Smart plus net. Is charging me for a subscription of $25 a month. Never heard of them and did not accept this charge. Its a super scam and I dont want anyone else to be scammed. Its so hard to cancel it.

I started getting random charges from the company even though I never signed up for a subscription or even knew what they were until they charged me . I can block companies on my card so they cant charge but they apparently wanna scam and be skeezy so the have a set of three numbers and letters at the end so you have to repeatedly block them I have no account with them no email from them and I have no idea how they even signed me up for whatever it is they do

I was scammed into joining and after trying to cancel im still getting charged after having the payments stop on the business they start up again and im losing 25 dollars a month for something that isnt even a real thing just takes 25 bucks out my account every month.

I discovered today, October 16th,, through my cardprovider'sr access portal that I was charged $25 for a subscription that I never signed up for in the first place. Gaining further information from my card provider said that there was an initial charge of $1 on October 9 that never registered in my transaction history.

I am being charged $25/month by Smartyplus and have never signed up for anything from them. I have disputed the charge each month with ********* and they have reversed it but it pops up again the next month. I have read online that this company is a scam please shut them down.

Wrongful charges on my account without my knowledge. Tried multiple times to contact business/ customer service for explanation ,refund, and cancelation of any and all service bit was not successful. This place needs to be sued and prison time should be a result of such theft.

The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account. Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details. I am an 86 year old retired man living on social security. I was charged $19.99 monthly since April 2024 by ******************************. Did not sign up for nor did ever use service. I called and cancelled. and requested refund of all charges. They only reimbursed 3 months of charges. This is unacceptable and they are taking advantage of the elderly.
