  TERRIBLE PLUMBING COMPANY NEVER ADVISED CUSTOMER WHEN THEY WERE COMING ******* NEVER SHOWED UP ! PLUMNMER INSTALLED A PIPE WITH A K*** THAT STICKS OUT OF **** DECOR DISTRUBING THE **** DECOR!!

  If you are in an emergency situation and use a service for emergent plumbers and Anywhere Rooter calls you please find someone else. When a company asks you to provide a 70% deposit on a job that is over priced by $1000 dollars and then if dont read the fine print where there is a 25% cancellation fee then you get what I got. Hope reading this helps put this company out of business as you will not make the same mistake as myself.

  Horrible service, horrible company. Its taken a month to get a part, ONE part for a NEW hot water tank. They say they order it, they dont. Then lie about it being a miscommunication. They say theyll show up and never do. Pass us on to the next day and then never show. Lies over and over and over again. Called them on it and they became irate, wouldnt let us speak, cursed and then hung up. Need to be shut down. *********, looking for their next sucker!

  Beware of Anywhere Plumbing! I called them for a pipe backup, and their technician tried to scam me by saying he hit something and the pipes might be broken. He pushed a $1600 hydro jet service. Instead, I rented a drain cleaner and fixed the issue myself. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they had partially opened the pipe. This company is unprofessional and only out to charge you for basic services. Don't fall for their tricks.

  Similar experience to other customers. Only went with this company because I was in a jam, but plumber showed up late and wanted $1700 for a job that was $200 in parts and 1 hour of work. I talked them down to $1400, but even then I felt violated. Sorry, but no plumber is worth $200 an hour let alone $1200 an hour! I cant recover this egregious loss, but I can save the rest of you. Stay away very far away.

  I was in a jam had 4 guests in my Airbnb & the toilet was leaking from the bottom. It was 5:00 on a Friday night. After calling, the very nice receptionist set up an appointment within 1/2 hour, which turned to to be 1..5 hours. The technician came & the 1st thing he said was that to snake the toilet when out (I mean you really cant snake a toilet main line without doing this) it would be an extra charge ) about 1/2 again of the estimated $124.95. Then we explained the ************ acted as if he had never heard of such a thing. That should have been my 1 st clue. So WE pulled the toilet. Im an interior designer, my husband a flooring contractor The technician then had to bring down his snaking machine which seemed jammed at 1st & then sad he had a 100 snake & proceeded with no results. I actually couldnt tell if he fed the snake through. I have had this done before & there has been significant force used. The snake had **************** even pull up a piece of toilet paper. He said the clog must be way down the pipe & probably was flushable wipes!!!! THEN HE TRIED TO SELL ME A $2700 HYDROJET DRAIN CLEAR!!!! He came down to $1800. And a camera view! Ridiculous. I called my plumber who does not do snaking & he said from what I described the clog is very close to the top & the hydro jet was 4x at least of what it should be The emergency is why I used this company who quoted me a big price & immediately added on, & I doubt he fed the snake anywhere. Oh yes he also OFFERED to snake it again for another $124.95 but thought the $1800 was more appropriate. WHAT A SCAM, I FEEL RIPPED OFF. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID - made what seemed like an emergency lead me to a poor decision. So I still have the clog, had a GIANT mess to clean up, AND WE HAD TO PULL OUR OWN TOILET OUT!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  Anywhere rooter was hired to do work on basement pipes, the work was completed, and paid for. At that time, the rep informed us that additional work needed to be done from, home to main line, stating it was a disaster waiting to happen. The price for the work was 12, 500 and needed to be paid up front. This company preyed on our inexperience and vulnerabilities as well as a high pressure company representative. A check for the total amount was given to the company and they stated work would begin in a few days. We requested a breakdown of what needed to be done and after two weeks went by an invoice was received, still no work done as company stated they were waiting on the City. At no time prior to invoice being received were we told there would be a 25% cancelation fee. At the end of July, after many more phone calls to this company, a decision was made to cancel, we called and requested the cancel as well as request for monies to be returned. At no time during this process was anything signed contractually. We then were awaiting our refund. Weeks went by with calls being made, and no refund arrived. At this point, with each call, no one seemed to know why we had not received our refund. We requested a call back from a financial person and none was received. On August 21st, we made a call and was told, someone was going to call us back which they did stating a check was to be cut that day, but none was received. On Aug 25, we called again, and rep stated, technical difficulties for reason check not being received and would cut the check would be cut on August 28th. We informed them we could pick the the check up, but the co rep stated no, they had to send it. I believe it was a stalling method. On August 29th, another call was made to company and rep stated check was sent on Monday, Aug 28th, and should be received in a few days. Check was received on August 30th minus the 25%. Bottom line is, company is unethical,unprofessional, and total lack of communication.

  BEWARE!!! This is NOT Roto Rooter!!I initially called to get my pipes cleared of roots. I was told that I needed $7000+ repair to fix the problem, or it would be disastrous! I believed the high pressure salesman, and had it done. Now its one month later, and my drain is backed up again!! I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come clear the pipe again. I was hoping to ask why they didnt fix it properly the first time. Im not terribly surprised that they didnt show up. Not even a phone call. I feel like I was taken in by a fast talking huckster. High pressure sales and terrible service. No integrity.

  We had hot water issues for issues for almost 6 months because I used a different plumber. Hed been out 3 times. It took ****** and ******* a combined 90 minutes to diagnose, find the part, and fix his mistake. Theyve have ** up & running! Wont call anyone else moving forward!

  We had a back-up in our basement after the washing machine ran we called the night of and was told they would have a crew out to snake the drain the next day. When ******* showed up he snaked the drain and discovered a lot of sludge, so he then said he was going to run the camera down the line. Upon inspection he found several sections where the cast iron pipe had deteriated and the water was draining directly into the mud. They stated that the drain would have to be replaced, he waived the $69 fee for the drain cleaning and arrainged a time later in the day to come talk to my mom and sister in person about what was foundand to explain financing options. Work started the next day which was a thursday, his guys showed up and covered everything with tarps and plastic. They were nothing but profeesional the whole time on site. On friday the guys found an additional tie into the line from our upstairs bathrooms, the immediately scoped that line as well and discovered that it could be lined and he got me financed on that and scheduled the liner to be placed on Monday. Worked finished today, during work on replacing the concrete his lead guy found a section of the line from our 1st level bathroom was leaking and he replaced that section for us. I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone that has plumbing issues.
