      Get any other phone plan. **************** will constantly keep transfering you or purposefully hang up when they are in a tough position. Do not bother asking for a supervisor, it will be whoeever is sitting beside them in the call center. We paid for an international pass to allow our phone to work while we were traveling into ******. Phone did not work a single day inside ******. Called multiple times and they said there was an outage in the service. They refused a refund. Service is terrible anyway. Everything I am in ********, service will go out. Calls will drop and no internet. I'm not in the Appalachian mountains, I'm in a busy city full of cell towers. Absolute trash company. Canceled my service and every single one of my family members lines.

      This customer service ***** my 9 year old son phone was stolen/lost I just paid the bill on July 5th today is the 7th I asked till I get a new one can you turn it off and when I get a new phone can you compensate for the days I will miss they say no so I pay for 1 month and you only gonna give me 3 weeks almost noo way I am contacting my lawyer for small claims court money is money ?? I don't tolerate foolishness

      Terrible customer support. The past three months I have attempted to turn off auto pay. Each month i would get a charge after I was certain I turned it off. Last month I went as far as removing my saved card from my account. Intending to switch this month and they still auto charged me off same card I removed last month. I have been a boost customer since they bought virgin ********************** and never agreed to autopay.

      Boost mobile is one of the worse companies I have ever had, sold me a phone that I can't use. And won't help or anything. I went into the store and they can't fix my phone. I called customer service and they can't help. Also when I pulled up my account it had like 5 different numbers and a different person name on it. That they would not fix. Boost needs to get shut down as a phone company. Now I have a new phone from them that don't work and changed phone companies that I am forced to buy a new phone with the new company. This is crazy. I am glad I left them. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

      Pretty lame how they allow all the scam calls to come through. I get over 20 scam calls a day that Boost Mobile claims are "Verified" numbers. I wouldn't be shocked if they're the ones pimping my number out to the terrorists.

      Purchased a plan online but at the last minute I needed a new phone and was trying to cancel my service to start over again. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. I called back again and got In touched with a representative only for them to transfer me and have been on hold for the last hour. I just want to cancel my service and not use boost ever again

      I really wish that this review had a no star option, I have been trying to transfer my services to another carrier since yesterday. *** never had this much trouble transferring anything in my life and they wonder why ** leaving. Just poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!! ******************** sucks!!!!

      We made a one time payment for a ****** child. Without authorization boost mobile has taken that charge out for the next seven months. Boost rep. ********* says they will not refund the money. The phone hasn't been used but one month after the one time payment.

      I had gone online and stopped the AUTOPAY; however, the payment still came out. I called IMMEDIATELY (as soon as they opened) and they said they are unable to process a refund. I can't believe there in NO WAY to reverse a charge that was just applied literally 3 hours prior to my call. They didn't even attempt to help or resolve the issue. That is just theft. They could see the service hadn't been used and offered no apologies or anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

      Horrible support customer service. Without permission they added a random debit/credit card to my account and also placed me on auto pay. This is why I'm changing services. I do not trust this app support at all. Lost my business. Edited** 2 years after being a loyal customer, this service consistently suspended my account monthly for 2 years, yes I have history payment proof. I don't recommend this service even to someone in need of a phone because they will double charge you, no report in.
