  The water pressure in my kitchen was nearly zero. The plumber who was supposed to come out & fix it kept postponing the appointment, so I took a chance & called anywhere rotor. It was a Saturday. Oly answered and said he had a "gap" in his appointments & could come out right away. I had thought I might have to replace all the 50-year old plumbing underneath my house, but ****** took the pipes apart under my sink, showed me a white plastic tube that was nearly completely clogged with brown goop, cleaned it out and now the water pressure in my kitchen is better than it has ever been in the 37 years I've lived in my house. His charges were reasonable; his work was professional; plus, he is nice! I had to let the neighbors know

  Anywhere Rooter is a bait and switch company. They quote you low, come to your houses, upsell you and then tell you you need a complete pluming makeover. Almost every review on ****, ******** and BBB are all the same situation as what happened to me. They quoted me $125 to snake my line, it did not work (according to the tech), so they needed to jet the line for $2000 (i negotiated down to $1600), they cleared the immediate blockage but then put the camera down the pipe and showed me the roots and told me i needed to get the piping repaired for another $6000 or if i signed immediately it would be $5000, because they guarantee i will get blockage within a few weeks. They also recommended lining the pipes for another $5-15k (depending on length). One of the owners hounded me for hours until he finally understood that i was not committing at that moment. I asked him for 24 hours. I had another plumber come the next day and he said those roots should have been removed with the jetting and he guarantees it and will guarantee the work for one year and it's $1100. I called back Anywhere Rooter and asked if they could please come and redo the jetting to remove the roots or else give me a refund so i can pay the other plumber to do it properly. They REFUSED to do ANYTHING. I googled "does hydrojetting remove roots" and the answer is "YES, it can remove even the most stubborn tree root blockages". Unfortunately, i did not look at reviews prior to hiring them for $125 to clear the line, because i googled plumbers near me and found "Plumber today" and called and they said they would send someone out between 11-3 for $125 to clear the line. I was just happy that someone was coming and it was reasonable. The tech showed up at the end of the day and it was evening when i was told the snake didn't work and i really had no choice but to hydrojet as i could not use my toilets and it was too late to call anyone else. Stay away from this company, they are a SCAM!!!

  Everything about this experience was absolutely awful but a Groupon for 60 bucks they came out tried to upsell me a $1,600 lean out. The guys lied and said that they did the same thing as any other company would do and then the next company was $370 for a hydro jetting that they were recommending and we didn't even need that

  The worst experience I've ever had with a company. Was given a window of 9am-1pm, the plumber finally showed up at 6:30pm. This is not unforgivable but just added to the entire experience. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude, unprofessional, downright nasty. The final "fix" resulted in my kitchen sink leaking after two weeks (my partner found our newly installed faucet was loose) and water is still backing up into my dishwasher. I've read several dozen bad reviews across different platforms. This company is dishonest and unprofessional.

  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT UP FRONT OF THEIR PRICES Initially signed for a $500 service, I was told I needed the high pressure ****** for $1800!I wasn't sure, and the guy kept insisting, giving me a discount. But then I changed my mind and said NO THANK YOU." That's when this guy MENTIONED a 20% CANCELATION FEE!! THIS IS SO SHADY AND OVER CHARGING FOR A.SERVICE YOU DID NOT EVEN START HE REFUSED TO WAVE THE **** ALLEGEDLY I GAVE HIM VERBAL AUTHORIZATION YOU CHARGED ME $805.95 TO REMOVE A TOILET, AND PLACE A LINE IN MY DRAIN TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AFTER I STILL DECLINED FOR YOU TO DO THE ****** FOR 1800 YOU CAME BACK AND TOLD ME YOU COULD RUN THIS ****** FOR FREEE!!!!! FOR 20 MINS. SERIOUSLY!!!!WORST COMPANY EVER WOULD GIVE IT A 0 IF I COULD!!I DEMAND A REFUND, AND THEY REFUSE WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

  All of our contracts clearly state a 25% cancellation fee. When you agreed to have the work done, you signed an agreement to price. You are welcome to change your mind, knowing that the fee applies. Not only this, but you cancelled after the hydrojetting was begun which is why our technician agreed to include the 20 minutes in the price you had already paid, plus cancellation. We do not do work for free and tried our best to give you a price you were comfortable with, ***** the discounts.

