      The order was $294 that was supposed to give me 1/2 price off of that charge. They have charged me the full price. The phone # they give for customer service is the wrong number.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond and understand how upsetting it must be for Ms. ****** to feel she was overcharged and unable to reach customer service.
      Upon reviewing this matter, we conducted a thorough search of our systems using Ms. ******* name, email address, and any other available details. We were unable to locate any account, order, or transaction matching this purchase. As such, we cannot verify the order, the amount charged, or any prior communications. For transparency, we have attached a screenshot confirming that no account was found in our system.


      We respectfully recommend that he continue to reach out directly to SlimJaros customer service to resolve the matter. If needed, he may also wish to share proof of purchase, order confirmation, and copies of email exchanges with SlimJaro when following up.


      We regret that we cannot provide a direct resolution here, but as no account or transaction exists in our system, we are not the company that processed this order. We remain committed to cooperating fully with the BBB to help ensure Ms. ****** is directed to the correct business for resolution.
