      Company Prozenith is falsely advertising their product. In addition they say the product comes with a money back guarantee, but I have been trying for over a month now to get the company to respond to my request for refund. I continue to reach out to them and they dont respond. So my complaint is that they falsely advertise their product with a false guarantee.

      I ordered $318.40 worth of Pink Salt Diet. It took over 3 weeks for the package of 6 bottles to arrive. It was advertised as having pink Himalayan sea salt and other exotic ingredients that equaled to the ******* shots but safer. when it arrived, it stated the sole ingredient was TURMURIC. (I am allergic to turmeric!) Thank heavens I read the label. In very tiny letters I had to blow up with my phone to read. Im ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* 50%. I said no. So then I was offered to keep the product and 60% refund. I said no that I would return the product for 100% refund. I was scheduled for surgery the next few days so It took me about 2 week to return it at my expense. I made sure it was signed for that they received it. I disputed it on my cc. My cc denied me the dispute today stating the companies bank had a mandatory 30 day return policy. No one mentioned this but it was returned in the 30 days FROM RECEIPT OF THE *****

      Tried product, didn't work. I filled out their requested forms, returned un used bottles, have sent several emails and have received zero response, or money back. There customer service is horrible, but basically no customer service. Return policy difficult and not as stated. I simply want return of my money.

      I saw when I ordered that they had a 90 day guarantee. I got the order for 90 days of product and used it for a few weeks and saw no results. When I wanted to return what was left and get a refund I was told to email them which I did. I kept waiting for a response and by the time I got one I was told that it was past the 60 days in which I could get a refund. Then they tried to convince me to use a service they could provide instead of a refund.

      I purchased this diet supplement of 6 bottles of Prozenith for a total of $442.98.I decided not to use the product & have had a great deal of trouble trying to return the 6 unopened bottles.I have sent many emails requesting the address for ************** (an automated email responder) keeps sending addresses that do not exist per ****** and my post office.I will now contact my credit card provider for ************* not do business with this company.I wish that I had read to reviews which are negative.

      Product does not work and the video showed different information from what they send . Call them to return the product and they said I had to email them which I have 6 different times and they never responded! It was 60 days guarantee and I have been emailing and calling for over a month!

      I ordered the product from their webside. As soon as I received the 6 bottles I almost immediately read the ingredients and found out they were not what the product claimed they had in it. As a matter of fact it is a scam. It is not what was advertised at all. They also promised refunds no questions asked if not satisfied. I texted with them for days and finally got an address where to sent the bottles back in order to receive a refund. I sent them back over a month ago. I got a receipt from post office to prove it. They got their items back unused and unopened. Now they refuse to refund my money back. They got my money and the product back and I got no refund. They sent me pre written emails that have no sense and gave me a phone number that only allowed you to leave a voicemail. I just want my money back. I am an older lady on fixed income and to me this is a lot of money. Please, please help me.

      I purchased the product on Sept 1 and it was shipped to me on Sept ******. I used the product as directed for two weeks with no weight loss. The customer service person who asked for more information to my e-mails is named *****. I saw this advertised on ********* is a copy of the first e-mail I sent:I need to return my Prozenith product. It is order # *****, product 225-TRMRIC-26, Prozenith, Qty 6. It was shipped to me on? 9/3/25 via FedX. I have used it for two weeks and find it to be ineffective. Please send me a return procedure so I may get an immediate refund.       Prozenith, ************************************************************** Ordered 6 bottles of ProZenith from website ************************************************ which advertised as a weight-loss pills containing Ashwagandha, Zinc, Lion's Mane (a functional mushroom), Vitamin C, D, BHB Salts, etc., on August 15, 2025 at a cost of $294 plus $20.58 tax for a total of $314.58. It is advertised as backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. I received the package about 6 days after ordering and it contained 6 bottles of Turmeric . I emailed ************************************* on August 26, 2025 inquiring why I received a different product. I did not receive a reply. I called the **************** ************ and was told I needed to contact the company through the email address. I informed **************** that I had done that. The **************** representative could not or would not help. I again emailed on August 30 requesting a refund and mailed the 6 bottles back on September 26, 2025 at a cost of $21.95 and informed to company that it was mailed. The package arrived in ****** Sept 28 was picked up by someone in ****** on October 1, 2025. I contacted this company many times inquiring about my refund which I was told would take ***** days. Then I was told in an email from them that to speed up the refund I should use a website they provided. I told them all my information was with them and I would not use a site my computer tells me is not safe. I still do not have a refund and the company does not respond to my almost daily refund inquiries.

      The advertisement was with ***** *******, which I trust her I thought, but the ad said you know it was gonna work within a matter ofdays and you were gonna notice results right away and just be careful because you could lose too much weight and lets see no questions asked if for reason you dont arent happy with the product Then you can return it. No questions asked well when I requested a return. I had to fill out a ********************************************************************************************************************************************** and Im like I dont know why it didnt work for me. You know different things to affect different people differently. That was all I could say andthey wanted a detailed description of why it did not work And that you know that itself is crazy. Its supposed to be no questions asked and I had to fill out all these forms and its just very frustrating and Ive been trying to get a refund since August ********************************************** after the of October and I still havent gotten a refund and Ive been emailing them back-and-forth. They just talk real nice and tell me to keep takingthe product well Ive already sent the product back probably 2 to 3 weeks ago. I sent the product back so I cant keep taking the product. They think that I just didnt give it enough time whatever you know because they said 98% of the people respond to it in a positive way mean it didnt workfor me. Thats all I know And Ive told them over and over what happened to The no questions asked if for any reason youre not happy you can get a refund right WellIts been since August 25 that I started this refund .advertisement is very misleading because that thing about no questions asked and you know its guaranteed to work within a certain amount of time. If you listen to that advertisement, youll understand what Im talking about. Thank you bye-bye
