      Told me all weekend that my phone was getting data in a few minutes. Keep charging me $5 every time I tried to use the system. Nothing all weekend when I needed it. Monday at 2 pm all the charges suddenly start to go through. They will not refund the charges. It seems like theft.

      I heard what good service boost mobile was, so I bought phone and got service. Well I should say I paid for service. I am disabled, my car is broke and now no phone service. I have contacted boost several times and told them I don't have calls, text, or data where I stay at I borrowed a friends phone to get trouble shooting done on my phone. When calls get dropped Not one person from boost calls you back. The last tech person I talked to said he was sending off work order last week I told him to hurry cause service ends this week he says don't worry about service it will remain on until they could get it fixed now today my service is off I called boost and was told they can't help me until my bill is paid, I said I wasn't paying for service that's not fixed. So no phone for me car still broke and I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere

      Boost mobile took $171 dollars out of my account without permission saying I am not using a phone I bought off boost mobile website. Then I tried to take insurance off my phone after paying for insurance for over 2 years now they are saying it has just been added yesterday I have not spoke with any one with boost and I have had insurance for a while not. BOOST MOBILE IS A RIP OFF..

      This company offered me an iPhone 15 for changing my plan to post paid and they didn't do what they said, now I have been billed with something that I didn't do and trying to contact the costumer service and they never get my problem solved, if this company do not do what they have to I will defenitely *** them.

      My phone stolen and the person who has the phone is still is using the phone. I've submitted a fraud report to have the phone services deactivated and to no avail nothing has happened. I've called and spoke to the customer service, Dish (whoever they are) and I keep getting the same response....NOTHING. I don't recommend boost services to anyone. I've been dealing with this issue for over a month and nothing has been resolved. I'm not a happy customer and will not be returning to **********************. I've filed a police report and still nothing has been done. I wish didn't have to select a star because right now in my book it's zero stars for me.

      Zero is more like it. You get people that do what you ask and then you get someone who thinks they can take care of something they cannot! You tell them to stop asking the same question and the next person on the phone needs to be the supervisor and that same annoying person asks once again you sure you don't want a call back.. wth kind of c*** is that.. I said put a **** supervisor on the phone! I don't want to hear your annoying voice again! Give me my money back and figure it out otherwise your going to keep hearing from me! I want my money back especially since I had to get a phone elsewhere! Y'all are not about customers or customer service!

      I was duped into thinking that hen I send my defective phone back that they would send me a new phone and when they got the defective phone back I was told by a supervisor name *** that they do not send out a replacement phone and I would have to order another one, I was not reimbursed for what I had to pay to send the defective phone back. I lost money when I ordered the phone and sending the defective one back ,I was hung up on twice while waiting to speak to a supervisor and now all of my personal info is locked up in the iCloud and I have to wait for Apple to change my number, it has been a mess dealing with boost

      I purchased 5 iphone 15 pro **** on July 5th I was approved and signed an ready to receive my order in the next 3 business days fast forward today August *********************************** a refund. Any lawyer that sees this and wanna take this case I wanna sue ******************

      I've had boost for over 20 yrs. I Have called them 5 times this evening trying to fix an issue to no avail. ASK to speak to a supervisor and they just left me on hold.do not recommend,customer service *****.none of them speak very good English. Will be switching tomorrow to another provider
