      Regrettably I think this is a total scam! I have been trying to return Prozenith since August well within the 60 day timeframe for a total refund. These pills made me extremely ill. Been in the phone several times finally last week after an escalation the customer service emailed me back. It took 3 more emails to finally get a return address, the post office couldnt find the address. So I emailed support back and let them know this and they gave me another fake address. Once again I emailed them and was told to call and they would help me. Im sure now that the 60 day window has past Ive lost $234+.

      I purchased this product after watching the video that took forever endorsed by ***** *******? Does she even know this is out there? It took forever to get the order because ***** never picked it up but *** did. After receiving the shipment, I began taking as instructed. Much to my horror the side effects were unbearable, rapid heart beat and unable to sleep at night. I contacted customer support for return instructions and a full refund. I followed the instructions to the letter while also sending a photo of the return receipt from *** with the tracking number. Customer support from ********************** replied they had received no return shipment. I contacted *** who confirmed the package had been received 8-28-25 @ 10:46 a.m. and signed for by employee ****. Prozenith now has the returned product but has not to this day, 10-15-25, refunded this outstanding refund to my account. I have sent countless emails which they have ignored. After going on ******, I have discovered Prozenith has now changed to a new and improved formula called LIPOVive. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income who really needs the money refunded. I hope whoever reads this does not order from this company. ***** whom I emailed countless times should be ashamed and my money that she has no doubt spent, well as the old saying goes, what goes around, comes around.

      Did notbwork, emailed within 60 day guarantee, did not hear back. Went on vacation and came home and called customer service but told me I was 10 days past my 60 day guarantee. I told her I sent an email and never heard back, she didn't care and told me she had to end the call since they didn't have to honor guarantee anymore. Very rude!

      *****, from customer care SUCKS! They dont care about anything or anyone. Rude, unprofessional, condescending, arrogant, just garbage!Package shipped August 2, 2025 and still has not arrived. They are a scam. Stay far away. Requesting to have ***** terminated as soon as possible. Im sure her family is proud.

      This is the second review that I am leaving and I would give it a negative rating if that was possible. I ordered 18 bottles of the Prozenith, the second was completely by mistake on my part, but none the less I did receive all bottles. I tried to cancel but couldn't so after they arrived I just started them. They did NOTHING for me and I called and requested a refund, before the time period was up mind you, meeting all requirements for refund. 1, 2, 3, and 4 steps to get a full refund, as stated on web site. I have tried calling and there is no such number to speak to anyone, and sent 15 emails asking for refund to no avail. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU PLAN ON JUST EATING THE PRICE YO PAID FOR IT. It may work for some people but did not for me and I painfully regret ordering from them. I have never had so much trouble getting my money back when it is suppose to be guaranteed.

      THIS IS A SCAM! It showed endorsed by Oprah and then I watched a different video featuring Oprah with the EXACT SAME SCRIPT, but the product featured at the end was not Prozenith. I have written 8 emails requesting a full refund, with no response. I have NOT lost any weight. This product does NOT include the pink salt that was in the video. IT IS A SCAM, plain and simple. DON'T FALL FOR THIS PRODUCT BRAND!!

      Product advertised was not product received. Attempted to follow procedure to get refund and it is not forthcoming. All I got was lip service. It appears I am not alone in this. I will caution anyone not to do business with this company.

      I have attempted to get a refund of the product for almost a month. I have emailed at least 7 times and get the same reply. Fill out the form which I have done at least 4 times. The 2 customer service phone numbers I was given in each email reply goes to voicemail and never get a call back. I purchased 6 bottles at a cost of $315.68. The product is not what was represented in the infomercial. This is **** company. ******.

      Buyer Beware This is absolutely a scam. Im embarrassed that I fell for this. Oprah did not endorse. Cant get a person on the phone. Its Tumeric. Havent lost a pound. Its too bad this can happen. I just loss my husband. It was an emotional buy. My bad!!!!!! Dont be fooled.
