    I wish I could give half a star, I ordered a grey dress on June 13, 2025 and I had to contact them since I had not received it and today is July 3, 2025. They never told me that it was out of stock or anything now I want my refund of $44.98

    I placed an order with this company on NOV 6th. My package hasnt been delivered. I contacted the merchant to resolve this issue they advised I reach out to shipping company that has NO CONTACT information other than an email address, Ive emailed the shipping company several times to no avail. The merchant advised me to pay for the shipping to have a new package sent for an additional 15$ and they still havent sent my second package. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM

    This company has been the most frustrating to deal with. I've placed my order since the 10th today marks the 27th of March and no items received. They refuse to refund my money until they get the product sent back. I have no problem in doing except I have no order to send back. I NEVER received any merchandise!! I have been going back and forth with customer service and they had the status of my order stating "awaiting shipment" after the 2st it stated (Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item -> A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.Mar 21 2024 10:06 am). It is the 27th with no shipping updates. This company is nothing but a SCAM!!! You are better off ordering off Amazon, this company literally takes your money, lie about shipping your products and will not refund it until they get the product back. The big SCAM in it is you'll be paying for an invisible items basically. Even though the policy states that 3-5 business days to process the order. You can expect to wait forever for it!

    I never received my order...I got a tracking number but they say it don't exist I've emailed like several times no reply back I clearly ordered it it's on my bank statement....it's a scam
