    Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I forgot to cancel the shipment so I was charged. Immediately called to cancel it and get a refund, was told I can't cancel due to their process, but I could change the meal choices. If I could change the meal choices, they could simply refund me. The food isn't made, nor en route. We'll be away from home traveling so the food will sit outside and go to waste. I'd like a refund.

    I placed an order on november 1st. I read the reviews and cancelled 2 hours later at around 7 pm. At 2 am november 3rd i was charged $14.95 for a premium fee. How would I be charged a premium fee before being charged for a subscription box, and why would I be charged anything when I cancelled my subscription. I was planning on trying them when my finances were better but I will not. Even if I had gotten the box there was nowhere that said any of the meals I'd chosen were premium. Anyway, I cancelled in advance, two hours after my order and I should not have been charged anything. Please refund my money, and take ALL of my information out of your system.

    I created an account with ********************** chef to view the options for meal plans. Upon creating an account it said that I was scheduled a delivery 5 days out. I knew I would not be available to receive the box and selected to delay my order in the website, I then proceeded to cancel my subscription. I was under the impression that my account has been deactivated, however today October 9th I realized I was to be receiving a package from them and I had been charged $38 and some change. This entire process is predatory in my opinion. They don't let you look at the meal options without entering card information, which is the only reason I gave them my card information. The cancellation process is confusing and I believe that to be intentional, I find it stunning that I was unaware I had been charged for an order without even making meal selections. Further I contacted green chef about this and they refused to process a return as well as a refund.

    I subscribed to the minimum Green Chef meal delivery plan of 3 meals per week, each meal has 2 servings. Although I selected premium meals, the surcharge of ~$10 was not reflected in the shopping cart before I checked out. In the cart, the meals were $69.12 after a promotional discount. Only after the transaction was processed did I get charged an addition $50.44. The meals are to be delivered 9/24/24 and have already shipped. I don't feel I should have to pay such an exorbitant surcharge especially since the amount is not clearly stated in the total cost.

    I subscribed to Green Chef's meal delivery service from August 10th to August 17th, 2024. While I wanted to continue my subscription, I knew I would be out of state from August 31st to October 14th, so I proactively canceled all deliveries scheduled during this period.On Sunday, September 8th, I received an email from Green Chef asking me to confirm my meals for an upcoming delivery. Concerned, I logged into my account to ensure all deliveries in September were skipped, which they were. I also added additional skips for October as a precaution.Despite this, on Tuesday, September 10th, at 1:06 AM, I received a notification that Green Chef had charged my credit card for a delivery scheduled for September 14th. I immediately contacted Green Chef to dispute this charge, but they claimed that my delivery for September 14th had not been skipped.I do not agree with Green Chef's assertion. I verified on September 8th that the September 14th delivery was marked as skipped in their system. This charge was unauthorized and should be refunded.

    I receive daily non stop spam from this company. I have never signed up for anything from them, I never purchased anything from them. Yet... somehow they think daily junkmail will get me to think of them as a legitimate company?

    On 8/20/24, I signed up for an account. I cancelled the subscription on 8/20/24. On 8/26/24 I received a text saying I had a delivery coming in on 8/27/24. I called the customer support number ***************** on 8/26/24 at around 4:38 PM CT. They informed me that I only canceled the subscription and not the initial box. I was not able to locate any part of the website that indicated a separate process to cancel the initial box as opposed to future boxes. Obscuring cancelation policies and methods is a misleading and unethical business practice.

    I had an acct with greenchef in 2021 and made one order. I saw an ad on Instagram on July 21 and clicked on this ad. After looking at the prices I closed the browser. The next day I received notice my ****** acct had charged credit card used in 2021. I did not authorize this charge. I dispute with ****** twice who said it was a valid charge. And second dispute(two weeks) that items was shipped and delivered. However on July 22 I called and spend 40min on phone in which supervisor said I would receive refund in 5-10 days. Which I did not receive. Their customer service told me many times they couldn't cancel even though it has been less than 24 hrs since "activation" greenchef claims I reactivated and authorized payment. Which I never did. They also refuse to refund my money

    I am shocked when i disputed with ****** i was informed this was not only a valid transaction on first complaint. but on SECOND complaint ****** informed me that not only were items shipped but somehow delivered to my home. This business continues to LIE to benefit themselves. I am shocked at the customer Service and ABUSE from this company. The credit card dispute is still pending with card company. I am not sure this is resolved at this point,

    Starting off you charged my ****** acct without my authorization. Then I had to spend 40+ minutes to get the order canceled, which I was told you would refund my money. Which did not and still has not happened. I dispute with ******. Which somehow you provided proof a product was delivered, which was NOT. THEN I dispute with my credit card and you STILL are saying you provided a product, that was canceled in less than 24 hrs(that was not authorized). Almost two months later and you say you will provide a refund, I still do not have a refund!! How dare you say you messaged me to fix this dispute.

    I did a trial and after the first delivery decided I didnt like it so I cancelled the subscription. They charged me anyway and even though its a week in advance, and I havent received any product, they still charged me $99 and refuse to refund it.

    Green Chef marketed a new promotion where the buyer would get 50% off their first box and 50 ClassPass credits on sign-up with Green Chef. During the sign-up stage, they confirm the 50 credits but once completed, they notify that the credits are only for new accounts with ClassPass. On all of Green Chefs promotion material however, there is no mention that the ClassPass credits need to be for a new account with ClassPass. Those with existing ClassPass accounts are not able to use the credits, and this is only conveyed through ClassPass. All promotional and even the ClassPass credit activation email from Green Chef do not note anywhere that the ClassPass account has to be new. Additionally, the terms and conditions are only accessible through ClassPasss side, even though it is Green Chef who is marketing the promotion.
