    I ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith on 6/28. Next day saw charge for 12 bottles. Tried to cancel the order that day and was told it shipped. Received the order on 7/15 and returned on 7/15 by Fed Ex. Delivered on 7/21/25. Gave them the tracking number and was acknowledged by Prozenith. No refund by 8/23/25. I called for a refund. Emailed on 8/30/25 again. No response at all.

    I ordered 3 bottles of Prozenith capsules on July 13 and took them as directed, but I had no results. They didn't work as promised so according to their website I returned the product on August 16, 2025 along with my written and signed request to refund my money. Tracking shows that they received the product on August 19. Today is Sept. 1 and I'm trying to get my refund. They keep trying to get me to click on a link for an electronic form that is asking me to jump through hoops including submit a video to get my refund. Nowhere on their website does it say that this is required to get a refund. By the way, the website indicated I have 60 days. If not happy a full refund would be issued. I would like for BBB to intervene on my behalf.

    I watched a lengthy podcast with ***** ******* about Prozenith during which she clearly states that those who watch the entire video will receive 3 bottles and only pay for 3 (i.e., 6 bottles for the price of 3).After watching the entire video, I was redirected to the webstore for Prozenith on Cart Panda. I selected the option for 3 bottles with 3 bottles free. The price displayed was $49 per bottle. In order to complete ones purchase, one is required to click through 2-3 additional pages trying to upsell. I clicked No thanks each time and eventually completed the purchase. No price was displayed on the final page and I monitored my phone to make sure the charge reflected 3 x $49. To my surprise, I was billed $321.59!I reached out to customer service to try and correct the order. I was informed they were not aware of any offer for 3 bottles and 3 bottles for free. I instructed them to cancel my order and reverse the charges based on Oprah Winfreys podcast statement that customers would receive a full refund if they were dissatisfied for any reason. Instead, I was asked to fill out an online form to cancel my order. The online process prompted me to keep the product.I informed customer service that I would dispute the charge if posted and refuse/return any product which was delivered.While customer service seemed concerned that I might report the transaction to BBB, it did not result in them cancelling my order. I was subsequently charged $321.59 and product was shipped to my address.

    This took place 8-30-25 I watch a very long video of ***** ******* pitching the pink salt trickIt was very convincing & how she put all the ingredients from ***** together & working with a Doctor Onia to give to her friends, then she pitches the product called Prozenith I thought it was legitimate because of Oprah, so I ordered 3 bottles for $227.18 using my ****** account I was immediately transported to a page where I was pressured to purchase 6 bottles, I refused this & was sent to another page where I was offered to change my 3 bottle order to a 6 bottle order for $256.18 I saw it as a small savings so I bitthis was a big mistake! They suckerd me into making a new order for $256.18 this took place without giving me a chance to review my order.When I saw this on my ****** account I tried to contact them it was not the product company, it was a company called Cartpanda with a bad reputation and lots of complaints I tried to call them because I had no other number, I was on the phone for almost an hour when an agent answered she kept saying hello, hello, I cant hear you! Im going to hang up now. So, after that I suspected I was scammed and I went online and found I was scammed! Oprah has never had any to do with pink salt trick or the Product called Prozenith people online say the product is fake and nothing more than Turmeric powder.I do not want this product!! It was sold to me under false ************************** these people and the company should be in jailI called my credit card & put a freeze on the payment and the bank will be investigating them on fraud

    Purchased product and it did not work as advertised and i returned product per the instructions provided by the company. I was not given my refund even after several attempts to contact the company.I returned the product via certified mail I have documents but do not know how to download this information am 75 years old and not very knowledgeable about that sort of stuff

    The company refuses to respond to my inquiries about my refund. When I call, the person on the phone hung up on me and would only give me the customer service email address as a method of communication and just told me to wait for them to respond. When I email, they only try to sell me more services and never actually answer my question. They have a 100% guarantee but, apparently you have to fight for a refund, that is if you can. I have proof of delivery that Prozenith received my return and yet they have not issued a refund.

    I bought the product and they did not disclose that the main ingredient was tumeric. I am highly allergic to tumeric. The ad said 100% money back guarantee. I sent the product back 2 day priority but forgot to get the tracking number. I put all my information inside the package. They refuse to give me my money back without a tracking number. The phone number I was given is a third party number which they wouldnt help me either.

    8/18/25 I watched an infomercial on FB featuring ***** ******* purporting to explain the "pink salt trick", weight loss claims, and explanation of product and why it works. I made an online purchase of 6 bottles on 8/18. They were shipped via ***** on 8/19 and arrived 8/22/25. The total cost, including tax, was $323.11. The Prozenith commercial stated the bottles would contain pink salt, green tea extract, berberine and resveratrol. The infomercial stated that this combination of ingredients as a supplement boosts metabolism and assists in weight loss. The package I received 8/22/25 contains 6 bottles of a product labeled "Prozenith", the total ingredients listed on the bottles are 2 forms of tumeric and black pepper. The prozenith company requests email request for returns; I emailed them immediately (8/22/25 @ 1715 hrs PDT). Receiving no response, I emailed again 8/26/25 @ 1015 hrs PDT. Still no response. Due to the fact this company is either blatantly conducting false advertising, or inadvertently sent me the wrong product, I have requested a prepaid return label to send the brand new, unopened, unused product back to them. I expect to receive a 100% refund ($323.11); I do not accept that I should be expected to pay for the return shipping.

    The product was being sold through a podcast I saw on ****** and it was a ** that supposedly invented it along with Oprah who supposedly funded the supplements. I was charged twice almost 600$ and when I reached out to get my refund I was unable to resolve any of my issues and did not receive a refund for the extra money charged on my debit card. I am disputing it with my bank at the moment.

    I purchased this product for weight loss. It is Tumeric. There isnt any ingredient for weight loss of 6 pounds in 7 days or 30 pounds in a month as advertised. They set up a call with me to discuss my weight loss and they never called and I am unable to get in touch with them.
