    Purchased the GLP1 patches from their website. They are not like the other sets seen online. The ones I received are fuzzy and smell weird, as per research online these are not real, they are a copy cat.

    I have been in clear communication with this company in regards to sending a product back and getting a full refund due to the length of time of definitely which it was longer than expected time, I have not opened the package until they told me to to examine to make sure that the wastetrainer wasn't used. I've opened the package and sent all photos and videos of proof that it wasn't worn I have sent several emails. also I tried to call the company on ******** which the phone number is out of service.i have yet to hear from the company I am asking for assistance to request for instructions on how to send the product back in a full refund

    I placed my order on June ******* It indicated that I would receive my order in 13 days which would have been no later than the 23rd , I went to reach out the following day and the email wouldnt go through it stated that their server wasnt accepting the request to connect, I then went back to the site and called the number listed there was no answer and mailbox full, so I started a chat on the site and provided all required info and I have yet to receive a response, I went to all their social media and DM them provided my tracking number as I was asked and NO RESPONSE , they need to be shut down and a class action lawsuit

    I ordered a sculpt touch on March 13. I received my order and the order they sent me that was not what I purchased. It was a belt, a plastic wrapand something else I cant remember what it was. I cant describe it what they sent me according to they display what they post on ********. It was one sculpt touch get two free I ordered an extra large when I reached out to them. I took a while getting a hold of them because they ignore my response and that that was not until I notified affirm I went through them to get a payment plan and it was two payments and it add up to $47.98 I followed the dispute with them and its been going back-and-forth. They say that Im trying to beat the system and get something out of them for free andthat I can check the tracking shipping like I said that I did not get the order and that was not what I am doing. I asked him to send me a return label. They want me to pay for it because that was not what they had advertised onFacebook so I feel that they didnt send me what I ordered. I have not worth a bill have not touched the merchandise since I received it one 13 I am not trying to beat the system nor ask for anything for free Im only asking for what the advertise on ******** I sent screenshots of what they advertising also what they sent me. I never said that I did not receive the package and they keep going with a firm saying that is what Im saying that is not what Im saying so Im asking for you guys to step in. And help me figure this out thanks.

    March 20, 2025 I ordered a waist trainer from Sculpt Touch March 23, 2025 I received an email stating order was on its way April 7, 2025 I emailed Sculpt Touch Support to check on the status of order and to get some Tracking info but there was no any updated tracking information provided. April 8, 2025 They emailed back stating that orders typically take ***** days and to that the tracking information shows package is in transit. April 19, 2025 I emailed Sculpt Touch Support requesting an refund April 21, 2025 I received an email stating they are resending the item free of charge. April 23, 2025 received an email stating that package was being reshipped May 5, 2025 I sent another email inquiring about the status of order and also requesting an refund. May 6 2025 I received an email from Support informing me shipping process takes ***** days and to monitor Tracking updates May 15, 2025 I emailed Support AGAIN explaining that I was no longer wanted the item & no longer interested in shopping with the company and also requesting an refund May 16, 2025 I received an email from Support informing me they are reshipping order COMPLETELY IGNORING MY REQUESTS FOR A REFUND At this point I just want my refund and be done with the whole company.

    I placed an order with the company Sculpt Touch On March 19th 2025 the company shipping states it will be delivered within 8-13 business days and it is will over that time frame as we are in April now April 7th to be exact and i still haven't received my package.

    I purchased a waist trainer from this business which led to me having extreme back and abdominal pain when I attempted to wear it. Before buying the product, i referred to their sizing ********** waist measuring with measuring tape as I am a U.S medium in all garments to ensure I bought the correct size. I reached out to the business regarding the above & requested a refund for this inconvenience and they admitted to a faulty sizing chart and advised i pay shipping cost to exchange the item. Considering the item is used, based on their return policy i can not return the item. They continue to negate the issue that the item caused me extreme back & adominal pain due to the companys improper sizing. At this time I would just like a refund due to this as I do not want to exchange and cannot return it since its a used product.

    I purchased a waist trainer vest from this dishonest company the quality was horrible I ask for a return label the company gave me such a complicated time they request pictures of the item then they requested to see pic of me in the vest to prove it was too small.numerous of times I request return they stated no I went to the post office and returned the item request my refund sculpt touch refused to return my money
