Somehow I must have joined smartyplus.net without knowing I did it .This seems like a scam to me because I would not join such a business yet somehow i feel I was tricked into joining. They withdrew $13.00 on March 20/23 from my **** card and I discovered a new attempt on April 20/23 . This was when I realized it must be a subscription I know I did not sign up for.Business Response

I wasn't aware that I signed up for anything. I requested cancellation on March 21st after I saw the first $19 deduction. I got no response and the $19 was taken out of my account again. Please cancel and refund my $.Business Response

Today, April 20th 2023, I was purchasing movie tickets when your ad came up on my phone. It said I could get $15 dollars back so I put in my information including my debit card. I was NOT informed that you would be taking $3 out of my bank account. I do not want you to have my information and I would also like to get my money back. Some months before Feb. 1, 2023 this company, "Smarty Cash Back" has been adding a number of 13$ charges to my ************ credit card unbeknownst to me. My balance was increasing so I called the customer service number and they said they'd pursue it. After this 3 of the charges were redeposited into my account but no more of the 130$ charges. I have never heard of this company before in my life, however I found a $19.00 charge from them on my bank account! I immediately called my bank and filed a fraud claim.
