      I have been with Boost Mobile since 2010 and in all that time I have tried my very best not to need anything from this company but they have gone too far with this. Back in Nov 2023 I added a $10 reoccurring 2 gig data pack to my account. In December I turn it off by calling into there customer service department. After she reassured me that i would no longer be charged I paid for Dec 2023 and Jan 2024 bill. In Feb 2024 I noticed my account went up $10. I tried to call the company to figure out why my balance went up without warning. But to my surprise the customer service number did not and would not connect me to an agent. I tried for two days with no avail. The same issue happened in March. Recently i received a text message stating that my new ******************* would be $61.23 from the $71.23 that i was charged the two pervious months. I call today to get clarification and i was told that some how the reoccurring $10 data charge was on my account and it was deactivate as of recent. I explained to this woman that I have not needed to add data to my account for months now and I did not change anything on my account. In addition to that none of this information was on my the website, the app or the automated customer service system. I know this may seem small but this is not the first time they have taken extra money and claimed it was my fault. Do not worry i will never come back.

      We got my brother a phone from this company and there was a great signal so I decided to change over our other 3 cellphone plans to Boost Infinite on the 3rd, because my Consumer Cellular plan was starting over the next day. So I called to start switching our phones over. The girl told me that she was having problems with the system and things were taking a little longer to switch over. Okay. We stayed on the phone for a long time trying to get these activated. I told her that I wanted to get the iPhone deal on my daughters line. She was afraid of trying to order the phone because of the system being slow. So she suggested that I call and do it the next day. So I waited until the next day. She charged me $75 something and ordered the phone. I got a tracking number. Then the day I checked it, it said it was being returned to the sender. My daughter got a text message with a second tracking number. And it did the same thing. So I call and talk to someone and they said that there was a security warning and they cant send another phone until I email: B and C risk management.So I did that, thinking about how weird that seemed. They wouldnt give me anyone to talk to. They said to email them and I should hear something back quickly. I am attaching some emails for your review. So I go by what they said to do and call again to order the phone. So now they upped my cellphone plan on my daughters line to $60. And we should already have a phone by that time. Well we didnt. So I called again a few days later. She told me the warning was still on the account and we would have to call **** Wednesday or Thursday to see if it had changed. So we call on Thursday and I finally started to throw a fit. I wanted to talk to someone that could actually help me. They couldnt provide that. He said that he was getting in contact with their IT department and I would hear from them within 48. Still dealing with them. Not finished yet. They charged my account $217. That I did not owe

      Boost Infinite service is terrible... I could never get a **************** in my home and I called Boost Infinite multiple times about the issue. They couldn't even help me with setting up wifi calling... every time I entered the service address for wifi calling it would give an error. Long story short I purchased a iPhone 15 pro *** which I was making payments towards. They wont take the phone back and credit me the charge for the phone. They expect me to buy the phone which can only be used through Boost Infinite.

      Absolutely worthless to have a boost plan. I have had nothing but problems since I have had my 2 phones. I can't call, when I am able to talk to someone it is very distorted and most of the time they can't even hear me at all. I have went in the store and they have called and I have called myself and all that "gets done" is a mobile reset that Absolutely never fixes the problem. I Absolutely DO NOT recommend Boost to anyone. It is a Absolutely horrible service, customer service is NEVER any help and then hangs up on you when questioning them.

      I left boost mobile on December 21 2023 my number was transferred to another cell phone carrier Boost mobile has been taking money out my account for 3 months now and they dont want to give me a refund I never signed up for automatic payments so I decided to look at my bank statement and saw Boost mobile been taking monthly payments I live on a fixed income also what can I do to get my refund also the representative was rude now all of a sudden when I contacted Boost mobile about the situation they took me off of automatic payments it is weird I have proof from my new cell phone carrier that my number was ported over on December 21 2023

      Purchased phone plans and phones after checking the coverage area. I'm in ********* not out in the country somewhere. Service and phones worked fine for almost 2 weeks then the issues started; unable to make calls, dropped calls, no texting. Spent hours on a friend's phone (our 2 phone didn't work) with tech support.Three times of getting thru hours of the we were transfered to Advanced Tech Support, advised us to "Be Patient " it may take 1 - 2 weeks. "Be Patient" after 3 attempts to seek help equals 6 weeks. The last round of calling we went through the usual telling 4 people all the history of issues and dates. After proving their excuses do not make sense, the Advanced tech came straight and told me there is nothing they can do. I asked so how do we resolve this. His only recommendation was to "Be Patient " and may be sometime in the future they can fix the problem. That recommendation was exactly the recommendation we got when we explained to the woman was doing are cancelation. I reminded her we have "Been Patient" for 6 weeks. Then informed that can cancel them as a provider but cannot return our unusable phones due a 30 day policy. It matter that their working on the issues and Being Patient went beyond 30 days with no resolution. Our being patient is now hurting us. No refunds - No returns - No exceptions. Completely unfair. Why didn't they explain there was nothing they could do? Or at least inform us we are nearing the 30 day policy.They had plenty chances. Terrible support - no customer service!!

      Boost is a horrible company. I bought an iphone15 from them in October 2023. It took more than a month for them to get it working. I signed up for their Boost Unlimitied + plan at that time. Six months later, they still have not been able to get this plan to work on my phone. About two months ago, in their attempt to fix my issues, I completely lost all mobile data. They have not been able to resolve my issues and will not let me speak to anyone who might be able to help. This is a phone company who is not able to get my phone to work. I speak to a case manager at least weekly and no employee has been able to help. I can't imagine why these issue has persisted for so long.

      So I bought a applied for the iPhone infinite plan and I didnt activate my service until March 6 so tomorrow April 6 should be 30 days but I called them and they said nope its not its from the day that I received the phone, not activated it, but it should be my start date should be activated. Even the lady said so, so they lied to me and theyre in the wrong.
