      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a phone from them and it shipped to an old address. Originally the address that I saw listed was the billing address so I didn't realize the shipping address was wrong until I received the confirmation. I immediately went into my account and updated the address. The next morning I called them to make sure it was caught and fixed. They told me I would have to wait for *** to pick it up and then correct the issue through *** so I then called them as soon as the tracking said it had been picked up. *** informed me that boost has a "lock" on the change of delivery and someone from there would have to call *** to verify. Needless to say boost refused to do so and told me that I would have to wait for it to be delivered in order for them to even make a ticket then wait another week before calling them back for a refund or replacement. So today I call and they refused to refund or replace the phone. Thank God for my bank. I ended up calling them to dispute the charge and WILL be getting my money back. Unfortunately I paid my bill 2 days ago so will have to wait until the end of my monthly service to change carriers.

      The unlimited plan they have me on, is now limited with 40 gigs of data! This means they lied to all of us about their unlimited plan being just that, unlimited. If I go to Cricket again, unlimited has NO DATA as it is UNLIMITED!!!! This is to get you to pay more money! False advertising and false info given at the time of sale!!! They need to be regulated so they uphold their end of the deal! DO NOT USE BOOST MOBILE!

      Boost Mobile has terrible customer service. I have had nothing but problems with them with service. I can't even use my phone in *********, MI on the weekends. Every time I call or go in, I'm getting different answers. I've been with them since October 2022, I've had to change sim cards twice and last year in the fall had to get a new phone, which I had hoped would help. It didn't!Now, I'm wanted to go to a different provider and they won't unlock my phone, until November of this year, even though it's paid for. Never late on payments with them. They are ridiculous and can't way to get away for their service!! They say no contract. LIES!PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE

      Boost Mobile ************* Team is the reason I left. They outwardly lied when answering questions about my account. They would not give me a proper Port-Out PIN and stated it was impossible to be transferred to a Supervisor when requested.

      Where to begin? First off, Boost Infinite owes me close to $600 in two seperate down payments for four new cell phones that never arrived. The first order made it to **** then somehow magically went missing. The package was never found. My down payment for that first package, as of now, was still never refunded. I thought maybe it would be a good idea to just re order the same package, hoping it was just an innocent shipping error. The second time around, Boost Infinite decides to cancel my shipment after I pay a SECOND down payment for the new re order. The funny part is, they wouldn't give me an answer as to why they decided to cancel it and said it was "confidential" Again, havent recieved my refund for the second down payment. **************** is an unhelpful, unprofessional nightmare. No one has a clue what's going on with customer's orders. They constantly transfer you to other people in an attempt to avoid solving the issue on their own. Hopefully Boost Infinite is on the verge of a class action lawsuit for the misinformation of their product and theft of their customer's payments without providing product. Stay far, far away.

      Boost Mobile knew of my service being transferred to another carrier almost 30 days ago from 06/06/2024. I was given the account number, a "porting out" number and failed to release the **** #. I tried activating my phone with current carrier on 06/04 - 06/07 2024, and now Boost Mobile tells me a "ticket" has been placed to release/unlock my existing elephone number BUT it will take a total of 24 hours.. Boost new I was changing carriers & should have released my number weeks ago. Boost locked my phone since 06/032024 and I have had no service for outgoing calls, text. I'm a senior citizen and live alone. My bill with Boost Mobile is paid up until 06/082024 yet I have been unable to use what I've paid for.

      I was told that there wad a USB cord in my box, but it's not right one they sent to me. I called them & of course the person I talked to is from another country & is very hard to understand. They transfer about 3 timed & no one could help me out with this issue. I am beyond ****** OFF.

      Bad customer service service ********************** do not have good. Customer skills is bad business they lie by everything lied and said I said my phone was stolen and I have my device so I can be locked in with them. Give me a hard time hard process. I would never use a service ever again????

      I went to boost mobile to purchase the iPhone 12 but the lady didnt activate my phone the right way so I left the store with a phone that had no service she said give it 40 to and hour. I went back the next day and asked for a refund my phone wasnt even activated! It had no service she put someone elses SIM card in my phone. I know the policy is 30 days to return ! And I want a refund . Worst store ever.

      I visited **************************************. Where I upgraded a phone and while upgrading a phone the rep added the boost mobile "protection plan" which is phone insurance. When I called the store today they refused to remove the feature.
