      Boost is horrible bad service reception dropped calls and people who work for boost are just as bad and don't forget you pay for 30 days use is cause I canceled after making a payment just 10 days before and they refused to refund the rest of my money never again boost is the worst

      have been a Boost ***** customer since ********************************************************************** here in ******, **. I have had a ton of problems with dropped calls , very poor reception, very ****** hear and talk. I have had her call back let's say 20 to 30 times in the last year. The reporting has been on the last two months has been on. They have had her turn it off, restart remove **** , do everything without destroying it. Come to find out when they sold her the phone it was under a ********************* whoever that *** be . Then that phone number wasn't even found through boost . She was at work one day with problems at the store and it said can only make emergency calls. Which this happens all the time. Your customer, my wife has to pull up to our house and sit in the drive way Monday for 95 minutes. It was a good 60 minutes Wednesday. Horrible when your wife comes in crying cause she can't get nothing resolved. I would like to hear from you . I have heard enough of the excuses from the customer service and repair guys. Let's handle this. We have tried to talk with someone with no avail. if we pay 145 dollars for the upgrade she will be happy. This is the letter that was sent to them and spoke to several times. ********************* CEO/ *************** / ************************* . there customer service is very poor . We have spent hours of time on the phone , removing chip resetting phone . the latest is to call the manufacturer .

      Completed the web form and was approved per their credit check. Selected my device and plan and entered all information reaching the checkout page. Upon entering my payment information for funds due immediately, kept receiving a vague, unhelpful error message - even after trying multiple payment types. Upon reaching out to the provided email address, was finally answered saying 'Unfortunately, I don't qualify for their program' The check on my credit report and completion to their checkout page said different. Complaint filed with BBB

      Just another absolutely horrible mobile phone company with truly breathtaking bad customer service. At this point their employees have told me incorrect information multiple times, wasting over an hour of my time when I was trying to leave for a time sensitive trip, only to have them sell my a service that I literately could not use, which they to this day refuse to refund me for. I have tried to contact them several times. The first couple of times they pretend they are going to help, only to waste yet more of my time then refuse to actual do anything to make things better, that was when they actual answer. I have had multiple message and a voicemail go completely ignored. Just once I would like to find a cell phone company that isn't determined to s**** over their customers as thoroughly as they can. while taking as little responsibility and provided as shocking bad customer services as possible.

      I had my phone with Boost for 2 full years. Then after this last billing cycle, my data was staying at zero and not refreshing so I could not use my phone. I contacted them and they said "It appears that the system is currently updating the plan. Will add 2 free gb to use while waiting for services to restart." They said it should only be a day or two. A week later, data was still not refreshing and every time I asked what do you mean they system is updating the plan because i didn't change anything. The answer they gave was so vague it didn't even make sense. At that point, I gave up. I checked my phone with Mint, it was compatible and since I had my phone for 2 years at Boost, no payment plan or anything, it was paid in full at onset, there should be no lock on my phone. I get my Mint SIM and start to transfer my phone over and Mint says they can't complete it because phone is locked. Spent 3 days with Boost who kept telling me this is their "policy" which they called a "grace ******* that after you terminate your line you can't transfer your phone. They kept telling me 4 times to wait 12 hours and phone would release. it never did. On 4th day had Mint and Boost on 3 way call and Boost told Mint phone is unlocked and Mint is like, no it's not. When we requested to speak to someone in Boost tech department, we were told tech people don't talk to customers. Phone was never unlocked after a full 9 days. We ended up buying a new phone with Mint. Boost was a horrible experience. All reps read from a script, they don't know what they're talking about, they bold face lie. They held our phone hostage without cause.

      I was a long-time satisfied Boost Mobile customer paying $60.00 monthly using my iPhone XR. However, Boost Infinites' Access for a new iPhone yearly and unlimited service plan for $60 a month plan was an outstanding offer. Plus, $80. trade in for my old XR. So, on December 9, 2023, I purchased, received, and set up my new iPhone 15 Plus. I had my previous carrier unlock my old number and issue a transfer pin. After completing the iPhone basic set-up, I called for activating service and transfer my number to Boost Infinite. The agent did not follow the instructions on how to activate and transfer my number using the transfer PIN. I explained to her several times I had received my iPhone that needs to be activated and all information to transfer my phone number. She didn't listen to me and erroneously sent me a SIM card for a new line. It took until February 2024 to sort things out and then in March a remarkable offer for existing customers. Add On to account an iPhone 15 for $25 a month with a shared line. My understanding is that my bill would go from $60 to $85 monthly. Their billing system wasn't particularly good previously and was wrong in April and billed me for $206. for two new lines added in ********** agents have been trying to convince me that the bill is correct, and I will only pay $85 next month. The $206 bill is due on April 29 and Today April 26 while talking to customer service they deducted from my account $206. Like in you FACE Greed and disregard towaeds, the customer.

      Bought a phone with them, several, over $200 several times, then I switch to cricket and want to have phone unlocked so my 90 year old step father can use it as a free government phone and they tell me I can't cause its boost phone, what the heck???? I bought the phone,it's mine to do and choose what phone carrier I desire, but if I want to hook back up with boost I can..what a joke. Beware buyers cause the boost stores never tell you that you can't ever switch to another cell phone service...BOOST YOU ARE SNEAKY AND DECEIVING
