      -7-5-2025 Ordered Prozenith (6 bottles). Order #XM2LM7WE -Paid $312.38 via **************** Card -Prozenith claims 100% guarantee or money back ************* doctor suggested I do not take this product -Prior to order shipping I tried to cancel. They would not stop the order. I returned the product unopened. Tracking shows they received package 7-26-2025 -Prozenith stated via email that I would receive refund once they received the product -Prozenith has not refunded my money. -I have called and emailed with no satisfaction

      I ordered it July 5, 2025. I have used almost a bottle and am attempting to send the other 5 back for a full refund of ****** or thereabouts. In working with their online chat person they are asking for my credit card information and wanting to charge me another 5.00 which they say they will refund. I'm not trusting this tactic as they have already not responded to two of my emails. There is a 60 day window to return them and I am away beginning on 9/14, my belief is they are waiting for the 60 days to expire which it has now but I contacted them 11 days ago.

      On July 14, 2025 my father, ****** *******, ordered:Prozenith 6 Bottles: Prozenith 6 Bottles through his ****** account. He died on July 16, 2025. I returned the order, but his account has not yet been refunded. For your convenience, the Invoice ID is: ******** and the transaction ID ********************.       The product was not as described (ingredients), it made me sick. I've emailed customer support multiple times requesting a refund. I get automated responses telling me my product has been shipped. Customer support phone number is of no help. They say the email address is the only way to contact this company

      I ordered this product under the impression it was trustworthy, because opry winfrew represented it,stating that fast weight loss would occur with in 1 week to 30 days. I only wanted to order 1 bottle but somehow got charged for 3 bottles. I received the product July 8th 2025. I took as instructed on the bottle and to no avail and no weight loss 6 weeks later I wanted a refund. It was backed 100percent guaranteed or your money back. On August 24th I began to contact the company. To no avail was I able to speak to any live person. I don't have any phone numbers to call prozenith, so I wrote a letter to the address on the package. I have heard nothing from them. I researched more on the internet and got a hold of the click bank chat online so chat and now it says I'm not able to receive my refund because Aug 31 the window closed to return. This is absurd I was informed I had 90 days, which is 3 bottles worth to at least be able to see results. Which there are non half way thru. I still have an entire bottle unopened and half of the 2nd bottle and I am not 100 satisfied I'm not even 10 happy. In livid that it appears that this product is a scam. I want my money refund and I believe this should be banned.

      I placed an order with Prozenith which they claim that it is covered by 100% money back guarantee for weight loss. When I spoke to my doctor and ask them if it was okay for me to take this he told me I could not take this with the chemotherapy medication that I'm currently taking. I've tried to reach out to the company to return the product and get a refund and there is nobody that I can speak to to assist me with this. I would like to return 18 bottles of unused product back to the company and get a full refund but there is no way to reach them I have called every number they've provided me with and every coach that calls me when I tell them I want a refund they hang up or block my number so that I cannot call them again. The customer service number that they give me just rings busy it never picks up. When they say 100% money back guarantee I believed that that would be the case but I see that they are lying to people and they are not providing true customer service they're ripping people off by sending them a product and no way of getting a hold of someone to return it and get your money back. The name of the product is Prozenith.

      I ordered prozenith after seeing a promotion through ********, which showed ***** ******* promoting and stating that she uses the product and it is very effective. However, afterwards,I found out that it is a scam and that ***** ******* has never used that product. As far as contact information, I tried to calltwo different numbers, which were California numbers. One did not work at all and the other one always stated it was busy and anytime I would try to call back it was stillbusy. Through the credit card it stated that this business is in ********. However, I see you have it listed as being in ********. So Im even more inquisitive about this company if theyre based in **********, ********, or ********. The only response I received was through my email I stated that I wanted a refund. I stated that if the product comes and **** refuse it, I will. I also stay at the product is left for me that I will not open it, that I will return it. A company support *** named ***** responded to my email about a ********* this point, Im not sure if I will receive the item or that I will even get any kind of refund. I have read many reviews saying how people dont get their refunds. So this is very concerning to me.

      In retrospect, I should never have ordered this product -- it is a classic "bait and switch" operation. They lead you on telling you they will provide one thing, they dangle impressive facts and figures and celebrity endorsements to get you to "upgrade" from something they never planned to deliver in the first place. Stupidly, I bit. Because, you know, Oprah...So I stupidly placed an order.I have not received the product I ordered on August 16. I was given a tracking number on August 18.I have looked into that tracking number, and the package has been sitting in ********, **, since August 23. I have reached out to Prozenith customer support and keep getting the run-around. They keep telling me to fill out a form. Most questions on the form do not apply to my situation. There is no place to add information specific to my situation. The form cannot be completed for submission without a "selfie" video. I do not have the technology, knowledge, skills, or ability to create a video and upload it -- and the questions they want addressed in the video do not apply to my situation. I have exchanged over 20 emails with Prozenith support and although they assure me that they understand my situation, they keep telling me to fill out the form or use the text fields if I cannot complete a video. FRUSTRATION plus here! All I want is my money refunded to my credit card. Prozenith can work with ***** (in fact, ***** refuses to work with me) to get their product returned.

      This product has a 60 day money back guarantee. When I contact the company requesting a refund I get an automatic email saying they will apply my total refund for coaching. I tried requesting a refund 5 different times and received the same email. There is no customer service phone number to call.

      On August 8, 2025 after watching a lengthy infomercial I ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith - a weight loss supplement with a 60 day money back guarantee. It was supposed to contain 4 ingredients: pink Himalayan salt, quercetin, berberine, and resveratrol and it was supposed to activate GLP-1 and GIP in your body to aid weight loss. I have a medical condition that requires me to limit my sodium intake so I called the customer support number I was given to inquire about the number of milligrams of sodium in each capsule. They were unable to answer my question and didn't even know what product I was calling about. I was referred to the customer support email address. On August 11, 2025 I emailed customer support and was told they did not have that information and that I should check the label on the bottle or talk to one of their "technical" experts. However they did not tell me how to contact them. They also referred me to a different website which listed the ingredients as: BHB salts, Adaptogenic herbs, functional mushrooms, prebiotics, vitamins and minerals but no specifics. When the product arrived the ingredients on the label were: Turmeric, Turmeric extract, and ***** Ngrum. I cannot take these ingredients due to my medical condition. I emailed them again and received the same generic response 3 times (8/26, 8/28 & 8/30) offering coaching. I responded each time that I did not want coaching and that I wanted a refund. On 9/3 they emailed me a response intended for a male and I again responded that I wanted a ********** wasn't a male. Later that day I finally received an apology & a link to a refund request form which I promptly filled out. I didn't hear anything so I emailed them again on 9/5/25 telling them I had completed the form & wanted to know next steps to get my refund. They responded that a specialist will review my submission and reach out with precise instructions. On 8/7/25 I received the original generic email twice offering coaching. Please help me!!!
