  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To start off with, i live in the country and have a deep well. I gave the receptionist the details of my problem and asked it this was something that could take care of today. Her reply was sure, that's what we do. After the technician came out and looked at the issue he tells me that if the well head needs to be replaced then he would have to call a different company to pull it. Secondly, he did find the problem which was the electrical panel. He didn't have any that he could install same day and would have to order one but it wouldn't arrive for a week. I called a local hardware store near me and found one with no problem. He was going to charge me $700 to drive 3 miles pick up the $150 panel and an additional $3000 to install it. He did tell me that if I went and picked it up then he would ONLY charge me $2400 to install it. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM... DO NOT USE THEM.

  After persuading us to increase the loan limit from $3,500 to $7,500, they began the work but did not complete the job. Despite this, they wanted an additional payment of $11,000 to finish the job. Which would require them to dig an extra 5 feet which would have been the end of my property line. AT which time, it becomes the cities responsibility. Alsos they were requiring me to get the permit for the work claiming that they had to dig up concrete, which in fact is city property. Adding that on 8/22/2025 they came onto my property without permission, claiming they talked to either myself or my wife, which neither accrued. Plus removing boards from my fence to gain access to my yard, this is unacceptable and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Back in May, I developed a serious water leak in my shower that turned out to be coming from behind the wall. I ended up having to replace all of my tile (which was over 30 years old anyways)and get a whole new shower! Now I have a beautiful new wrap around shower which I really love! I also decided to have my old water heater (which was 26 years old) replaced with a new one, which works so much better!I especially liked *****, who put in the water heater), and ******, who did the majority of the shower restoration. Both were top notch plumbers. You really can't go wrong with Anywhere Rooter!

  I hired Anywhere Rooter to repair the pump on my well. I was quoted $5400 for the work (to replace the pump and was told I needed an exterior tank, which in the 60+ years the well has been in place there was never a need for an exterior tank). They also said that it would come with a 10-year warranty. Turns out I didn't need the exterior tank ($2700) and it ended up being an electrical issue instead. Throughout the entire repair to the electrical I was never given quotes on cost. In my mind, the $2700 tank I already paid them would more than cover the electrical. It took them 4 visits and other parts needed to get the well running. I called numerous times to get the updated costs/warranty info. When I was finally sent an invoice it was not itemized but was $200 less then what I already paid them, and said it was only a 5-year warranty, not 10-year originally quoted. I asked for that $200 to be refunded and they told me that it was a 4% credit card charge, interestingly this charge was never mentioned previously. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they started calling me names and telling me I was being unreasonable to work with. I said that this was shady and unethical business practices to which they started telling me that I was the one that was shady. They said they were going be nice and give me the 10-year warranty but since I was so hard to work with, they were rethinking this offer. Honestly dont expect to hear back from them. They didnt live up to anything they said or promised thus far. And honestly, not sure I would use them again anyway. Just save yourself time and stress and do not use this company. They are liars, have unethical business practices, no transparency to pricing, didn't clean up after themselves, and at the end, came up with bogus pricing and was very unprofessional when challenged. In the end I do have a working well but have had the most disappointing stressful unsatisfactory experience working with this company.

  I would avoid this company. My experience was frustrating, expensive, and handled poorly.* They quoted me $1,045 thinking it was a much bigger project than it was. In the end it was a simple **************************************** $1045 * Called twice to dispute the charge--no callback the first time, and second time manager just "gathered info". Nothing resolved thus far.* Wasted 19 hours waiting for workers: late the first day, no-show the second, very late the third.* After 18 hours of waiting, I tried to cancel and cut losses. A *** lied and said someone was en route--another *** called 30 min later saying the tech was still cleaning up a different job.* The plumbers did fine, but it wasn't a difficult job.* I walked away feeling ignored, misled, and taken advantage of. Very incoherent company.

  Never use Anywhere Rooter. They are afflicted with Brothers Plumbing. I called Brothers; they sent Anywhere. High pressure sales & prices that are astronomical!! Definitely target senior citizens!! Tried to cancel with in less than 8 hours only to be told permits already pulled & they had a signed contract! Set me up with Greensky to cover the cost. Promised no payments for 6 months. Had to call & continuously fight to get the postponement of payments. Extremely disappointed with Anywhere! Never ever use them!!

  DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! I called them for a client's house where we needed the sewer to be cleaned & rescoped. They told me over the phone they would do this for $124.99. When they showed up (2 hours late) ****** they said I should do the $1700 ******* sewer service. I refused. I asked them to just do the regular cleaning we talked about and ***** proceeded to clean the sewer line. They were about to leave and I asked specifically "you're going to re-scope it, right?" And ***** said, "YES". They there were about to drive away and I asked AGAIN about re-scoping. They said they "don't have the camera on the truck" and would be back the next day. They left and I was still charged my card $129. They never came back the next day. I called the office and they said their $124.99 cleaning doesn't include re-scoping the line, but they could do it for another $250! I argued with them over the phone explaining that's why I picked them, because they offered the clean & reascope over the phone for $124. I guess you get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THEM!
