      Dear Boost Infinite,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with both the billing and the customer service I've received from your company. I initially acquired your services under the impression that my monthly bill would be $60. However, I have been consistently charged over $80 per month. This is not only disappointing but also a breach of the initial agreement made at the start of our contract. Further, I attempted to resolve this matter by contacting your customer service. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The representative I spoke to was incredibly rude, making fun of my English accent instead of addressing my concerns. This is an unacceptable behavior that does not reflect well on Boost Infinite's commitment to its customers.I kindly request that my billing issue be rectified as per our initial agreement, and that appropriate action be taken against the representative who behaved inappropriately. I believe in Boost Infinite's ability to rectify this situation and continue to provide quality services.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      I think they need to hire someone else for the *************** **. Site. The young lady that was there was multi tasking/messing up. She had my new phone going, and had been working on it for thirty minutes. Another lady came in with two kids she wanted phones for. Instead of sending her to the other lady that was doing absolutely nothing, she started working on their phones too. Now she had four phones she was working on. Mine, the lady's two kids, and hers. She was talking to a female (she had the phone on speaker) about their plans for that night. She was texting someone else at the same time. They sent her a picture, I tried to see it, but she covered it with her hand. I found out later she had given me a new number. She lied and said that I asked for a new number. I had to pay $90 dollars for something that was her fault.

      I ordered an iPhone 12 for $199.99 and was charged $670. The company refused to cancel the order, even prior to the product shipping. They fraudulently overcharge customers regularly.

      Boost mobile got me for 50$ and no type of phone service... I've been calling them for a week straight and they have not yet fixed the issue... or refunded the money

      I was an existing customer before they started throttling "unlimited" high speed data after 35 gb used and then began being throttled without any notification when the companies changes took place which is illegal. Another illegal thing they currently practice is a message in the boost one app says for being a loyal customer you receive ************************* coins for remaining a loyal customer every 3 billing cycles, It's been nearly a year and i've never received that incentive once which is yet again false deceptive and illegal advertisement. Their customer service representatives are trained to give you the run around spinning you in circles blaming you and your cell phone itself for all of the problems you will experience with this company. Even before you reach your gigabyte cap you will be de-prioritised and throttled no matter how much you're paying them. I think there should be a class action suit filed against this company for the fraudulent false advertisement, and mental anguish suffered by their consumers. It all comes down to corporate greed and they've blatantly crossed over the line into out right corruption.

      My fiance tried to get a replacement phone from them at the store locations in Mesquite and *************. The store and customer service number strung her along for about a week. It just seems like they don't want to sell phones very badly. It ended with them literally chasing her, a customer, away to Spectrum. Place is a joke.

      I have been with Boost for 10 years without issue. However I am now frustrated and disappointed. I had an upgrade and bought the new Celero5g plus from the boost mobile app. When trying to activate the new SIM card that I bought was they weren't able to activate new SIM card because of a network issue. Told to use my old one, and which I didn't want to do because it's damaged and sometimes says no SIM card in phone. It's been almost a month and they keep telling it's being escalated and I have to wait. Yesterday I decided to just put the old SIM card in my new phone just so I can use what I paid for and to add insult to injury now my phone can't receive text or phone calls. Guess what another Network error that is being escalated. I never thought I would leave Boost, but they have now lost a loyal customer.

      Order an IPhone on for $199.99 for my son and use it on another boost mobile line. Months later I was billed a whooping $600. If I use the phone on an outside service provider I would understand but the phone was still used on another boost mobile account that I pay for smh. ******* here I come.

      The service is absolutely garbage, they refused to release the number I had for almost 6 years because I refused to stay with them. The operator on the other end was asking me questions they didn't need to. It took the metro pcs woman to at least get my husband's number transferred but they absolutely refused to give me mine, which I brought over from straight talk. Beware of the network companion they have on your phone, it's an invasion of privacy. Way too many permissions for what its supposed to be used for.

      Ive been with boost mobile for over 6yrs. I ve had the same number for over 10yrs, I actually came to boost with my number. 4months ago I called in to boost for technical problem, I got a lil frustrated with the rep I was speaking to. I told him he couldnt help me, he some choice words for me so I hung up. Then like about 8hrs later I realized my phone number had been changed without my authorization. So I called boost customer service back, spoke with a manager and they said they fix it they put a ticket in. Its been 4 going on 5months and I still havent got my number back. This number was connected to my business, my job, family members who are out of state and the country had this number. Ive never ever experienced nothing like this, and its not being fixed I just keep getting the run around!
