I am an unsatisfied customer having to reorder the same item in a different size for the third time and having to repay and repay and repay for the item to be shipped to me. Please apply the discount code to my order July 24 for a discount to my purchase and I want to be able to return the first two items which have never been worn because they don't fit. I ordered from Scuplt Touch and my order never came to me. when I contacted the company, they claimed my address was wrong. On May 20, 2024, I placed an order for a waist trainer from Sculpt Touch, which was priced at $39.99 with shipping included. Despite advertising as a US-based company, Sculpt Touch's products are actually shipped from *****. My package has been stuck in ******* for several days with no updates. The shipping partner, ACI, is known for delays, lost packages, and deliveries taking up to two months. Due to this inconvenience, I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

Dear BBB,My name is ************************* and I order a waist trainer and never received it. The order number is SCP00705506 I paid $70.10 which also includes an insurance charge for any issue that *** arise. The track number given BF0000004011 doesnt exist with **** and this is the tracking number provided by the company but it could not even be tracked be it doesnt exist. To make matters worse I have a ring doorbell on my door so I would see is someone left a package in front of my door also the United ********************* have large lock package lockers by the mailbox just for items of this size. The company asked me to contact the delivery company and **** explained the tracking number Sculpt Touch provided me with doesnt exist because the does use tracking number like this. Its probably a scam to take people money. I would like a refund of my money or the item I paid for. Why have me pay for the extra money for insurance. I want my item or my money back. I purchased the sculpt touch waist trainer on April 13, 2024 i have sent several emails which keeps reading someone will be back in touch with you the amount was ***** and the size was 3X which was more like a 1X they refuse to refund me the merchandise is in its orginal package never worn. as of this date the matter still has not been resolved i went on the website to chat and non one came on tracking # SCP00593554 it arrived on April 22, 2024 i bought it from an advertisement. i think the company is fake.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from a merchant Sculpt Touch. They sent my item with a company called Piggy Ship. Piggy Ship states my item was delivered. The snapped a picture of the package left in the hall. I never received notification that a package was delivered. Days later when I inquired about the package. I was informed that it had been delivered days ago yet I never received the package. I was told that I can't get a package reshipped nor a refund. This is unacceptable
