      If I could give this business a minus I would do it times infinity. We had nothing but issues from the minute we switched from Cricket. The only reason we switched was to get new phones. Ours were starting to malfunction. They had a great down payment plan in our budget. What we didn't know was all the horrible customer service we received. It took almost 2 weeks to receive our phones. It was promised to be received in 3 days. Well that didn't happen. Then I had a "corrupted" e-sim supposedly thus resulting in text messages not working. Along with dropped calls and no service over 2 bars. No matter where I was. What would have happened in an emergency situation??? I can't tell you at this point how many calls I have made. They even tried to send me a BILL 1 week into having the phone stating that is what is required for "this type" of account. And we could not stop the direct withdrawal. I decided to just spend the money to switch to ******** Now they are telling me I canceled the return order and they don't see anything processed for a returned device. When I have proof of the return. I am so beyond done. They are refusing to pay me my money I spent on the device and service. With their customer service, their cell service, and everything else about them, they should be shut down at this point!! Stealing peoples money is not acceptable. I hope they go bankrupt or are forced to shut down. This is unacceptable and the WORST company I have ever dealt with!

      I'd give ZERO stars if it were an option.I upgraded my phone online because it would only be 3-5 days to receive the new phone. Apparently, it'll be 10+ days and there's no way to cancel the order. Or look it up online. No documentation in my account as far as a phone even being purchased.Not only was there no order confirmation email sent, but there's been zero communication from Boost as to when it was going to process or ship.Three phone calls in, still zero help, and two agents who "disconnected" the call.Returning the phone whenever I receive it and cancelling my service with them as soon as this month is up.

      If I could give them a negative -100 stars I would, ordered a phone half way through shipping Boost contacted *** to have phone returned to them, no explanation nothing. I have spent the last 3 days on the phone with them, been hung up on over 3-4 times, told me I would have to wait 7-10 days for return of money and now the phone is on my account and I have to wait 5 days for it to be removed, which is the day my bill comes out. There customer service is useless with dealing with issues, I have been with boost for years without a single issue until now .

      They now will not remove autopay saying that all accounts are required for it to be on. Which I think is utter nonsense because I have been using Boost Mobile since 2010, and never once had issues with turning off auto pay, now they require it. Sorry that doesn't set right with me. Not everyone uses auto pay, not everyone has money in their account for auto pay to work, so to set it where the costumer can no longer disable it when they didn't even need it enabled is total BS to me.

      I unfortunately have to give one star to submit but I don't want to give any stars because they don't deserve any. I ordered a phone upgrade and paid $50 down immediately. Boost mobile says they contacted me about a delay in my order but there was nothing from my end. A new phone should be 5-7 business days to ship but I'm forced to wait ***** business days because they sold a phone they don't have in stock. And offered a $10 discount on my next monthly bill, talk about insult to injury

      ordered on Saturday they took the money It is almost Thursday and I haven't had a welcome email or tracking or anything and they won't cancel it so I don't have my money or a phone unacceptable worst customer service experience I've ever had

      I am writing to formally complain about the billing practices applied to my Boost Mobile account. Specifically, I am contesting the full monthly charge applied to my account for August 2024, despite the fact that my phone was not activated until the 18th of August 2024.When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, they were unable to provide any policy stating that my bill could not be prorated for the period during which I did not have access to my phone. Instead, I was told that I had access to the service from day one of the billing cycle, despite the fact that my phonepurchased directly from Boostdid not arrive until later in the month. This explanation is unsatisfactory, as it implies I was responsible for a service I could not use because I did not have the necessary device.Furthermore, I want to highlight that none of the documents I signed stated the policy your customer service suggested, which required me to pay for a full month of service even when I had no phone or access to your network. It is unreasonable to expect payment for a service I was unaware I had access to and could not utilize due to the delayed arrival of the device.I request that my bill be adjusted to reflect only the days of active service in August 2024, from the 18th onwards. This adjustment would more accurately reflect the services I was able to use and ensure fair billing practices.Please review my case and provide a resolution. If necessary, I am willing to escalate this matter through formal dispute resolution channels as outlined in the General ******************* I hope it does not come to that and that we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly.

      I have the IPhone 15 since I had it nothing but problems terrible service I have no reception, not receiving text messages drop call. Everytime I speak to a representative they always say oh Im so sorry let me help you since march still this 8/23/24 same problem I just got off the phone I did everything the representative ask like I have done several times still same problem the representative didnt even call me back to see if I was having the same issues but they will surely ****** my payment out my account so I decided to not do automatic payment someone needs to do something I see them in future lawsuits from people all over the world.

      If I could give them 0 stars I will, they told me my phone was brand new only lies, I had so many problems with this phone and they won't fix it or give me a new phone, I won't ever make business with them my service is horrible.

      This is the sorriest phone company around. In May 2023 they switched systems. I had paid my bill on the 2nd and wake up on the 18th to my phone being turned off. And had to pay again to get it turned on and was told the first payment I made didn't count. And couldn't get my money back and have been arguing with them for over a yr now about my money. And was told to take it as a loss. Why do I need to loose my money because of someone else. And they keep lying saying they are submitting a ticket. If this company is in the *** why the h*** are yall hiring these **** non English speaking foreigners???? Why are yall stealing customers money. You know who paid and who hasn't. Telling me I didn't pay and that's funny because card services seen my transaction and the one for my grand daughters phone. So really like I said I have been arguing with these people for over a yr about ***** they want return. Of I didn't make a payment my phone would have been turned off long before the 18th
