I purchased a product and was sent a fraudulent product. Upon contacting the company I was told to fill out the short form to get a ra number and address where I could return the product. Upon contacting them when the information was not forthcoming I contacted them again and was told to fill out a 30 minute form with a video. I am a senior citizen on social security and this seems unreasonable. I want to return the product and get a refund since it is around $400.00. I know I will have to pay shipping charges not a problem. Just get me the information needed to return the product. This company is a scam sorry to say.

On Aug 15, I watched a video of Oprah talking to a ******************* about the pink salt trick. It was about an hour long. You could buy the capsules containing "the pink salt trick" after viewing the video (buy 3 get 3), which I did. Then another video popped up which was about 25 minutes long that said research had found that if you use this product for 12 months, you get better results (the same pink salt trick) for buy 6 get 6. So I thought I was buying 12 month worth. Then another video popped up about a wellness box of supplements but there was no place on that website where you could decline the offer so since it was supposed to be free, I clicked on that to get rid of it. Well it ended up that I received 18 bottles of tumeric not the "4 simple ingredients" that was the pink salt trick. On 8/15, I started a support message about their misleading video about the Buy 3 get 3, buy 6 get 6 ending up being 18 bottles not the *************** the video. On 8/24 I filled out the return form (they initially said 50% refund until I pasted their return policy on the chat. I still have not received approval from them to return the product. I was told last Friday a supervisor would call me within 24 hours (they didn't), and today "****" hung up on me when I called the number provided by email support *************). The first attachment is the video I watched (says GutDrops)

On August 17, 2025, I saw a video about a weight loss supplement, Prozenith (pink Himalayan salt, green tea, berberine, reseritol ingredients), and ordered 6 bottles of the supplement for $312.38 using my credit card online. On September 3, 2025, I received only 2 bottles of a supplement called Prozenith, but the ingredients were not what were advertised; it contained two numeric compounds. I called **************** number provided on the shipping label, but they told me that I had to address my concerns to them via email. So I emailed **************************************** They did not acknowledge that I received 4 bottles less AND the incorrect product, rather they offered me, for my money, some kind of counseling program. Further emails from me declining this offer and asking for a return/refund procedure and a refund went unanswered.

I'm entirely dissatisfied with my order of GetProzenith. The contents of the bottles of capsules do not correspond at all to what I thought I ordered =what was mentioned on the video I saw before placing my order showing ***** ******* discussing a "Pink Salt Trick".The video also featured Dr. **** **********, MD **** Endocrinologist, *********************** + Yale Obesity Center, who interacted and spoke with Oprah on the video + described supplements developed + produced in cooperation with Dr. ******** ***** of California-based EightLabs.Dr. ********** said the supplements contained pink salt + 3 other ingredients that, she said, activate the pink salt to overcome insulin resistance: - Green Tea Extract [Quercetin]- Berberine - Resveratrol However, there is no "pink salt" in the capsules sent to me, nor is there Green Tea Extract [Quercetin], Berberin, or Resveratrol.Instead, what was sent are capsules containing:- Turmeric [Rhizome]- Turmeric Turmeric Extract (Rhizome) 50 mg (Std. 95% ***************************************** 95% Piperine) [Black Pepper]The profile of Dr. **** ********** on the *********************** website now states:"Clinically, Dr. ********** specializes in sophisticated use of anti-obesity medication combinations to help patients reach their weight + health goals.Recent misinformation has been circulating online regarding a so-called *pink salt trick* for weight loss. It is not medically supported, and it has no connection to Dr. **** ********** or ****. Videos of Dr. ********** purporting to endorse this product are fraudulent + have been AI generated".Last Update August 22, 2025 ************************************************* I am entirely dissatisfied with this deception + require Prozenith to return my $304.72 payment without delay to my original method of purchase, in compliance with Prozenith's published "100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 60-Day Guarantee", which is posted here **************************************

My wife ordered this after watching a lengthy infomercial on 7/27/2025 for $311.64. They guaranteed 100% refund within 60 days of purchase. We returned the product to them by way of **** on 8/19/2025 with Tracking # **** 5123 9311 5231 2881 46. It was received at their ******, ** location on 8/23/2025 at 2:14 p.m.. We've done numerous emails to them requesting a full refund as we were in full compliance with their return policy. The only responses we get from them is that they understand our frustration and merely reinterate the information contained in our emails. I told them if I didn't hear from them I was going to BBB to have their business practices looked into. Within a few minutes they provided a link to assist in the refund. It was *************************************. They asked for a Tracking # and we provided it to them. Their request form is a joke, all they try to do is continue selling you the product Prozenith which we returned and do not want. Every segment of the form states that they can deny refund for any reason and also asked for a personal video. The end of the form only gave 2 options. Continue with the product and delay refund or select that you won't and the refund request will be closed. I have snap shots of screens if you would like to see them. My last email to them on 9/3/2025 was that all we want is our $311.64 credited back to our credit card and that shouldn't be hard to understand. This company is truly a scam. Thanking you for any assistance you can lend in resolving this problem.

Order 6 bottles (was told 3 would be free) of weight loss pill (Oprah endorsed). FALSE. I called 5 minutes after ordering (Aug. 25) as I believed it was a scam. Was offered more bottles - refused. Tried several times to cancel order - wouldn't allow. Called again this morning to have ***** not deliver today, as I'm not home to refuse it. Was told by (***** at '***************') that if I did refuse it I would forfeit my original form of payment. This is a real scam! *************** ************ prozenith ************

On or about the end of July, beginning of August, 2025, I watched a video, on ********, with, what I thought was ***** *******, along with others and supposedly doctors talking about 4 ingredients to lose weight. At the end of the video, they are selling this 'concentrated or purified form' in pill form. They offer a 60 day refund policy. I ordered the 6 bottle special. Then they send me an email saying they were offering me a scholarship for the first month coaching, which I never even discussed coaching with them. I asked for a copy of the ingredients, explaining that I was under a pain contract with my doctor and had to run everything by her and get her permission to take, due to that contract. There were NO pictures of the back of the bottles to show the ingredients list. Now, I know why. The ingredients they discussed, pink salt, green tea extract, berberine and some other ingredients. NOTHING, NO INGREDIENTS mentioned in the video were in the pills, Prozenith. All that IS in Prozenith is Turmuric!I CAN'T take that! I have sent 2 emails requesting information required to send the pills back to get my refund and have received NO reply.

On 8/16/25 I saw an hour long infomercial on ******** that included Oprah and a Dr. ***** Oprah said she did not use Mounjaro to lose the weight she recently lost but she lost it by taking Prozenith that included Himalayan Pink Salt, Berberine, Resveratrol, and Green Tea Extract and increased the production of GLP-1 just like Mounjari but had no side effects. Oprah said she was having a big special and paying half of the cost of 6 months of the product to help people. I paid $315.32 to Cart Panda Prozenith. They did send me a product of the 6 bottles I expected, and the product label says Prozenith but the ingredients only include Tumeric and Black Salt. The infomercial claimed they have a 60-day money back guarantee. I tried to reach out to Prozenith and only got an email address from the website. There was a phone number, but it was only to a second party that tracks shipments for multiple companies and that person provided me with the same email address that is listed on the website. I sent 3 emails with no response. I cannot believe AI is capable of making Oprah talk and I cannot believe a company would exploit people like this. I am embarrassed that I fell for this and just want my money back. I have included pictures of the emails I sent, the invoice I received when I paid for the product, and a few messages that I found on ******** when I looked up Prozenith that were from others who were dooped as well.
