On December 20, 2024 I purchased a waist trainer and OxyShred thermogenic fat burner. My package was delivered January 6, 2025. I received my waist trainer, however I did not receive my fat burner but instead beet supplements. I contacted Scuplt Touch via email to inform them I received beet supplements instead of the fat burner. I sent a picture of what I received n what I order to show they are not the same. They responded back saying I received the correct item. Beets and fat burner are two different things. I emailed them back to inform them it is not the same and no response.Initial Complaint

This company is very horrible and should be banned from selling because after all the reviews and same complaints they size chart is completely off and they are very expensive and charge and extra 20 dollars to return or so basically to have to pay almost 80 dollars for something that dont fit when size chart is off. Completely. Im a size 14 which is 2x I weigh 220 an 2x of their products couldnt zip up at at all it fit like a Large and as you read the reviews all everyone is saying the tfw same their size chart is off completely. They really need to stop Manipulating and falsifying their products. I lost 65 dollarsInitial Complaint

I placed an order with Sculpt Touch back in Oc 2024, here it is now Jan ******* and I have not been able to get my order or a refund. Every time you go to the site and start a complaint its always what is the order number, when Ive already give the order number. They should be SHUT DOWN. I purchased a waist trainer and SCULPT TOUCH GLP-1 1 on December 5, 2024 and it is now December 31, 2024 and I never received. The order number is SCT75744 I paid $75.89 which also includes an insurance charge for any issue that *** arise. The track number given **********************. They said it was deliverd on 12/30/2024 at 1:14pm and I pulled the footage to my driveway entrance and front porch cameras and no one showed up to deliver anything. I asked for them to reship my product but send it a different method because the original method never got to me. They refused. I placed an order for a supplrment on Sept. 25. I purchased becausr of the money back guarantee. The product had no effect on my body at all. I took as directed, changed eating and exercise and no change. I requested a refund based on the guarantee. Now the customer service is saying you have to have taken the product for 90 days. Which is not what the webpage says when buying it. You are given 90 days to claim a refund if unhappy with the product. I am; now they are trying to make me spend more money on a product that doesnt work for me. Saying that they cant refund opened products. How am I supposed to have tried the supplement if it isnt opened and used. They offered a guarantee on results but dont want you to open the product? I ordered a product from them that said delivered but was not. I took it up with the post office and was told to file a claim. When i tried even though the shipment was shipped priority and I paid insurance it was not. I couldn't file a claim with the post office. Sculpt touch sent a link where I would pay $3.00 plus shipment and I opted for insurance again. After paying I was told I need a proof of loss from the ***** How can i get that. They have not shipped my package and I am starting to believe this is a scam. I want my money back or the product. i cannot reach out to them over the phone.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company for a waste trainer, and it has been a week and when I Contacted them they said that they could not find the order that I placed. So I sent them screenshots of my placed and paid order. They said that they would contact the warehouse and have them process the order immediately and send a sauna belt for my troubles. That was three days ago and I have since then tried to contact them on Instagram and through their webpage and now Im getting no response at all.
