    This is a scam they will not honor 100 percent money back guarantee. It does not work. I have emailed them everyday. I get the same phony email back. It tells me to fill out a form which is also a scam. I am out $ ******. I guess ****** learned. Wish I could afford to sue them. They have changed their name now too.

    SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!! Ordered six bottles with "money back guarantee" which arrived. Before opening any of the bottles reviewed ingredients which was NOT what was advertised..one of the ingredients was actually a fancy name for sawdust! Returned all six bottles unopened by ***** and was told takes 7-14 days to see refund. 17 days now and still no refund. Contacting *************************. ***********************************, ** Oprah- You are partially responsible for this since it was on your word I ordered. Shame on you

    This is a scam. Silly me watched an instagram video with Oprah selling this product. Thinking if Oprah says it is good, it is. Wrong. Since trying to purchase (never got, but got a run around from their customer support), I have found that this was a scam reported by Oprah herself. I reported to my credit card company immediately.

    Watched the video backed by Oprah and did research on the product they were selling. Ordered it and received NOT the product it represented but very expensive Tumeric and black pepper pills. Still reaching out to customer service which tells me to send an email for returning the product, still waiting for an answer after sending three emails for return request and supposed customer service sending two different tickets to get my refund going. **************** is of no help, they are handling multiple companies and are an overseas operation that if their headsets work you can't understand them. For Oprah, don't back a product for the population if you don't check out what happens when a regular person orders based on your recommendation. Celebrities get the hand holding experience while the public gets scammed!

    ****. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! You will receive tumeric and black pepper. Only automated customer service email no phone number to call. They wont let you return the product and they wont give you a refund.

    I bought product and when coach reached out to me pushed additional products on me. I gave in and bought 2 more products. When attempting to get refund I am unable to reach a person. A pre-generated email is all I get when emailing customer service. No questions are answered. Cant reach my coach again either. Tried to request refund but submitted info and no refund has been given. The order number of my additional products a not valid for the refund form so I am unable to request refund for those products. So looks like I am out my money. I researched this first and thought it was legit. I dont think that way now.

    ZER0 STARS FOR PROZENITH!I ordered this product on 9/9/25 paid with my **** card. When I got the email(s) advising my orders had been received I found they had charged me twice. I went to my online back account and placed a stop payment on one of the orders. And then I went online to check them out with the Better Business Bureau, should have done this before ordering, duh. BBB's site advised this company is a scam/fraud! I received the product on 9/12 and opened a very small area on the package to see if a return slip was included, NO IT WAS NOT! I went online to Prozeniths site and finally found what I needed to do to return the product since they were not responding to my emails to their customer service site. It site said the purchaser is responsible to pay for the return of the item, what a joke this company is! I will research which way is the cheapest, including a notice of receipt of the product by Prozenith. Meanwhile my bank is in the process of getting the second payment returned to my account.

    The add for this spam company offered a 60 day money back guarantee, but they did not honor that commitment. They also claim to be a member of the BBB as an accredited business. This was a false statement as the BBB list them as a spam. Buyer beware of this group. They refused to honor my return and lied to me about sending me a tracking number. These diet pills are a scam. There are many other products on the market that work much better for a much cheaper price.

    This is a scam!!!I followed all of information from their many pages on their website.Still I am getting the same run around.I also called the two customer service lines and they could not assistant me at all.I sent the product back to them and I am still not getting a supervisor just getting the same person. She just sends out fake email messages trying to get me to use my refund for some fake coaching with another group.I have sent the diet pills back with all of my email messages.I just want my refund back!The same person sends out the email messages. Run around!!
