them that I wanted to put this situation out there. I can only imagine how many others something like has happened to.

      I purchased a phone from boost mobile on January 22 **** online and never received it and boost mobile will not give me a refund I can't talk to no one everyone is overseas there is a language barrier no one understands can someone anyone help me it's no numbers to call this is ridiculous
