      I have been trying for 72 hours to transfer a number from boost mobile. The absolutely are dragging their feet. I've called them multiple times and been hung up on.

      Continue to charge long after service has ended. Boost will not end autopay on account. ********************** will not issue refund. They are stealing money from customers for services not provided. Customer call center is an overseas call center and they speak horrible english. Talking to supervisors are no help. Long wait times to talk to anyone, ZERO Stars!

      Boost is the best worst company. Service is great but they cant make a bill that makes any sense and is all ways a 100 more every month had them for a bout 3 months now and they got my bill up to 230$$ for iPhone forever which is 60$ and 2 25 forever line how that add up to 200 plus tax its doesnt if they can get this straight Im gonna drop them and move further with legal action cause thats a rip off and they lye about the price of the service

      had boost mobile for years now and I give them no stars. I had terrible service calls being dropped, text messages not being sent. it is like I don't have service at all unless I'm on Wi-Fi. tried to use the hotspot and it doesn't work that well. I travel for work, so I lose connection often. customer service *****. i was trying to get a phone and they couldn't use my id, so they used other customer and assured me that they used it many times. pretty sure that is illegal! I am leaving boost mobile for good i recommend it too.

      Tried ordering a new phone and was denied with no reason given. Have had the company for almost 10yrs with the same number and have financed phones from them before. Their parent company Dish sent an email requiring confirmation of the order. During the phone call was placed on hold multiple times and ultimately denied. Ridiculous system and very unfriendly to its customers. Well most likely be switching service providers.

      Horrible and racist customer service...I went into the store at ********************************************************************** today, August 10, 2024 to receive assistance with my *** on my MOTOG Boost Mobile phone. Both the manager and his son are East Indian; I am African American. I explained to both that the *** wasn't working properly. It stops giving directions mid way through a trip. This happens each time I have used it. The father, who was congenial, suggested that there may be too many apps on the phone. I stated to the father and son that I did not load all the apps on the phone. It came with all of the game apps which may be creating a storage issue. The father instructed the son to remove the game apps to see if the issue could be resolved. The son started assisting me and stopped abruptly when an Asian woman entered the store and began helping her in the middle of my transaction. No apology...He just stopped helping me and began servicing her as I stood in front of him. She was paying on two accounts. I had already paid my bill two weeks before the due date. I was appalled as I watched him grin, smile, and have a conversation with her about the weather. I called his father back to the counter and expressed my extreme dissatisfaction at the rudeness and racist treatment his son displayed. I left the store and told both that I was going to report them to **************** at **********************, which I promptly did. As a business owner, I found this lack of professional courtesy, professional, and blatant racist disparate treatment unacceptable. This area has affluent people of all races. My sentiment is that if the son and the manager cannot service African Americans with the same professional treatment as they would display towards Asians they do NOT need to be i our community. I gave them a one because zero was not an option.

      I've been a customer for 7+ years.. I used to have the $35 plan (10gb of high speed data / unlimited talk, text, data). Recently, I used all of my 10gb, and my data stopped working completely. Nothing would load, I contacted Boost Mobile through chat. I asked them what plan I had, to verify if I have unlimited data. They told me what I already knew, cool. I asked them why are my pages not loading with my "unlimited" data. They again told me my plan is the 10gb of high speed data, then after the 10gb is utilized, the connection will be slower. I'm told them again and again that nothing is loading, simple web pages and all. I disconnected and chated with someone else. Told them the same spiel.. same response. Both of them offered extra GB, but that's not the issue. The issue is that I have unlimited data and they did not provide me with unlimited service... I had to bring up that $25 promotion on their website.. 30gb of high-speed data, then drops down to 512 kbps. I asked why I was paying $10 more for 20gb less and limited data... They just told me it's a good deal and to switch my plan.... No direct answer. The next day, I have data. I imagine someone read the chat and provided me with 5g data, which is why I added a star. I appreciate it, but the whole interaction was ridiculous. Having to explain that I have unlimited data... And it not loading anything.

      Boost mobile approved me two times over the internet. Ship one order out and than request to have the order sent back. Than turns around and cancel both orders with no further explanation and nobody at the department can explain why. They also tell you that there is no way to speak with a manager of an order integrity department. I think the missing integrity is with the team itself. Do better boost mobile been a customer of yours for three years this is not how you do business do better!!!
