I contacted boost when I saw that I had used 8.5 of my 10gb data. I was looking to upgrade and saw that with upgrade you get ****** device savings. It also says upgrade your device on us with the upgraded plan at the top of the page. I switched from ***** plan to ***** plan and began looking at phones. I wasn't seeing where any device savings were included with order so I called, talked to maalenor and he told me there is no phone with upgrade. I said , yes there is. There is a $300 device savings with plan I upgraded to. He denied it. So I asked that he switch me back to $30 plan that I had had for 5 years and he claimed there was no $30 plan. I said there was 6 hours ago when I upgraded. I had 5 years of bank statement proving there was a $30 plan. He denied it repeatedly until I threatened with complaint, then he suddenly found it. I asked that he refund my 20 I'd paid in advance of my bill being due, to upgrade. That was never done. So I called again and the guy I talked to said my new plan started next month so I wasn't eligible for discounted device even though I now had the 40gb available showing on website. I said no it's in effect now. Then he told me I was ineligible for upgrade because I'd bought a phone 4/24. I had not. My phone was bought in 2022. Which my phone settings confirmed, after he sat there telling me I was wrong about purchasing a phone. Called the next day to complain about their lying employees and nobody was real concerned. Apparently a common practice at Boost, to do anything in there power to deceive their customers with false advertising, and bold faced lies. Very dissatisfied with Boost. Would never recommend to anyone I hoped to remain friends with.

BEWARE! Boost Mobile stole $325 from me. I purchased a phone but it was not compatible with the medical device we use. I contacted Boost and was instructed to return the phone for a full refund. I returned the phone the same day it arrived. It was received and signed for by a Boost employee on 4/21/2024. For 2 more months, Boost refused to refund my money because the warehouse was still "checking" the phone. After 60 days, I was informed that they can't refund the money for the phone because the purchase was made more than 60 days prior, (You see where this is going) As a compromise, a supervisor agreed to put some credit on my account to at least use the money to pre-pay my monthly service. That worked okay for 2 months. Now they are refusing to honor that agreement as well. They have my money, the phone, all the power, and I am out of luck.

The boost app doesn't work. I have a family acct that is in my name and somehow after they redid the app my number is now line 2 and when I went to add data it added it to line 1 which is now my daughters number. I called about the issue and was told by someone really rude that it was my fault and they don't do refunds or credits. In my job I depend on having data and unfortunately with boost after you run out of your allotment of high speed data, it takes you down to speeds that are ridiculous not like other networks where it just slows down during congested times. Well after that situation, I went to boost mobiles website where I was able to finally add the data to my phone line, however even though you could see it had been added, it still didn't work. I called customer service twice and chatted with them once. The service reps were at least nice this time and promised me they would get it fixed and even would give me 2gb for "free". Well almost 3 weeks later and I've heard nothing and the data still hasn't been working. Now I can't even log into the website. They are cheating people out of money. Be careful using this mobile carrier!

Ive been with boost mobile for years. My phone stop charging so I decided to get a new. I was due for an upgrade anyway. I went to two Boost Mobile stores. The first one didnt have the phone I was looking for in stock. The second store did but wanted to charge me $100 more than the online price of the phone, plus taxes and activation fees. I decided to just purchase the phone online. After trying to submit a payment online I kept receiving and error message that my payment couldnt be processed. I call customer service and was told I was ineligible to purchase any of Boost Mobile products online and the details could not be discussed any further. I was then put on hold and transferred to someone else. I was told by the 2nd person that it was because I didnt have a card on file. I had 2 cards on file. Then I was told it was an issue with my card and the bank. I didnt have an issue with the card nor the bank when I paid my bill. I was then told to try again.tomorrow. I cancelled my service with boost (when tomorrow came) and would not recommend them at all! **************** reps arent helpful at all

A REVIEW TO ALERT THE COMMUNITY OF A SHAMEFUL ACT TO BOOST ***** CLIENT(S)My service from Boost is ok, could be better; however I have experience a serious issue with them, the fact is they have taken additional money from my bank account for three consecutives months totaling $360.00 dollars and refused to credit or refund it to me. They are saying that I must tell my bank as if I don't know who took the funds. That is disrespectful and dishonest; Even when I produced the proof showing Boost ***** FRAUDULENTLY removed the funds from my account they dismiss their responsibilities. The irony is, I continue the patronage with them by paying them every month for my services. Frankly, the front end customer service people act as if they are robots with the same speech and with no one to give them direction on customer grievances. I will ask this community to make sure that you physically make your payments do not authorized drafts with these people. They do not care about our satisfaction.Thank you, ****************

A predatory company. You can never get service by phone or internet. They force you into a store and then charge you for the privilege of serving you. This company has always been bad but it is getting worse every day. I hate this service and can't wait to switch my service to a more customer centered business.

I bought a new phone for my daughter which involved a new account. I had no clue the account needed a pin. The sales rep never mentioned it and it seems the sales rep made a PIN and never gave it to us. So I went to pay the bill, and they did not disclose any information, including the amount because I did not know the pin on the account. But they are willing to charge my card for an unknown amount. I wish I could give no stars. My daughter is now away on camp for 2 weeks and has no phone and they are not giving me any options on resetting the pin or anything the supervisor was very rude her name was ****. She did not give her last name out. I am looking for legal action at this point. this feels like a scam. I spent so much money outright on the phone and all I wanna do is pay the bill and I cant smh.

Last week I ordered a phone from the boost app that was on sale for $47 and change. I called customer service today to see if my order has been shipped. After being transfered over twice and waiting for the 3rd person for a answer she took name and phone number and looked to find that my order was cancelled. I asked why because I have already paid for the phone. She said that I would have to use another card to have my phone shipped. So why should I do that when you took the money from my debit card and cancelled the order. It's the same card I have been using to pay for my service every month from them. There's no problem there. She could not give a answer but kept telling me I need to use a different card. I'm starting to get hot now and ask her so... Your telling me that you took money from my debit card then proceed to cancel my order. If I needed to use a different card why did you use this one and then cancel my order. That makes NO sense at all. And you can't explain a reason for other then I need to use another card yet take the money out that i did use. They couldn't give me a answer because there is no answer. Other then go to a boost store and pay for the same phone at a much higher price. That's the game their playing. It's the only thing that makes sense. I been with this company for 10 years but today is the day for a change. S**** boost and their phones.
