Im requesting my funds/refund back at this time. At this time, I have not received my order (#*****) after paying $314.58. At this time was when I found out that the Commercial I saw, lead by ***** ******* was fake AI-generated celebrity endorsements, and high-pressure sales tactics. After that, when I called the number listed from my Banks transaction Details window for Cartpanda Prozenith *************) it said that at 2:15pm CST, they were experiencing extensive calls, and had me waiting after 60 calls. But when the 10 minute count down, concluded, another message was there, saying that Cartpanda Prozenith is closed, and is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Nothing more was said.Initial Complaint

I ordered prozenith on 817 2025 and received it in the mail two days ago. It is not what it claims to be. It is nothing turmeric and turmeric ingredients. The refund policy is complete BS and all they try to do is have you take coaching classes !! I might include that the actual coaching session I was supposed to have was canceled by the actual coach because she said she had an emergency. This was the free coaching session that came with ordering prozenith ! Ive seen a lot of complaints not just on here, but on other website forms of the same issue. I ordered mine from the official site, sothere was no issue with third-party sellers, and all I received was a bottle of turmeric and turmeric ingredients it is nothing like what it says. I didnt have any issues with fake return addresses. I didnt let it get that far when they started trying to offer me classes and givingme the runaround I went straight to the Better Business Bureau. And whats even more pathetic is that ***** ******* is promoting this product. Thats how I out about it And I went to the official website that she is promoting along with this doctor and its all a scheme.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bottles of what was advertised as the 4 ingredient formula for the Pink Salt Trick weight loss program. Testimonies from ***** ******* and others, physicians, scientists appeared in the advertising. I paid $207 for the bottles. What arrived were bottles of turmeric and not the advertised product. I immediately contacted the company by email and requested a refund, stating I would return the product. They had offered a money-back guarantee. They responded by stating that the other ingredients were actually included in the capsules. I indicated I just wanted to return the product and receive a refund. Days later I received an email response offering to refund 50% of money paid and I could keep the product. I did some additional research on company/product and discovered this was probably a scam situation so I reported this to BBB scam. I decided to accept the 50% refund and chalk it up to a valuable ****** learned. The response I received to my aacceptance was an email telling me they had a better dealI could keep the product and they would apply my $207 to personal coaching to achieve weight loss. I replied no thank you just give me the refund which I expect within the week. I received no refund or response. I emailed again requesting my refund and still no reply.Initial Complaint

Re: ************************************* I watched the video for The Pink Salt Trick, featuring Oprah, where she promises viewers that she will gift 3 free bottles to everyone who purchases the 6 bottle option of Prozenith, meaning the cost will only be $49 x3 bottles. But when placing an order from the links on the Prozenith website immediately after watching the video, the cost is $49 x6 bottles, and there are only 6 bottles that will be shipped. In other words, the promise of 3 free bottles was a lie. Classic bait and switch. The company does not answer their phone, it is a constant busy signal.Customer Answer

Dear ******,
I received a phone call on Sunday afternoon, August 24, 2025, from a Prozenith ***resentative. He knew that I had sent his company an email with the subject line: Prozenith bait and switch. That was all the information he had.
Specifically, he knew nothing of the content in my initial email complaint to his company; was unaware of the Prozenith customer service *** who sent me an email ***ly, entirely in Spanish, or that I ***lied to that email requesting customer service in English - to no avail; was unaware that I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; did not know there was a lengthy video with Oprah advertising Prozenith and directing traffic to the official Prozenith website, nor was he aware of the disc***ancies between what was promised in that video vs what is stated on the Prozenith website; and was not familiar with what is actually on the official Prozenith website.
As we looked at the official Prozenith website together, I pointed out that there is no product information. For example, there is no list of ingredients. In fact, it is not entirely clear what ingredients are in Prozenith, as there are no "about this" or "FAQ" links. Neither is there any information about how to use their product, when to take the product, how many pills/capsules per dose, how many doses a day, etc.
We both noticed that none of the three pictured items (please see the screen shot below) match their descriptions. Tumeric is a bright yellow-orange substance. ***** Nigrum is a black peppercorn. The informational video that brought me to this website was advertising the "Pink Salt Trick." A ****** search showing the ingredient label for Prozenith shows it contains no pink salt. Yet, the middle picture looks very much like a mineral salt of some kind. We both found this puzzling. One interesting comment the Prozenith *** made was that he was told the official ***************************** website has the *** recipe for anyone wanting to try the pink salt trick. We looked at the website together and found no *** recipe or mention of the pink salt trick. I pointed out that there would be no reason to spend money on Prozenith if the company gives away the *** recipe for free, but if they are going to put the *** recipe on the website, it would be great to see a side by side comparison of customer results using ********************** vs the *** recipe - so everyone would know which one works better. The Prozenith *** agreed without exception.
The Prozenith ***resentative said these were all marketing issues, and he was forwarding all my concerns to the marketing department for review. Given how poorly the company p***ared the ***resentative to respond to my concerns, I do not expect the marketing department to be forthcoming with information.
Thank you for listening.Initial Complaint

Company : PROZENITH Date of transaction/order: 8/1/25- shipped to me 8/4/25- I returned 8/13/25 requesting FULL REFUND of $318.62 Order # ************************************************ by CS agents both by phone and e-mail for a FULL RETURN AND REFUND. ( I was unable to use the product due to a medical diagnosis I have ). I am reporting and filing a complaint re: this company's unethical return process. I made it very clear reason I needed to return the product ( 6 bottles). I continued to receive e-mails and direction from Phone CS Agents if I would like to keep the product and receive a portion of my initial payment refunded, they asked if I could/would give the product to someone else (HIGHLY unethical- I am a Registered Nurse and would NEVER Give to anyone else a medication or supplement I ordered for myself!!) , I finally shipped my order back at my own expense and called *************** to confirm receipt and delivery of my package. I called ***** and was told to view yet another e-mail asking if I'd like to apply my purchase to coaching sessions with a specialist vs. a refund!!! I made it VERY CLEAR I wanted a refund and did not want to keep the product. I FINALLY continued to call their customer care department and was able to process my return and refund and will be watching my credit card for confirmation of refund.. I received a confirmation e-mail today that my refund was confirmed and was told I should see the refund appear to my credit card in 3-5 banking/business day. This business is VERY UNETHICAL and I would like to report this to the BBB/file a complaint.Customer Answer

I ordered the supplement Prozenith (2 bottles) on July 13th. The company offered 100% refund if not satisfied. I contacted them on August 4th saying I wanted a full refund as I could not take the product. I completed the requested paperwork for the return.I was then contacted by the company stating they would give me credit for other services and I turned them down. They then offered a 50% refund and I didn't have to return the product, I turned that down and insisted they give me the promised return. I was given 3 bogus addresses to send the product back to:1 Prozenith ****************** ************************************************************************ 2 Prozenith ****************** ********************************************* 3.Prozenith ****************** 4567 Real Address ************************* When I responded that they gave me bogus addresses, they began the entire refund process over. The email address I have been dealing with is *************************************Business Response
