I have done about 60 emails to get money back for 3 bottles ordered in Aug. They arrived late. They never did the promised coaching calls I set up. they said I had to send the bottle back to get the money back. They said they didn't receive them. I got **** proof they did receive them. The customer service *** kept promising to take it to her supervisory team and doing it personally as a highest priority but it never happened. These were outright lies and likely AI generated answers in part as the same language was used in parts of the ***ly. She gave me a form to file for hard cases over refunds. It tried to make me accept 40% refund, then 50% refund and then 75% refund. I expect integrity and want my entire refund. They want to likely say it's over 60 days although I started this process before the 60 days. I lost $219 but see that others have lost even more. the thing that really upsets me is to act like they are planning to help but have no intention to do so. Every promise has been a lie. Using Oprah in advertising is also a joke. AI can be so deceptive. They know it would cost more to hire a lawyer than the cost of the product so they continue to rip off people. They should be shut down.

Do NOT do business with this company!!! I ordered the product and then within a couple of hours I changed my mind (which is my right) and I contacted support to request they cancel my order. It was sent regardless. When I received the product I promotly sent it back and requested a refund. I completed their return form at least 3 times. All of this was done within their 60 day money back guarantee timeframe. I order the product on 9/4/25 and returned it on 9/27/25 and have yet to see any kind of refund. Total scam!

Ordered 3 bottles. Message came up saying I could get 6 for about $20 more. So, I'm thinking I'm getting 6 bottles. Nope...they added the 2 (3+6)and then doubled the quantity and price, so I was sent (and charged for) 18 bottles. I immediately called a few minutes later when I saw the total bill charges. They tried to make a deal for a partial refund. I said I want a FULL refund and to cancel the order because of their deceptive ad. They said they couldn't stop it and I'd have to wait until it arrived to return it. Repeated calls and emails for an address to send it back were ignored. Every month, they credit my acct and then repost the same charge. I'd give it negative stars if I could. I've since heard that they changed the name of the product and are still scamming people. What I was sent was not what I ordered. Somehow pink-salt weight loss capsules became tumeric and black pepper.

I tried to call my coach ******* but the call was rejected. Customers service (just an answering service T 10:00 am, told me I need to call during hours.

Based on the number of similar complaints this is a Bait and Switch SCAM!! DO NOT do business with Prozenith! They will steal your money and NOT honor the return policy!I too fell victim of the false advertisement regarding the Pink Salt Trick supplement The ingredients of the advertised Pink Salt Trick product is NOT what received, instead I received a high dosage of Turmeric and Piperine. I received the PROZENITH (6 bottle supplement) product on 8/20/2025 and returned (5 bottles) within the 60-day period on 10/20/25 with proof of returned receipt. I followed the direction for the return of their product. Additionally, I called the customer service number along with emailing their customer support team. I returned the shipment of 5 bottles as directed (I covered the returned shipment cost along with **** tracking). Today, 11/12/25 I called to follow up on the status of my expected refund and spoke with an attendant. Her response, send an email to customer support and someone will get back to you with ***** hrs. After pressing the issue that Ive returned the product as instructed initially, she disconnected/dropped my call after I requested the status of my refund. The call center sounds chaotic in the background (you hear the other attendants conversations with customers making similar requests to return their products).

This is a bait and switch SCAM! On August 4, 2025, I authorized $504.00 from my bank account through ****** for 12 bottles of Prozenith diet supplements and 6 bottles of Gut Freedom probiotic. After watching an AI-generated ad of ***** ******* and the pink salt trick for weight loss, I made the purchase ONLY because they offered a 60-day 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. I received the product on August 10, 2025. I was immediately skeptical because the ingredients were not as promised. They were turmeric and black pepper. I requested a refund on September 17, 2025. Prozenith said refund requests had to be emailed but did not reply to emails timely! I emailed daily and after several offers from Prozenith to refund 40% of my money, then 50% and 70% of my money, I received confirmation and instructions for returning the Prozenith to Aurora, ** before a full refund could be processed. I followed all return instructions and paid an additional $70 to return the product with a signature required! **** tracking proves product was received on September 26, 2025 and signed for by J ********. This was day 53, well before 60 days. I did not receive my refund. After one week, I contacted ****** and was told that Cartpanda was the e-commerce platform/payment processor for my $504 purchase. I contacted ********* and spoke to two rude, confrontational customer representatives who said Cartpandas policy for refunds is 30 days!! This is FRAUD. I filed claims with ****** and my bank, *********. They both said there is nothing they can do. Based on the number of similar complaints this is a Bait and Switch SCAM!! DO NOT do business with Prozenith or Cartpanda!! They will steal your money!

Complete and total SCAM. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to help my mom get her money refunded. The product that was sent to her was not as advertised so it was returned within 24 hours of her receiving it. The return was received by their returns department (they have confirmed this) in August and told her the refund would be processed within 30 days. That has not happened and getting a response of any value is a joke.1 - The ingredients listed on the bottle were not the ingredients listed on the website OR as described in the advertising video. What was received was basically 100% an ingredient that was not even mentioned on the website or in the advertising. 2 - ************ uses manipulated media from the Oprah podcast on ******* in their advertising. It's clever, but easily spotted if you know what you are looking for. They make it look like Ms ******* is promoting their product and that is simply NOT the case. The podcast episode they are coveting does not even mention this product, or the so called "pink salt trick." I watched the actual podcast episode from start to finish.3 - Their product may be manufactured in an ***-registered facility, it is by no means *** approved, as boldly stated on their website. This is according to the ***. Their product is not in their database at all.4 - "*****" from **************** cannot possible be a real human. All responses to emails have occurred within minutes of my mom's email being sent to them, and one of this emails was rather lengthy. Initially I thought they were responding with scripted replies, but now I am convinced it is AI, or something similar.5 - ************ is a prime example of everything that is wrong with the supplement industry. They have no moral compass and should be ashamed that they have built a business off of taking advantage of people's trust and scamming them out of their money.
