    Date of Purchasae: 6/14/2023 Amount of Sale: $40 Product Ordered: Hourglass Girdle Reason for complaint: Poorly constructed product No resolution. Company stopped cimmunicating after video complaint was sent and a replacment was asked for Order #: SCP00150701 Tracking #: ********************** Received 16 days after and paid for expedited shipping. Wore 1 week, and the threading came out of the velcro closures.

    On Wed, Jul 19, ORDER #****, I purchased Sculpt Touch Hourglass Girdle-Brown 1 XL/$39.99 + $7.99 [taxes] = $47.98 USD via my **** Credit Card [PYN*Sculpt Touch LLC ]. I wanted to exchange the item from XL to L. They sent me a link to process the item I wanted to exchange. Here is the language: "At Sculpt Touch, we accept exchanges, but kindly ask our customers to pay a $12 shipping and processing fee through the following link: *********************************************************************** . This fee will cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to our warehouse and processing the new order. And without having to send back your old merchandise." When I clicked to pay, there is an additional charge of $19.99 [processing fee]n= Total: $31.99. It appears I can keep the one I purchased; but it also appears that I am basically buying another one. I do not think that is good customer service if basically, I am buying it twice/again. I do not want the item now. I think the return should be FREE; send customer a prepaid postage to return item so I can get the correct size. I cannot use the XL, its too big. After looking at the amount of money I have to pay for the exchange and even though I asked for an exchange, I do not want the item at all and refund of $47.98 [via return free {prepaid postage}.

    They are a scam business. They sent me the entire wrong product. Their support email address doesn't exist. I had to dig for their actual one. When I emailed them with photos, they said that is what I ordered when it was very obviously not the same thing. They will not support refunds even though it doesn't list that on their website.

    Ordered a waist trainer from website never received tracking or shipping info, and am not getting a response from the company or any custom Support. Ive emailed countless times, no response.
