      Not open during what they say is open hours. Couldn't reconnect our phones on same plan when I pay them all. Really disappointed. Been with them for over 10 years

      PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT, DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES WITH THEM, THEY ARE FRAUD, SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL, PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, BOOST MOBILE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ALL THEY WANT IS FOR YOU TO BE TIED AND NO OPTION, WE BOUGHT NEW PHONES FROM THEM W/ NEW LINES AND PAID IN FULL FOR ALL THE PHONES WE DO NOT OWE THEM ONE ***** AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO UNLOCK OUR DEVICES, WE WANT TO CHANGE PROVIDER BECAUSE THE NETWORK SERVICE IS REALLY ******, PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL LITERALLY WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE ALL OF THEIR REPS TRANSFER CALLS FROM ONE TO ANOTHER AND THERE IS NEVER A SOLUTION, PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM, PLEASE. HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, ALTHOUGH PRICES ARE REALLLY CHEAP IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL.

      Bought 2 phones from boost mobile they were promotional one a apple other a ******* I specifically asked are these refurbished phones they said no new the apple phone the volume was broken and the ******* was blank with a white cord what the h*** I told her these have to be refurbished , she exclaimed NO Worst of all I paid taxes on full face value of the phone so they collected taxes on these phones before it was hundreds of dollars of taxes because they claim the phones were new what a major SCAM!!!

      The smartass tech last time made my connection issues to be my fault since I used up my data. The guy in store sells me this phone said boost made phone will help my connection issues. This phone brand new and the charger it came with doesn't even charge it. Plus the connection issues are worse than ever. THE **** WAS JUST PAID MY DATA IS FRESH AND I STILL HAVE MAJOR INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEMS. HALF THE **** CANT LOG ON AND WHEN I AM ON I GET KICKED RIGHT OFF. Same issues for years now. Everytime I try to get them fixed it never has worked. I have been loyal to boost for awhile now. Spent tons of money for service with constant problems and no connection to internet. Is it so complicated to provide the service you claim and I pay for. Really lost tons of business and online sales because of this. I WILL BE CHANGING SERVICE IF THIS CANT BE CORRECTED AND I GET THE SERVICE I PAY YOU FOR

      Purchased a "deal" online. They said they wouldn't charge my card until I put the sim in my phone and activated it---that was a lie, they charged me right away. The very next day my account showed up as ACTIVATED on their website, but the *** hadn't even shipped yet. They also issued a new phone number when they were supposed to be activating my current number. Called customer service--no help, and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor.I finally get the ***. The first step is to enter the *** ID on the website. I did this repeatedly and kept getting that the number was not recognized. Called them the next day--again, they check the ***, and tell me that the *** doesn't work on their network. WHY WOULD THEY SHIP OUT **** THAT THEY KNOW DON'T WORK ON THEIR NETWORK??? I told them to cancel my account and refund my money (as I had never activated the phone or used the service) and they refused to issue a refund. Told me I'd have to contact my bank. WORST experience ever with customer service. They could have had a new customer for life, but instead they choose to lie, ship out non-working products, and steal my money. I'll be posting this experience everywhere I can to discourage people from switching to Boost.

      Nightmare from the very beginning! I ordered a new iPhone 15 thru 3rd party, Amazon, and set up new service to have transferred from Cricket to Boost Infinite. I received phone and began to set up new service on 12/13/2023. It took over 6 hours of my day to set up over the phone with their account mgmt team. They were unsuccessful at getting an eSim delivered to my phone and it took forever. I signed up for a $60 per month plan so that I could upgrade to the new release of iPhone every year. All was well until February 10th 2024. Instead of receiving my $60 bill, I received an email that stated "Congratulations! You own your iPhone 15!". I panicked and went to my checking account to see that a transaction of $878.00 had been processed from Boost Infinite, paying off my phone. This was not a charge I was expecting, nor had I budgeted for as a single mom. Called Boost and was on the phone FOREVER trying to get it all figured out. Needless to say, they opened ticket after ticket and all it did was s**** up my actual phone, until I was locked out of it in "SOS" mode. I get another email that says to call Boost for assistance. Kind of hard to do when you no longer have phone service and Boost Infinite does not allow WiFi calling to make calls. So my phone no longer works, and I have no way of calling. . I have to use their online "chat" function to get anywhere with them. It escalated from there. No phone and now my number that I had for almost 20 years, is in limbo. I dealt with that issue for 5 days and then finally jumped ship, leaving for another provider. I had to use a new number for almost 2 weeks while Boost Infinite tried to figure out the disaster that created. Then to add insult to injury after disconnecting from Boost, they bill me for a month of service. I have been practically begging for that refund and now I am getting now where. You call them, they open a ticket, nothing gets resolved. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! Biggest mistake ever!

      I naught a phone with them last year. Their service is horrible and the cheat on the app all the time with my account. I called yesterday for them to unlock my phone because Im looking to go else where. They said they will not until 8 months from now. I paid for the phone in full. I have no contact with them. Can you please help me?

      I have been a Boostmobile customer since 2008 I have been with them through several **************** I have had the same phone number all that time! I want to sell my old iPhone that I purchased from Boostmobile but Boostmobile wont unlock my imei because it was recently purchased by dish network several months ago & their records only go back thus far my 2 phones that I want unlocked were purchased from boostmobile every time I call they tell me theyre going to unlock my phone & dont customers shouldnt be penalized for companies inadequate records keeping no one will buy a Boostmobile locked phone I should be able to sell my phones without this type of problem!!
