      I purchased a product called prozenith after viewing an advertisement featuring ***** ******* and numerous "experts." It was billed as having 5 ingredients that mimic a GLP1 drug in a healthy way. When the order came there were two ingredients on the label not five -- pepper and pepperine. It was advertised as having a 100 percent money back guarantee and since it wasn't as advertised I decided to return it. I called my Discover Card to dispute the charge and was told to call Prozenith and be sure to get a tracking number. When I contacted Prozenith, the employee I spoke with asked if I would accept a partial refund. I refused and told him it was a scam and I wanted a full refund. He gave me an address to return the product to and I did just that. I then uploaded all documentation including the tracking slip verification that it had been returned on the Discover card dispute website. Today I was notified that my dispute was invalid because the merchant claimed my return had not been received and possibly I returned it to the shipping location and not the return location. I KNOW I returned it where I was told. This company is committing fraud and expensive fraud.($294.00)

      In early September I purchased several bottles of Prozenith from the company after seeing a video on ******** that supposedly had ***** ******* in it talking about this amazing weight loss herbal blend. It turned out to be a deep fake using AI which I found out just recently. It wasn't until I opened the second bottle of the product after a month of use, that I saw that the color, size and ratio of the ingredients were different! This is very freaky! There was no quality control or measures taken to ensure proper product. I reached out to the company and they gave me the round and round and will not refund me my almost $700! They even gave me a FAKE address to mail the products back to and claim they might refund if they receive it all. The address does not exist! I verified on ******, ****, *** and ***** websites. When I reached back out to tell them this, they started no longer responding and still has not issued me a refund. This SCREAMS of fraud and is a major safety and health concern since the products are only god knows what inside the capsules.

      I purchased the product Prozenith after watching a very long infomercial. Oprah was in the infomercial and the product promoted a weight loss supplement made with "special" ingredients including green tea extract and Himalayan salt. Upon receiving the product, the capsules are simply just turmeric. Obviously this is a scam.I contacted their customer service ***** via email and was told that I could return my unused, unopened bottles for a refund. I was provided a return address of ********************************************. I couldn't find such an address, but was told that it was indeed correct and that the Aurora, ** address where the product came from is only for shipping out the product.There is no such address. I just contacted them and was told to send it to a different address: ***************************** Aurora, ** and then another one: ****************, ******, **. It appears to just be a big joke to them as none of these are valid addresses. I paid via ****** (four payments of $78.64) and was returning four of the six bottles.

      Did not order a second order. They sent 6 bottles total. I would be dead if I used all that they sent. I only wanted to shed 10 lbs. I have been in email contact from the very beginning with numerous replies from them promising that the billing department is working on it. I have completed the return request online as they requested. This is a total scam!!!

      Prozineth was purchased on Aug *******. It was returned unopened and received at their return center on Sept ******- at address provided by customer service at **********************. Return was completed and received per *** Ex tracking number). Prozenith advertises full refund. I returned all 6 bottles unopened. Order number *****. I have called their customer service repeatedly and emailed them multiple times. Each time they tell me same thing. Refund will be made 30 days from receipt of return. I have not received any refund. Each time I email they ask me to complete a return form and follow instructions. I have done this repeatedly. Please help me get my refund. I paid for the return. The cost of Prozenith should be refunded in full.

      On 8/28/25 I Ordered Prozenith. Order # ***** Tracking # ************. I received 6 bottles @ $294.00. In the mean time I had testing that showed a mass on my heart. I was advised not to delete or enter and new medication even otc. I requested a refund. I returned my bottles BUT have not received my refund. Please advise

      I purchased six bottles of Prozenith on August 9. My package arrived with labels that were all crooked and bubbling and very poorly attached to the bottles. My initial feeling was that it was a fake. I tried the supplements for a week and indeed found that it was fake. The ingredients discussed as effective in the marketing video were not even in the product. I contacted prozenith for a refund and that email has now had 20 or more replies where AI was answering me and I could not contact a person. They told me that I could return the product for a full refund which I did and paid for shipping myself which was $14.95. I shipped it back to them on September 16 and it arrived on the 19th. I have supplied the tracking numbers and all theinformation necessary to get a refund. At this point when I click on the email that says I purchased an item. It goes to a crashed website. The phone number hangs up. Can you help me get a refund?

      I purchased this product when I wasn't in my right mind. My mom had just passed away and I was feeling down about myself. This lady was advertising a pink salt water trick and how you have everything right in your kitchen. Just grab a pen and paper so you can write it down. That was a lie. I didn't get until I see my statement for $668.00 that this was a scam. I tried right away to stop the delivery it didn't happen. They won't refund my money or even respond to me. From what I read I'm not the only one. Please help

      On 8/8/25 I purchased a (6) six month supply of PROZENITH, guaranteed with a 60day complete REFUND. I contacted the business on 9/9/25 that the product was being returned and I wanted my full refund. I was unable to continue with the product since it was causing nervousness and anxiety with picking at my fingernails. I also was taking medicine for the anxiety, had no weight loss, no decrease in cravings or appetite. All of which was advertised by Prozenith. I supplied them with a copy of my bank statement showing the $294.00 purchase to Prozenith. I also forwarded the postal receipt supporting my return on 9/9/25. I sent the tracking number and signed receipt of product on 9/12/25, well within the 60 day refund policy. I have communicated with "*****" a **************** representative for ********************** since 9/9/25. They're offering me to keep the product and go with a coach to promote better weight loss. I requested a refund since I don't want to continue in view of the nervousness and anxiety. They promised prioritizing the refund since ALL the requested documents have been received. I have not heard from them since 10/3/25 indicating that I'm outside of the 60day refund policy. They have had the product since 9/12 and are not proceeding with my REFUND.

      I was contacted via phone for product. Received a text and replied to cancel the order Order was returned via registered mail. They have refused to credit the card it was charged on. Numerous texts have been sent with no response. The initial call was rather like a bully and I cannot find someone to help. I no longer have a phone number to contact regarding this matter and I feel a complaint is necessary!!!!!!!
