    I made an online purchase on 3/26/2024 the merchant never sent any tracking information or details on the carrier. I provided instruction on how the package should be left on the porch. Package was delivered 3/31/24 to the United States post office mail box which is against the law. In turn the post man took the package and delivered it back to the merchant I provided the merchant with the surveillance footage for the delivery they stated that I would have to provide a proof of loss Carrier is Piggyship unresponsive after multiple attempts. They have my money and the merchandise

    They lied about the product there is know way to use it even though its supposed to wrap around my stomach and stay but it doesnt do anything that it claims it will now they telling me to get a refund I have to send it back to *****

    I completed an order on 4/15/2024. I have an order confirmation number. But never any details from the seller?

    I place my order almost a month ago. *** contacted the company to get no reply back. They are taking people money without delivering a product. I believe this company is a scam

    I ordered a product from them almost a month ago, after receiving an email saying my product might be late it never arrived. *** waited several weeks tried contacting them via email and phone with no response. Id honestly like my money back and to make this issue known for other future customers.

    I placed an order and never received my item. I reached out to customer service and they either give me a run around or send me a link for reshipment which cost $13. *** requested a refund at least 6 times. Its ridiculous this has been going on for over a month.

    Ordered item on December 14, 2023. Received an email stating my item was on the way on December 22nd. There was no tracking information on the email. Sent email to the company after about a month advising my items were never received and about how there is no tracking info. About 2 weeks passed, still no response. Reply to their ******** page advising of the same info, and again, no response. Sent another email, no response, and another ******** message, and again, no response. Im not asking for a refund, but that would be nice if Im not going to ever get what I paid for. I just really want my order. Today is now March 1, 2024, still nothing just frustrating.

    I purchased 3 items from this seller on 10/04/2023, contacted the company about change of address, item was still shipped to wrong address. Returned to sender, I was charged an additional shipping fee and paid- here we are 12//03/23 still no items and not even a tracking number like all the automated emails say.

    I purchased a waist trainer from Sculpt Touch. I received the product and wore it for 2 days, on the 3rd day it unravels. I reach out to the company and explain to them that I have received a defective product. I first asked for an exchange but because they're asking me to pay more money for processing and shipping of the replacement product. I want a refund instead. I don't feel like I should have to pay more money for a replacement of an defective product that should not have been sent to me in the first place. It's very frustrating going back and forth with this company about their mistake. I just want my refund and they take the defective product back and do whatever they'd like with it.
