    Who is behind these charges? I have seen a transaction on April 23, 2023, for $19.00 from SMARTYPLUS.NET. I did not order anything from you. I did not authorize these charges and am unsure how you even knew my bank account!!!!

    Smarty plus has been taking money from my account now for a couple of months. I have no interest or knowledge of their service. Can't get in touch with customer service to stop the transactions.

    I have never subscribed ( when I tried to subscribe my bank cancled the payment, which I comply to as I thought there would be a reason why a bank would block a transaction ) and went out and about with my life without completing the account making part, I did not even set password and such as my bank refused to make the transaction go through and I did not wanted to go further in with the transaction. But I realized your company charged me with 19$ on Aprill 24th ( it's April 23rd for me right now ) which I didn't get any perks nor knew that the subscription was going on. Please file me a refund and cancelation of subscription in addition to getting rid of my billing info.

    I found a charge on my bank statement for $13.00 for 4/1/2023 and I did NOT subscribe to anything from this company. I NEVER heard of it until I got my bank statement today 4/22/2023. I want this whatever it is UNSUBSCRIBED to effect as of todays date 4/1/2023. If I continue to see these charges on my bank statements in the future I WILL turn it in to the law. I also will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this matter. I know its only $13.00 to you all but to me thats a large chunk of the money that I need to survive on. I want that $13.00 refunded to me immediately. Have a Blessed Day ******************************************

    I don't recall ever signing up for this website and yet it has now charged my credit card 3x 3.00/19.00/19.00 & after 2 hours on the phone with my credit card company I have had to cancel my card and order a new one, have to fill out billing dispute paperwork and hope that I get reimbursed. Smartycashback.com is a total fraud and there is no way to contact them or cancel my non subscription without a login to their website which I never logged into previously. The number listed doesn't even have enough digits to call and there is no guarantee that I will get my money back

    On 04/21/2023 I woke up to a charge smartyplus.net of $19.00. I looked it up and used my ****** account to get in to see if I for some reason forgot to cancel a trial, because I do that sometimes. I am not aware of this subcription and can not find it anywhere. I also do not find where I would need this website at all.
