I am requesting a refund from the company.The product has been returned as of September 12, 2025.I have requested my refund by following the website information.The product was sent without any return slips or instructions.I also had to pay to have the product shipped back to the company. July 3, 2025 ordered two at $69 apiece then 24 the other three was at $17 apiece Been calling him and trying to get the address and they said all you should have it been calling him about every other day getting the same answers. On 7/17/25, I listened to an infomercial regarding a weight loss product that was endorsed and used by ***** *******. It was simple to use and would provide all the necessary outcomes for anyone battling lifelong weight problems like me. After hearing how they were turned away by ********** and then found this small company who had been producing her own special formulas, she agreed to take them on and make and produce their product. Well, I was convinced this was worth a try and it came with a 60-day money back guarantee. So I purchases 3 bottles (3mos. supply) at a price of $227.70. It arrived about a week later & I started taking 2 a day per instructions. After 2 weeks, I saw no difference, I decided to continue ****** least 1 month, which I did. Still nothing, no weight loss, no inches loss. All of which was said to start happening right away. At that point I was feeling like I need to take them up on their guarantee and get at least some of my money back. So on 8/29/25, I called the number listed & explained what I was trying to do. They told me I needed to send an email to ************************************* which i did on the same date, telling them their product did not work for me and I would like a refund. Also, I asked them to let me know where to send the 2 remaining bottles. No response for weeks. I called again & was told someone will call you back today. No one called. I resent the 8/29 email with a note asking for someone to reach out to me. That was 9/19/25. I called again today, same story: "someone will get back to you".Initial Complaint

Purchase product on 8/22. Ship date was 8/25. Credit card was charged for $294.00.Product expected was based on the advertisement on ******** with many supplements listed. What was received was a product with just turmeric and black pepper for ingredients. Called customer support when I opened the package on 9/10 that handles various companies and they told me to email *********************************** I emailed on 9/10 and again on 9/12. Followed up with another phone call on 9/16 and was told it could take 7-10 business days to get a response via email for return processing. Sent another email on 9/16. It is now 9/24, still no response to any email and have sent yet a 4th request for refund and return processing instructions; my bottles are not opened or tampered with and ready to send back at my expense.I can't find any other phone numbers for the company to call and have only the one email address to reach out to. I will never purchase like this again.I did try to cancel my order within a half hour of placing it, something in my gut told me something was wrong. Again, it was that email and still no response. Representatives contact me to continue the program asking for more money but can't help me with returns. I purchased 6 bottles of Prozenith online after watching a video that promised 6 bottles for the cost of 3. That didnt happen when I ordered 6 bottles, so I returned them. ***** sent documentation that my return was received and signed for. I order Prozenith "pink salt" weight loss capsules from an add seen on ******** 8/17/2025. It was to have 5 ingredients, none of them which where listed on the bottle when received. I called the support line, they told me they could not help on 09/02/2025 , I needed to e-mail ************************************* for instructions, I did, no response. Mailed the product back Priority mail 9/03/2025 according to tracking it was received at the address in **************** that it was shipped from and delivered to an individual @ 11:47 am on Sep ******. I have followed up with phone calls and e-mails every few days, no response. I ordered Prozenith because of an article I saw on ********. I'm usually very cautious about these types of ads but this one reeled me in. I ordered six bottles with the written promise that I could return for a full refund within sixty days. The product doesn't provide the advertised results. In fact no results at all. I've emailed customer service three times with no response and called the customer service phone number and was told they couldn't help me and I had to go through email only. I've now made a claim through my credit card for reimbursement. Don't order anything from them.
