Prozenith stated on their web site that their product comes with 100% money back guarantee. I purchased 3 bottles at a price of $224.34. Received the order on Sept 4, 2025. Started taking the product on Sept 6, and continued for 16 days. I experienced digestive upset and had to discontinue taking them. I contacted Prozenith via email to request a refund. InitialIy the response was to point out that it was very rare to be dissatisfied with the product. When I persisted, I was directed to complete a form on line and follow the instructions to return the product. I sent back 2 full and 1 partial bottle on October 6, for which I have a proof of delivery from ****. I continued to correspond via email and most responses were giving me tracking numbers or telling me that they are working on the refund. I believe that I was corresponding with AI, as the responses did not make sense. I dont believe that they have any intention of refunding my money as they advertise they would.Initial Complaint

I received 2 bottles of Prozenith in July 2025. I returned them. The refunded me $124.00. THEN I received 8 bottles. If did not want these. I was told where to send them back. I did so August 5, 2025. I called and said Im returning them. They told me the address to send them to, so I did. In ********** In the mean time I called them 3/4 times. They told me I would be getting a refund in 3 to 7 days. I called again and again. They said the very same thing. I calle back today and they had a new response. I couldnt get my refund of $304.00 because I sent it to the wrong address. I believe Ive been scammed. My phone is **********. Their phone is **********. They are refusing to listen to me. Ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith. Company shipped 8/17/2025 only 2 bottles. Contacted the company multiple times. **************** phone number says they can't help (ironically, they can only take your money) and that the company can only be reached via email for problems. I attempted to contact multiple times without any response at all. Did not open the 2 bottles sent as I was waiting for instructions. Originally asked for the additional bottles to be shipped. Now realize this is just a scam. I am out the money and the product. Shame on me for late night purchase based on ***** ******* recommendation without doing any due diligence.Initial Complaint

I purchased this product with a 90-day full refund guarantee. I tried it for a month and it didn't work. Since then, I've sent email after email looking for a refund. The information on BBB website and Prozenith website give web and phone #s for OTHER companies who have nothing to do with Prozenith.Initial Complaint

On 08-04-2025 I thought I was authorizing a purchase for a specific supplement with very specific ingredients. I am not sure what the actual name of the company is, but I discovered that someone named **** ******** registered the trademark on 02-08-2025. The day I purchased the supposed product I also watched a rather long marketing video about the product- it had come across a thread while I was on ********* It turns out that the video was nothing but a scam created by AI and was not at all legitimate. The company... or the person behind all this is lying and deceiving people with their scandalous fake information. I did not receive the same product that I was sold. The purchase amount was for $698.18. The people selling this product used an online platform called ********* to complete customer purchases. When I realized that the wrong product was sent, I immediately reached out and attempted to complete the return process. I used the contact information that was provided on the product bottle, as well as the information I received from emails, text messages, and the information provided to me when I called to start the return process. I indeed tried to return the goods, documentation via sent emails, and text messages have been uploaded. Nobody helped or provided correct information, as to what I needed to do to successfully complete the return process. The links to various resources are no longer operational, and these people have also rebranded their product a couple times over. One new name is LipoVive. I request help in obtaining a refund and will assist the BBB in bringing serious charges of false advertising, fraud, and corruption against this company and its associates.Initial Complaint

Company Prozenith is falsely advertising their product. In addition they say the product comes with a money back guarantee, but I have been trying for over a month now to get the company to respond to my request for refund. I ordered $318.40 worth of Pink Salt Diet. It took over 3 weeks for the package of 6 bottles to arrive. It was advertised as having pink Himalayan sea salt and other exotic ingredients that equaled to the ******* shots but safer. when it arrived, it stated the sole ingredient was TURMURIC. (I am allergic to turmeric!) Thank heavens I read the label. In very tiny letters I had to blow up with my phone to read. Im ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* 50%. I said no. So then I was offered to keep the product and 60% refund. I said no that I would return the product for 100% refund. I was scheduled for surgery the next few days so It took me about 2 week to return it at my expense. I made sure it was signed for that they received it. I disputed it on my cc. My cc denied me the dispute today stating the companies bank had a mandatory 30 day return policy. No one mentioned this but it was returned in the 30 days FROM RECEIPT OF THE *****Initial Complaint

Tried product, didn't work. I filled out their requested forms, returned un used bottles, have sent several emails and have received zero response, or money back. I saw when I ordered that they had a 90 day guarantee. I got the order for 90 days of product and used it for a few weeks and saw no results. When I wanted to return what was left and get a refund I was told to email them which I did. I kept waiting for a response and by the time I got one I was told that it was past the 60 days in which I could get a refund. Then they tried to convince me to use a service they could provide instead of a refund.
