    12/31/2022 $19.00 01/31/2023. $19.00 I did not open any account with Smartyplus.net and did not give permission to anyone else to do so. My bank account has been charged the two transactions listed above and all I want is a refund. They tell me to sign into my account, but I can't do that because I have no password. I want to warn others to keep a check on their bank account.

    Beginning in December 2022 I started getting charged from smartyplus.net. I have no idea what this is or how they gathered my information, but this is not something that I subscribed to. I am unable to "cancel my subscription" because I need to put in my account information. Since I never created an account, I have no information to input. I will be filing a fraudulent charge dispute with my bank to have this resolved.

    Never sighed up for this. They ask for account number to cancel. I do not have such any account number. Also keeps saying my email is incorrect which it is not. Cannot locate any phone number to call. Please advise and file complaint for me.

    Beginning in Jan 17, 2023 an unauthorized charge on my credit card was made for $3.00 and then $19 on Jan 25, and all from a smartycashback.com. I never signed up for this company or any of their services or goods, I never created any account related to this company or this website, these charges just appeared out of nowhere. And when I tried to look them up, I saw thousands of complaints online regarding this website. And when I type this website, they have my account?!, and in my account, there is the option to opt out by logging into my account with them. I never created any account with a username or password. I am pretty sure if I try to log in they will use any information I gave them to scam me further. My credit card company has been notified and is investigating. This is ridiculous how these people behind smartycashback.com are living their lives on scamming honest people. I never authorized anything or any transactions from this company or their website and how can I have an account with them. They also put in baiting notice and chat box and false cash back bulbs on their website for honest people to click or contact them so that to be charged again!!!! I filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company and they will be disputing the charges at this point. If this issue is not solved, I am ready to file a lawsuit against this company and I am pretty sure I can get a class action filed up giving the amount of complaint about this website and this scam company I got from internet just by today alone!!!!

    I've never signed up for or subscribed to Smarty Plus however I've noticed to different monthly charges for 19 dollars a month.

    I noticed a charge on one of my credit card
    from this business of $19.00. I immediately had an online chat with ******* on 1/20/2023. from this business. I told him I never joined this business and never gave my permission to charge my credit card for$19.00 monthly. He stated he would cancel this subscription and send me an email immediately to verify the cancelation. I do have the online chat to verify this. He also stated my credit card would be refunded the $19.00. I never received the email that ******* said he was going to send. I also never received an email that I joined this business. I appreciate that this business refund my money and follow thru as they said they would.

    I accept your response regarding the refund to my credit card. It is still a mystery to me how you obtained my credit card information? I never received an email from you regarding these charges. I also checked my spam and trash and nothing was found. Hopefully this matter is resolved and I do not want to see any further charges to my account from your Company.

    I had received a transaction from Smarty for no reason. I have not subscribed to them and I don't know what that is. I haven't got any emails from them either.

    In November 2022 an unauthorized charge on my debit card was made for $3.00 and then $19 in that same month and then for the next 2 months. I did not catch these charges until now, January. I've never heard of smartycashback.com and I don't have any recollection of signing up and putting my card information on this website to be charged, these charges just appeared. At first I didn't think anything of it but now I see I'm am not the only one who has had a problem. I have never authorized anything from this company and I've tried contacting them directly but all they did was argue that it's my name and informationon on the account so the best they could do was unsubscribe me and refund my money for only this month. I went ahead and deleted the account which I did not make with my card information and filed a dispute with my bank and hopefully they will be disputing these charges.

    I noticed a charge on my debit card of $19.00 from Smarty Cash Back. com and I never subscribed with them. I work for a law firm and I don't understand how they got my personal information. I would like this subscription cancelled that was never set up by me and file a complaint for fraud against them.

    Smarty.com, the popup for this scam came up while i was on ************ (legit site), while I was browsing. Smarty.com offered to give rebates on shipping fees and a few different kinds of other rewards when joining for $3 (Nov.30/22), for a two week trial. After I wasn't able to make or enter information for any claims as per their advertised services of rebates in exchange for the monthly fees, they still charge my bank account. The website Smarty.com would allow me to start filling out a request for a rebate, but then it would be incomplete due to it stating "information invalid" or that it was processing, but yet never received any refund, or confirmation of my request. After the initial 2 weeks of trial, i was then charged a full $19 (Dec.8/22) by "*****************" aka Smarty.com. After they took a full monthly fee, still no refunds able to be made, so i sent an email asking how to get rebate, refund, or at least tell me how to cancel, but no one ever replied. They continued for a second month to take money from my bank account, another $19 (Jan.9/23) , despite not honouring their rebate offers, or replyingtomy inquiries. Finally, i read a reputable complaint review online that explained exactly where and how to cancel my subscription. But it says on the Smarty.com website that once you cancel, any refunds would be void, so i wasn't sure how to proceed, as i therefore would have been charged $41, without having had any servicesor offers honored. I did finally cancel on Dec.8/22, because i wasn't going to continue having money taken from me when i wasn't receiving any services, or even replies, as they had advertised. After I canceled I received an email stating that I canceled my subscription; yet they still continued to take out the $19/mth fees again. Finally had to file a dispute with my bank to get back this last billing month.
    Even their "verify trust", review website that pops up when you search for information is a total scam when you look into it.
