      Boost Mobile has terrible customer service and absolutely do not care if they keep customers or not. I am very excited to leave to a new company for that reason alone. I have had them for 6 years, without a phone upgrade. When I went into the store, the rep shrugged his shoulders and told me the discounts were for new customers. I did speak with a rep on the phone, who offered me a credit (that I did not receive) and helped me order discounted phones. Now that I see the credit is not on the account, there is nothing that the reps I have spoken with are willing to do. So...I will take my 4 lines somewhere else. Good Job Boost. Your service is sub-par as it is. I look forward to seeing your name in the news as a phone service that is bankrupt.

      On July 23 I was trying to get a hold of a local store to purchase an emergency phone as a gift for someone who is basically going through a hard time and has lost everything. It was her birthday, and I thought a phone with no contract would be something helpful in her time of need. Instead of transferring me a local store the person on the line said he could help me and promised me I'd have the phone by the next day and that I would receive an email shortly. When I didn't receive the email by the next day, I called again and spoke to a 2nd man who literally told me I was lied to. He said it takes 2 business days for the phone to leave their warehouse and 1-2 business days to receive the phone after that. I'm very disappointed because I promised this phone to the person mentioned above by the 24th and I look like a liar. It is now July 30 and after speaking to Boost Mobile again, they said the order could not be put through and couldn't tell me why, "because of security reasons". What? I'm the person who put the order in??? The customer service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced with any phone company, and they charged my credit card without sending out the phone. I asked about them crediting back my card; to which they responded would take up to 10 business days. I'm calling my credit card company to dispute the charge immediately after this review.

      The worst customer service, gave me false information and charged me for service that I never received. Requested to speak to a manager and the manager called me back.

      Boost mobile has terrible service. I was told new customers received a new phone that was a lie I ended up paying almost $200 for it. It's been 4 months and I've been unable to enjoy my service I can never receive any phone calls it says Network unavailable when I try to make calls called food numerous times for technical support troubleshooting anything that will allow me to use my phone as of today you'll continue to have the same problem this is causing me a lot of stress aggravation and anxiety. Boost Mobile should be ashamed of themselves I should not have to restart my phone multiple times a day in order to make a phone call something needs to be done

      I placed an order and never received tracking information within 24 hours of the email I received. Then I called after they took the money and still no information on tracking and they refuse to give me the money back until the receive the phones back. Can't send something back if they never sent them out. Worst customers service ever. They also take up to 3 to 5 days to ship anything.

      I was approved for an equipment upgrade paid $106 for equipment state taxes and never got equipment or refund on my money paid.Customer service did not have an answer, only excuse after excuses.I lost my money and no medium if redress.Sad for a major conglomerate!!

      My plan was changed from a $25 plan to $40. I went to the store to try and rectify the situation but I only received rude customer service. My plan was eliminated and I have less Gigabytes. I was overcharged for a phone that I should not had to pay for.

      Boost infinite is the worst cell phone company I've ever had. I dropped calls all day long everyday. I have called them I don't know how many times about this cell phone service. I would like to cancel my plan but now they will not take their phones back even though I cannot use the service. One day I am going to have an emergency and not even be able to dial out on my phone to contact someone for help. Do not under any circumstances ever purchase this cell phone company's products.