  Had inground water leak in backyard. Called for service, and was told technician would hear between 12 - 4. Waited, waited, waited. By 8 p.m. NO SHOW

  I initially contacted several companies over the phone for a simple k*** ***lacement on one of my shower in my home. Anywhere Rooter initially had the best quotes by phone. So scheduled the tech to come out for an estimate. I was advised by phone that the service fee was $125.00 which would be waived if I went with their service. This fee covered the techs time for the estimate. Upon inspection the tech informed me that their company charges per job This was very different from what the *** indicated by phone. The quoted was over *****. I asked for a breakdown of the costs which he refused to provide. After further discussion the tech agreed to lower the costs by $500 if I purchased my own ***lacement parts. I didnt want to move forward with the ***air. So I began to call other contractors for quotes when the tech informed me I would be charged a $500 cancellation fee. At this point, absolutely no work had been done and nothing had been signed or agreed upon. As a woman I felt forced to move forward with the ***air. Upon completion, the work site was left a complete mess. There were black spots and handprints left all over my walls and bathtub. The plate put on the wall to cover the hole falls off with the slightest touch. As for the ***air itself, I informed the tech I was concerned with the water pressure. The tech said it was due to the water pressure in my home. I proceeded to show him the other shower heads in my home which are much larger and still supply a steady pressure and stream. The tech became visibly upset.When I asked about warranty the tech did not indicate a time frame whatsoever. When I received the invoice there were no specific charges just one fee for the work. Anywhere Rooter mis***resented their fees and workmanship. As a customer my voice was not taken into consideration and I felt taken advantage as a woman. If you are searching for home ***airs please go elsewhere as this is not a company I would ever work with or recommend.

  Everybody makes mistakes and how companies handle mistakes speak to their character. This company is very low character. I had a leaking toilet on a Friday. They came out to fix it and told me it wouldnt leak anymore. There was wetness at the base of the toilet, but I assumed that was just some water that got splashed on there from pulling the toilet. **************. When I went to use that bathroom the next day, the water had not dried up and there was even more water on the ground. I called back Saturday and despite saying they are 24/7, they couldnt get anyone out until Monday and gave me a four hour window. After they no showed that window, I called back to see what had happened and they didnt really put me on the schedule. So they gave me a 4 hr window the next day. They called a few minutes before that window was set to expire to tell me they would be late which was unacceptable because it was now time to put the children to bed. They gave me another 4 hr window for Wed. Guess what? Minutes before it was set to expire, they called me again and said they were late. I said forget about it, youve already wasted 12 hrs of my life and I just want a refund as they didnt fix the problem. They are now refusing to give me a refund. Dealing with the company has been nothing but a nightmare. Beware!

  WE WERE CHARGED $250 FOR AFTER HOUR SERVICE! JUST THE SNAKE. THEN IT CAME TO TO A TOTAL OF $2900 FOR ***** JETTING, BY EMPLOYEE #** (******) CLAIMED SNAKE WAS FREE AND CAMERA. SO IT COST $2650 FOR THE ***** JETTING AND THE REST FOR FREE?? LIES... THEY MADE THE SITUATION WORSE AFTER DOING SO. THEN, THEY WANT TO COME BACK AND QUOTE US $40,000 THEN SAY $7,000 AT A HALF COST OF NOTHING THEY WENT OVER WITH US. ****! (SUPPOSSED SUPERVISOR) THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE AFTER THE ***** JETTING! SENT US OUR RECIEPTS AFTER WE PAID. THE PREVIOUS PLUMBER NEVER WENT OVER ANY LEGAL FEES OF WHAT THE INVOICE INTAILED WITH *******************! HAD MY WIFE JUST SIGN AND PAY. NOW ****, ( THE SUPERVISOR), IS INSISTIING WE PAY HIM TO DO MORE WORK WE CAN'T AFFORD. PUSHING OUR BOUNDRIES AND DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT GETTING PAID LIKE THE PREVIOUS PER NAMED ( ******)! THEY SEEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AFTER HOURS AND WANT TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING YOU CAN'T AFFORD. WANTING TO RUN CREDIT WHEN WE ALREADY SAID NO, SEVERAL TIMES! THIS COMPANAY IS A F****** JOKE! SCAMMING ANYONE THEY CAN! WE ASKED FOR THE THE INVOICE AND NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT A COPY IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEN ASKED FOR ESTIMATE COPY THAT WAS NEVER SENT! THEY CAN CHARGE ANYTHING IT SEEMS ON THEIR LITTLE TABLET WITHOUT GOING OVER ANY TYPE OF CHARGES! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EXPIRIENCE WE'VE EVER GONE THROUGH! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! THEY DONT BREAK DOWN PRICES IN THE INVOICE! IT WAS JUST ONE LUMP SOME OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT.. IM FURIOUS THAT PEOPLE ARE LIKE THIS IN THIS WORLD! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
