      I have been lock out of my personal email. I have been trying to contact the business, however nos success. Every time i call bots answer or I am disconnected.

      I am unable to access my Yahoo email. I have contacted Yahoo three times to help me access it. They requested my drivers license, which I provided and yet they are telling me they cannot verify who I am.

      I was locked out of my email account **************************************** I tried to get help from Yahoo customer service but could only get help if I signed up for "premium customer service" I signed up for it in April ******************************************** access my account, after 10 or more attempts I got fed up and just created a new email account ************************************* I have been trying to cancel the premium customer service since May 2025. Since I created a new account they started charging me for premium service for 2 accounts although I never signed up for premium service on my new email account. They charged me $5.38 for two accounts total ($10.76) in May, *********** and they finally stopped charging for 2 accounts in August but still charging for a service I have tried to cancel multiple times. I just tried their online chat and at the end they sent me a link for customer service but I would have to pay $5.00 to get help then the chat went away, I could not respond to what they sent me, because they know they are wrong for trying to charge me for help canceling a service.

      AOL has placed a 2 factor verification on my email without my request. I dont have access to the recovery email or phone number they provide. Theyve locked my account and required a paid support, when you call for help they act like they cant help you and never give you a solution.

      I am locked out of my Yahoo account and I have forgotten my passcode key numbers. I have several emails under one and so my backup is locked as well. I called customer service twice they want me to pay which is not right. I just want a customer service *** to call me to rectify the situation. No one from Yahoo is trying to help me

      Yahoo! Mail lockdown of an account my account and wants me to reset my password. I tried to reset my password and I do not have access to my recovery phone number or my old email. The only way for me to reset my password toget back in is to call the customer service number and they want me to pay to get access to my emails.

      Yahoo! Forces their customers to pay for a monthly service fee for any kind of customer service. I just need my password reset and am unable to do so. The app is prompting me to pay for yahoo premium help which is $12-$15. This should be criminal. My email has been active for almost 10 years. ************************************

      I have a yahoo email of over 25 years. However, recently I have lost access to it, and my recovery phone number and email are no longer active. It appears that the only way that I can attempt to recover said email is via paid "premium" service, with undisclosed fees. There seems to be no other options for customer support, which seems ridiculous to me. All I wish is to recover my yahoo email account.

      Yahoo will not let me log in to my account due to an older phone number (that I have no access to) being connected. When I contacted them they said there's nothing they can do and the only way to move forward is to pay a fee. I'm locked out of my Yahoo email and can not log in due to needing verification from said old phone number. Yahoo does not provide any other option to log in/verify and I stopped receiving emails to the address in total.
