Been a Boost costumer for over 20 years. Woke up yesterday (07/19/24) to my phone showing SOS calling only. I go to their app completely different. My phone type was changed. I have a iPhone SE, it changed to iPhone 15 pro. Today it says I have an iPhone 11. My plan was changed from a 2 line family plan to 2 individual one line $25 and the other a 50gb Mexico international, global. Ok so I use WiFi for data, dont know anyone outside of *************. This happened while I was sleeping. Called support they made out that I did all the changes and then left. Started a new support told me my sim wasnt working and was gonna send an eSIM and explained the process and would get within the hour and to download it. I would then be all set. Did get last night. Woke up it was activated but not working. Contacted support again. Now nothing on my account is back to the way it was. My phone details changed from iPhone 15 pro to an iPhone 11. Mind you I have an iPhone SE. doing some research, eSIM doesnt work with anything lower then an iPhone 15 I believe either way my phone doesnt support it. So support told me I had to go to the store for help. Reading reviews of others I am not alone since Boost sold its business my problem is a growing problem among other ones. They are stealing money from customers by paying for service then it not working and they are not helping. With out any notice changing types of plans and changing your plan while your sleeping. I dont know who bought boost mobile but now they have all my information without my consent. This is wrong and dangerous. Identity theft is hard enough to combat without boost giving my identity to someone else without me even knowing. This cant be right or legal.

I bought a ******** razr from boost mobile online. Now I was thinking of using the phone aboard because I'm studying abroad and needed a phone. Unfortunately to my despair the phone is locked to boost mobile I tried to get it unlocked to activate a esim so that I can use my phone overseas. Well that didnt work at all. They told me I needed to be a year with boost mobile but I don't have a year I leave in 2 weeks and their still not unlocking my phone. I can only use WiFi. Now the other thing is that I read their policy and if a customer asks to have the phone unlocked if traveling abroad they can unlock it but their not trying to do it. Now I have a phone that I can't use I paid over $200 for and its a waste can't even get my money back at all. This *****. Boost needs to do better.

I switched from boost mobile to boost infinite 22 days ago and they sent me a I phone 15 and I never got to use the phone and have been without a cell phone since last Sunday, I have call and worked with their tech support and advanced tech support and they were unable to correct the issue and then I requested ticket to be opened on Monday and I never got a call email or anything from them, I requested to speak to a supervisor for tow days and never got one and finally gota supervisor on Wednesday and he was unable to help so a asked to speak a manager and the supervisor told that he was the highest that I could speak to resolve this issue and to me that had to wait another day for my ticket to be looked at and I decided to go back and switch back to boost and now I have to spend $180 for a phone,

Hi neighbors...I need some phone help. I have a brand new never activated (although a couple years old now) ******** phone on Boost Mobile. I bought it because I lost my original one. Then of course found it (yay) and the replacement got packed because I was in the process of moving. By the time I moved and found the phone it was too late to return it ?? Following along? LoL Now I need the "new" phone but I'm no longer with Boost Mobile and they won't unlock it! Wait...I bought the phone directly from them, paid over $200 for it (granted it was on sale) so I OWN the phone but they refuse to unlock it because I never activated it for a minimum of 1 year?!? Said they'd be happy to activate it with a new plan and number! OMG...seriously???Soooooo does anyone know how I can get this phone unlocked? Or...does anyone want to buy a new ******** moto g Power phone? I paid over $200....will sell for $100 just so I can buy a cheap replacement for my grandson (his phone got crushed accidentally)

My bill was paid on the 8th of July, I switched carriers on the 10th, I asked about my refund and I was told they would not refund my $54.00, I don't have money to give away to anyone. And their phones are so sorry nobody will let you trade them in. They really need to be shut down taking money that doesn't belong to them

Although at its November 15, 2023, Open Meeting, the *** adopted a Report and Order implementing new rules to protect cell phone consumers from SIM swap and port-out fraud, practices that bad actors use to take control of consumers cell phones. The compliance date for this rule is July 8, 2024 but Boost Mobile is totally ignorant of this and will not freeze my phone number as they are required. Despite multiple calls and messages they will not comply with my request nor have someone call me who might be higher on the knowledge chain and be able to respond to my request. There is a serious reason why Boost Mobile has a 1* Customer Review Rating.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYyouve been warned! Here is my experience:Tried to set up daughters new phone with Boost Mobile $15/month plan. Paid online with credit card. First time after online activation failed, I called and spent nearly 2 hours on the phone. I need to go to higher up. We will have the phone activated in 2-3 hours. Nope.Waited a bit and tried againjust on phone this time.Same EXACT DEAL, 2 hours with the rep being shuffled aroundNOPE, not this time either. However, because it was too long since the first time I tried to activate the ***** I had to pay $15 again. They told me it would be fixed by midnight last night.Tried it todayyou guessed it! NOPE!So I called, again. Only one hour on the phone today.Since it was partially activated last night, we need a new email address and we will be setting up a new account. Oh, and guess what, they need to charge my credit cardAGAIN!!! Um, nope, done playing.Told them cancel the account and refund my credit cards. NOPE, cant do that, against policy. No activation, no phone number, no nothing except two $15 charges to my credit card that I am now told that I will need to do a charge back through my bank to get a refund!Oh, you can be certain I will be doing that AND spreading the word on how great their service has been!

Horrible Service! Former VM customer for years prior to the merger with Boost and the service has been horrible ever since. Everything thing from dropped calls to not posting payments when cleared through the bank. They have no regards for long time loyal customers at all. Good Riddance!!

I have had many problems with Boost Mobile in the 3+ years I have been a customer. Last year I was charged SIX times for one month. It was a major headache getting my refund. Now, my data usage was not reset at the start of a new service month. It shows that I have used all of my data in one day! It shows what my usage would be at the END of a month rather than the beginning. Because of this my phone is performing very poorly. I have TWICE called their customer service department speaking to someone in ****. They did the same types of resets, etc., both times which did nothing but waste my time! I am going to switch to another company! I am pretty furious! I've run out of patience!
