      I saw a promotion for Boost Mobiles infinite plan, it was an online promotion., therefore I needed to order the phones via online. They do a soft credit check when trying to purchase. For two days I couldnt order the phones online. I finally called Boost Mobile placed my order with a gentleman over the phone. Took about 40 minutes he ran another soft credit check, I had to give all my personal information to him. I asked for expedited shipping for my (2) new iPhone 15 pro maxs. He told me they were in ***** and it was after 4pm PST so he said it would go out the next day. The next day came and I still didnt receive an email with the tracking number like he said, next day nothing, the following day I finally received an email saying the label was generated. The next day I checked tracking status and it said sender return requested- it was en route back to them- after they took ****** for the taxes on both the phones out of my account. This entire time Im out of a phone because my boyfriend thrashed my previous iPhone 14 Pro **** I call Boost, takes 15 minutes for a customer service agent then Im transferred to the integrity department which I explain what happened he puts me ibn home for a few minutes comes back and tells me yes, we did request a return it doesnt state a reason why. I ask if they could ship them out again? He said if I go online and pay for them again .i asked when my money would be refunded back to my account. He said it takes 7-10 business days. I was completely shocked - they were not apologetic in any way and I was now a week out of a phone back at square one. I asked to speak to a manager. He said one wasnt available but he can transfer me to customer care. Its been 8 days since and I still have not been refunded the package was received by them last week Wednesday. I called and they said my money should be back in my account no later than this Friday. Horrible horrible company - I will never buy from them again!

      BOOST MOBILE DOESN'T SHIP TO *********** AND WE CAN'T DO AN UPGRADE FOR NEW PHONE DIRECT FROM THE APPLICATION & DIRECT THE BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE, AND MY OLD ********************** PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I STILL PAY MY MONTHLY SERVICE PLAN PAYMENTS, WE ARE A UNITED STATES TERRITORY A I HAVE A ****** MAILBOX FOR MY MAIL AND DELIVERY'S, THE QUESTION IS WHY NOT DO SHIPPING TO ***********, (PR.)       I paid my phone bill on the 29th and now they saying my phone number is suspended. Its been 5 days now without a phone. I called boost mobile over 20 times and all they say is that they will submit a ticket and it will take up to 72hours. Just bought a new iPhone from boost and cant use it. I will not never get boost mobile service again

      I went to switch back to consumer cellular and Boost would not unlock my phone which I bought and paid for. They told me I needed to be with them another 9 months before they would unlock my phone ( which I bought). It is a load of c*** I hope that they go DOWN and DISH with them (since dish owns boost infinite). BAD company to do business with. I went with a landline with consumer instead. That phone can just set. It is useless anyway.

      Boost mobile *****. I can't even make a phone call. Isn't that what a phone is for? Please don't waste your time or money on Boost Mobile

      Boost mobile is terrible they steal your money i paid my phone and they didnt put any date or anything on it. If I pay for something in should get it horrible and you call and you have to pay a fee to talk to someone

      Said my phone was compatible, in store and online. I purchased and signed up. After trying to activate online, I called customer service. 1 hour 45 mins in the phone I was hung up on. I called back and after waiting another 15mins I found out. They lied and my phone wasnt compatible. They refused to give a refund because I couldnt transfer my phone!!! They said to take it up with my CC company. Horrible customer service. ***** and shady Do not trust them.

      Worst experience I've ever had with customer service. I was curious about getting less expensive service than **** so I called Boost Mobile. They couldn't use my card for auto pay, why? who knows, but I had to use another card. So fine, I then advised that I needed to get the sim card, prior to Friday and it was Monday. The Rep assured me that I'll get it no later than Thursday, that was yesterday. I tried calling them, but could not reach them. Hold times over an hour. Receiving a call back from the company / system? Forget about it, it's not happening. Try getting an US representative on the line when you spend over an hour on hold? Forget it, they lie to you saying you're speaking to a US Rep when you can clearly hear that you are not speaking to someone in the **. Then if you upset them, because you insist in speaking to a supervisor? They'll hang up on you! There goes at least an hour of your time. The only good thing is that I did not complete the transfer of service. I will never ever recommend Boost Mobile.

      I started having problems with my service and not being able to make or receive calls or texts. Even though their website shows me as complete coverage in their service area, they tried to tell me "There may be gaps that we can't help." I couldn't get it through to them that it was a recent event not an always problem as I have had their service for nearly a decade with no prior issue, so there was clearly a problem. After them brushing me off, I contacted the *** to report them and investigate the issue. After being contacted by the ***, I was supposed to hear from Boost, but never did. In their report to the ***, they had the audacity to say they tried to contact me but I didn't answer, so they deemed the matter resolved. Them completely ignoring the fact that I LITERALLY complained about their lack of service and them not being able to reach me as if it were MY fault is why I am not writing this.They're an absolutely disgusting company who does not care about their customers and lies on their coverage maps. Any potential customers, beware.

      Boost mobile is dishonest and unprofessional I've tried to activate two different phones on their network paying the $25 sim card fee each time just to be told they can't activate my phone. So the last time I told them I want a refund and they said they would but then never did. Terrible business
