I need a full refund of all the fraudulent charges from this site to my account! I never signed up for this site, I don't even know what it is. I spoke with customer service already and they refunded the last 4 charges. However, I've been charged for a whole year! I need a FULL refund. This smartyplus is a scam and stole my money. I want all of it back ASAP! The charges started on July 21'st 2024. I just caught it today when looking at my bank statements and didnt even know I had been paying it all this time. It's a violation of my privacy to steal my cc info like this! I refuse to be scammed like this! Refund me the remaining 152 dollars!!!Business Response

Account was illegally hacked and funds taken out without permission. I know for a fact my mother and I did not sign up for anything cash back or Smarty Plus; however, there was an illegal transaction on our bank account. They used my deceased fathers account information to illegally take funds is what I am guessing since we have had several people use his identity illegally last month. We want an immediate refund. This is extremely unprofessional and illegal. We are working with a local attorney to pursue criminal charges in court.Business Response

This business signed me up for a subscription without my explicit consent, and charged me a total of $100 (one-hundred dollars) over 4 (four) months. 1) $25 charged on 02/12/2025 2) $25 charged on 03/12/2025 3) $25 charged on 04/14/2025 4) $25 charged on 05/11/2025 When I spoke with their customer service and asked how this happened, the employee informed me that I signed up for the premium subscription through another site. I have never heard of Smarty Cash Back and I asked them to cancel said subscription. I am still unsure as to how they retrieved my information and authorized payment. On May 2, 2025 I decided to give SmartyMe App a try. I figured since it was $9.99 and they said if you are not satisfied then you could get a refund. Why not try it out to see if I like it. I never ended up trying it out because I was disgusted by the deception they use when you purchase the service. Upon paying the $9.99 I was also immediately charged $19.99 and I didnt see where that was posted. Then I decided to reach out only to find out that contacting them would be quite the task. Because the information on this company is not readily available. Once finally finding a way to contact them, then Im hit with the spiel oh we canceled your account but you cant get a refund. Smart Plus has charged my card from 2/22/24 through 5/2/25 without my knowledge or consent. They received my information from another party but, will not tell me which party or company they received the information from. They refunded 6 transactions of 19$ yet, thats not even half of what was taken. They have either past or current lawsuits in other states.Found an email asking to set up my account.
