    Just a simple pvc pipe fix for the spigot out front. Showed up 2 hours after the estimated appt time. I called and they blocked my number. I verified on someone elses phone. Quoted me $1200. I of course said no way, and I was charged $138 ($124 + tax) and then a 4% charge for using a credit card. He and billing lady had quite the amusing laugh at misfortune. The boss then called and proceeded to be rude. "Great" business

    You are always welcome to refuse any repairs. You did, however, agree to the service charge when you scheduled the appointment. A credit card fee is standard across all businesses.

    It's not about the money. It's how I was treated as a customer. I waited at my house 2 hours past the 4 hour window, and couldn't get anyone to answer my call. Even to cancel. I called Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing, only for you to show up. I should have been notified of the 4% charge before the appt was confirmed, and when i was charged a tax i was laughed at. As if, he was charging me the tax and the 4% just to make more money off me. Then the "boss" proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone and tell me how a ****** search works. I also paid $70 to get the job done compared to $800 - $1200. If it was up to me, you'd no longer be in business. I do appreciate your response though.

    Dont waste your money. This is what they installed in my sink and stood by it. Its a flexible p trap. If you dont know, 2 seconds of googling is a flexible p trap/drain okay to use will tell you this is a half baked solution.Started leaking 24hrs after install. I already have someone coming to fix this and they refused to give any money back. $400 completely wasted.

    DO NOT BITE THIS COMPANY! We were having a back up in our main line and contacted them to come out and clear it. They were unable to clear it with a snake, so they recommended a power flush of the main line. They were looking to charge$1800 for this. We said no because we couldn't afford it up front. They then had someone come out to run a camera down the main line to diagnose the problem. They started there was a 'severe break' in the main line. To fix, they would need to break out our driveway to dig down to the break and fix it. Then, pour new concrete. They were looking to charge$9000 for this. I asked them to provide the recording of the video to me, and they didn't. We got a second opinion from a local plumber who knew of this company very well as scam artists and unethical. The local plumber cleared our main line within 20 minutes of arriving in site and charged $100. Anywhere Rooter is a crooked company. DO NOT CALL THEM!

    ****** showed up and was really helpful. He helped me get the water turned off and also found the source of the leak which was in the unit above me. He also gave us information on how to start the restoration process. I would definitely recommend this company they were friendly and helpful.

    These guys were resposive to an inconvenient clogged pipe. The office staff was professional, understanding, and efficient; the plumber and follow-up pipe camera guys courteous and effective. This company is deserving of the highest rating.

    The worst plumber I have ever worked with by far.- Don't show up on time - Broke my toilet - Overcharged me - Never fixed the original issue I basically paid them 600 to make my situation worse for 3 days.They showed up 4 hours late, were unable to do the work they promised they could do (snake through my floor drain), and overcharged me (100 above the competitor), BROKE MY TOILET, tried to overcharge me AGAIN to pay them 2000 more dollars.They did offer to replace my toilet, so long as I agreed to pay full price for the over priced work.Rude founder, TERRIBLE SERVICE, will overcharge you, and will be super rude every step of the way.

    We understand your frustration with us running late, however we called and you agreed to a later time. When we arrived we snaked the drain and you needed additional clearing which we tried to tell you at the time of service, but you refused our calls. You are always welcome to get a second opinion. The other company used the drain we had already done the work to expose, so of course their quote was better. We already replaced the toilet, despite never receiving any payment from you. Your continued bad reviews are quite disingenuous considering we couldn't "overcharge" a payment that was never given.

    I called Anywhere Rooter because my basement drain started backing up whenever I used any water in my home. They came out the same day! Honestly felt bad for the guy that had to bring a heavy snake machine down to my basement. He snaked the drain and pulled out a bunch of roots! Afterwards, they put a sewer camera down the line to see how bad they were. Since I watched the entire process. I decided to go ahead with getting that section of the sewer line replaced with clean outs installed so all of the work can be done outside in the future. Thanks Anywhere Rooter!
