      Boost Mobile sells used phones as new phones.You will have to pay for the return shipping.You will be still paying for the service while you don't have a phone.This company is the worst.

      0 Stars, I brought a phone was never told I would be locked into a year contract. Didn't sign a thing. Gave them my ID purchased a cheap $75iphone. Tried to switch to metro and couldn't because my sim was still locked even though I received my account number and transfer pin and was told I was good to go. I talked to an agent that told me restart my phone. It didn't work then I was finally after being lied to by 3 representatives was told the real reason which is I couldn't switch until a year was up but i could lower my bill I go to lower my bill to $15 I go to lower my bill and you have to pay 3months in advance which is $45, The coverage ***** the plans are too expensive the scam calls are OUTRAGEOUS. now I have to buy another phone because I refuse to stay with an lying corrupt money hungry company like boost. They only teach there agents to say Im sorry Im sorry Im sorry no actual help.

      Great afternoon. Well where do I start. I purchased 3 phones from here, the one I picked for my own it has been a nightmare I had to return it for 3 different replacements just to find out the last phone was a fake with no genuine Apple parts. I purchased apple care for all 3 phones sent mine to apple for it to be repaired just to find out no apple parts in the phone its a fake. Now I wonder if any of the phones I purchased have real Apple parts. Sad I will never purchase from this location or from Boost as a whole ever again. ??

      I KEEP TRYING to update my dads phone online , I have all his info and when I go to checkout it always gives me the error Error occurred while submitting the order data. Error was 'An issue occurred while processing the order. If you see a pending charge with your bank, rest assured the request to reverse this has already been sent. If you have further questions, please email. I called boost mobile like 3 times and chatted with them about 3 times too and they have escalated to he problem but yet nothing has been resolved. I emailed the email on file as well and no answer has been given to me and it has been 5 days. I just want to make the purchase , Im not sure why this is becoming such a problem. This ***** especially since I cant call someone to escalate the problem and the email has not been answered in over 5 days! This is such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      They r the worst service I've ever had. 3 weeks with no phone. But still paid my bill. Tried to get a new phone but something wrong with their system. For 3 weeks. The merchant near me took my sim card out but never put it back. So now gotta buy a new one of those to. I am done with them. I am switching. Don't use boost. I have never had to go through so much c*** in my life.

      I switched from ******* to Virgin mobile in 2008 when the refused to give smart phones without smart plans. Virgin mobile merged all customers on to Boost in 2020 (I believe). I have had nothing but a positive experience. **************** reps who almost all know what they're doing, apps and website that easily break down and show phone, bill, and usage information. Service is spotty sometimes, but it's the best price in the market. My wife spent week long episodes arguing with ******* about billing, then phone replacement, then service interruption. Hours, everyday, for weeks on each of the issues. She recently switched to boost and other than spotty service issues (because she travels for work quite a bit she loves the service and experience.

      Terrible customer service.I ordered a new phone. Without asking what address to send it to, they automatically put an old address on the order. I received a phone 3years ago from them, and it went to my current address. I called asked to have it corrected and they said they couldn't do that. They could not issue a refund either. They gave false information over the phone to have rerouted through ups,by calling them. *** can't do that. Each one of them told me to call each other. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem. I got no results. So now my phone is going to wrong address, and there is nothing I can do about it. Their business is commiting fraudulently. I have read other complaints similar to mine, and I will have to fight for myoney back, or file a claim through my bank. They actually told to stand outside and look for the driver. This is ridiculous. They should not remain in business. If I could give a 0 percent rating, I would. The people there are uniformed, and according to them, they presented the issue with their so called team. They did absolutely nothing. I have been with them for 14 years. That means absolutely nothing to them. I am going to try the corporate office tomorrow. Hopefully I will get some help there.

      I have been with Boost Mobile for quite a few years without issues. Then, starting in December of 2023, every time I have gone to pay my bill, I get automatically enrolled in Autopay. First, I was told it was an I.T. issue, that they were updating their system and this caused a glitch. Then I get told that it is me, that I keep pressing the Autopay button, and "would I like to leave it as it would be much more convenient for me". This is extremely annoying. If I am not aware of this auto-nonsense, I would be paying twice in one month. I feel like this is just a scam that Boost Mobile is doing, trying to force their customers to do Autopay. Today, 4/17/2024, finally I was told by someone at Boost Mobile that they were going to investigate why the second I click on to make payment, it defaults to Autopay.

      So we know that Boost Mobile do not give us any extension. I brought two phones through Boost Mobile and I just purchased another one so that is three devices. My job messed up my paycheck so I decided to go to Xfinity come to find out my phone is locked even though I pay cash. They are saying that I am in a 12 month contract. I have not signed any documentation and the salesman did not notify me that you are signing a contract or you are locked in with us for 12 months or the devices locked in for 12 months, be careful on Boost Mobile boots Mobile do not care about the people life happens. Sometimes we need help until the next pay period so are you one of those people that really doesnt have support like that do not come to Boost Mobile Xfinity mobile is the best T-Mobile ******* wireless in **** in order?
