I ordered these on around August 12th 2025. They come with a 60 day money back guarantee. I heard from several people that since I am on 6 different prescription meds that its not a good idea to take these diet pills so I have sent a total of 6 emails to their support team asking how to send these back for a refund and I have been completely ghosted. I ordered a weight loss med from them and before I received it I received my biopsy results from my doctor and I asked him about this medicine I had ordered and he told me not to take it. I emailed the company and told them I needed to return the med and they gave me instructions how to send it back. I never opened the 6 bottles and sent them back by *** in the same package they sent them to me in. They have not credited my account for the meds and they keep sending me emails from customer support saying that I need to answer all these questions that do not apply to me or they can set me up with a coach to help with my weight loss. I do not need a coach and Ive told them that as well. The cost was $317.52. I finally told them I was going to report so they have stopped emailing me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a weight loss product, Prozenith, from this company. My husband and I had a serious discussion about this product and that I had not consulted a doctor. I agreed with him and said that I would return the product. On September 10th, I called the ***************** number on the packing slip *************) and they said I could use any carrier to return the product. I also confirmed the address, my order number and the amount to be refunded, $690.89. I mailed all bottles back to them that ***************, September 20th, I checked my credit card account and didn't see a refund. I called the ***************** number and they said I had to send an email and I would be sent instructions. I have been exchanging emails all afternoon and, after several email exchanges, I still do not have a refund. They insist that I complete an Exception Questionnaire, but I will not answer Q20 because it states that I will either continue and give the product a real chance, I don't want to miss my results (which I never started) OR I'm giving up, close my account close my refund request permanently. When I tried calling the ***************** number to discuss my concern with Q20, they said I could only use the email address *************************************** I've kept all my emails, if needed.They have all the product I ordered. I purchased an item based on a video advertisement which led to this website:********************************************************************************* . The 3 bottles I received were not the item that was promised. I am trying to return the product for a full refund and am still in the refund policy return window but I cannot get a response to my emails. Their refund policy says that you cannot return the bottles until you hear back from them by email with instructions. I emailed over a month ago and now because it is getting close to being outside the window of the return policy I fear they are attempting to wait long enough so they can argue that my request for a refund is outside their return policy window. I also called their customer service phone line at ************ and was told that I had to email the company and that they were unable to help me with my situation. I spoke with ****** on the telephone. My account order number is #*** and I spent $229.78 on an item that was supposed to be bottles of Himalayan pink salt weight loss product and ended up being bottles of plain turmeric with no other ingredient. They are very difficult to find online and when you go back to the video where you originally purchased the item they just give you the same return policy information and phone number and email. I have attempted to use both of these things more than once and I'm not receiving a response. I've offered to return the items for a full refund but I'm not receiving a response to that request with instructions or confirmation of my request. I would have returned the items before now but the return policy clearly says that the consumer has to first email them and then hear back from them with instructions before submitting a return of the bottles for a refund. I ordered Prozenith after watching a video with Oprah. Thinking that she endorses it I ordered it. Unfortunately I then learned that she DOES NOT endorse it; the video is misleading. I have NOT opened the package and I want to return the product.The advertising says you can even return it after you've actually used some of it. But you have to first contact customer service, and they have to tell you how and where to return the product. On 8/25/25 I sent a note to the Prozenith ************************************* address, I received an email that they'd respond shortly. I have sent four additional messages and I have not received a single response Their guarantee is not being upheld. The product, which I didn't realize has a significant amount of caffeine, causes me to get heart palpitations. I will gladly pay for one bottle but I'd like to return the five unopened bottles with the guaranteed refund. No one has made any contact with me. Can you please assist? 9-1-2025 I watched video of ***** ******* sharing Salt Trick diet. The video ended in the information leading to ordering pills called Prozenith. I ordered then found out ***** has denied affiliation with Prozenith. I received the product and desire to return as they said was an option. A few minutes ago I was utilizing the return link which started out stating it could take ***** minutes to answer all the questions. I went ahead because I had invested $181.25 and desired the refund. I aborted the return process when after the 14th question the following was requested. I was astounded because they requested the following:(cut and pasted here)Hey ********! When I purchased the products I was guaranteed full refund. I've only received partial refund and followed up more than a dozen times. Outstanding refund due me $909.70. I purchased 2 bottles of Prozenith2 for $185.62. On 8/28/. I paid through **********. The product was never shipped and when I contacted **********, they referred me back to this scam seller who misused celebrity endorsements and gave false claims through AI technology. I have been trying for close to a month now to get a refund with no luck. I filed a fraud claim with **** and so far this scam company has made no attempts to answer ***** What bothers me most is that eventually **** will credit this back to me, BUT Prozenith will keep my original payment....this is SO wrong. Company ad states if I am not satisfied or product doesnt work I can return it within 60 days for full refund. I started the refund 3 weeks after I received it and after 5 ************** have not gotten a response as to when I will receive my money. Each time they says they are really busy and will have someone contact me but do not. I want my money back. This is false advertising and they are still selling the product today.
