    This is a scam!!!I followed all of information from their many pages on their website.Still I am getting the same run around.I also called the two customer service lines and they could not assistant me at all.I sent the product back to them and I am still not getting a supervisor just getting the same person. She just sends out fake email messages trying to get me to use my refund for some fake coaching with another group.I have sent the diet pills back with all of my email messages.I just want my refund back!The same person sends out the email messages. Run around!!

    I received bottles with only turmeric ingredients, not what was stated in video! Returned per ********* email instructions. Tracking said package received Sept. 2nd. Have emailed for update on full refund, 60 day, 100% guaranteed, on the 8th and no real person responses, just generic auto answer. No help. Cant find a phone number to call on website. This must be a scam so beware!

    PROZENITH MAKES FALSE CLAIMS TO GET YOU HOOKED AND USED ***** ******* AND CELEBRITIES TO CON-***** YOU THAT YOU WILL LOOSE HUGE UNREASONABLE AMOUNTS OF WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISING OR CHANGING YOUR DIET!!!!! ALSO WILL REVERSE DIABETES...BOTH THAT I NEEDED HELP WITH! OPRAH SAYS ITS WAY LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE GLP1 SHOTS AND IS NATURAL INSTEAD OF MADE IN A LAB ETC...I AGREED TO BUY 3 BOTTLES & GET 3 FREE!!! AND EXPECTING TO PAY $218.4O! THEY CHARGED ME $923.00!!!!! I'VE TRIED FOR 10 DAYS NOW TO GET A REFUND! THEY ONLY GAVE ME $461.50 & SAID TO DO THEIR COACHING ONE ON ONE & THAT I GET A REFUND IF NOT SATISFIED... IT WAS AN AI CHAT THAT WAS "HELPING" ME!!I KEPT EMAILING EACH DAY & TRYING TO CALL. I WAS ON HOLD ABOUT 50 MINS EACH TIME & TODAY THAT LINE SAYS IT WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!!! $923.00 IS AN EXTREMLY HUGE AMOUNT SO BUYERS BE WARE!!!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY & AS THE SAYING GOES... IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE,,,IT PROBABLY IS!!!!!!!!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

    Product shipped is not what is advertised on social media. 100 % satisfaction guarantee is a lie - they keep stringing you along with promises of a refund. This is a scam.

    On 8/9/25 this company deceived me with a video about 'The Pink Salt Trick' but after I clicked on the 'Order' button & paid with ****** I realized that they were sending me a different product not related to what I thought I ordered. I tried to cancel the order the next day but was told it was not possible. I filed a case with ****** & asked ***** to refuse & return it. They did so on 8/21/25. I sent many emails to Prozenith but have not been able to get a refund as of 9-4-25. I told them I was going to report then to the BBB if they if they did not honor their return policy.

    Don't waste your money. It doesn't work. They don't honor their money back guarantee. I complained to them August 3, August 25, and today. I am still waiting for a refund and response. ***** D

    If I could leave a zero I would. The customer support kept telling me to email to get my order cancelled. Surprise to them I am going to refuse the package. Then I will get authorities involved.

    ProZenith did not have the ingredients it advertised. I am not sure what was in the ********* ******* got sore and swollen. It took a week after stopping for this side effect to stop and I am 73!! I researched and found out that different people had all kinds of ingredients that were *** uptake inhibitors. I am very angry. I think this is an untested potentially dangerous product.

    My wife ordered this, after watching a lengthy infomercial. She did not get the ingredients advertised. She got Turmeric and Black pepper, she already takes that for arthritis. We called for refund as soon as it came in the mail, were asked if we would keep it for half price, we said no. We asked for a full refund, they said keep the bottles of pills they sent us. We are waiting on refund to be processed. We do not understand how deceptive businesses, or scammers, are allowed to continue to operate. Seems they just hope you will keep the stuff and be quiet and accept the scam.
