      I'm not sure where this charge came from. I've been charged for 4 months now and just noticed. I do not use this website nor do I plan to take advantage of the discounts associated. I'd like a refund and have processed a cancelation on the website associated with my email address. Thank you

      We have searched our records and four payments with cards ending in 2153 were made on 1Mar2025.  The names and emails for these records do not match what you have disclosed to us.  Our subscriptions are indexed by name and email.  Of course our request for your email is relevant as there are other subscriptions in our system with the name "****** *******" however, none with the email ********************** that you have disclosed to the BBB.

      I recently found out that the company ShipmentsFree out of CA has been charging me $19 per month since May 2023, which adds up to $437 that was stolen from me. I believe they may have scammed me from a free senior phone I obtained around that time. I went thru all my online accts. that I had ordered from in 2023 and couldn't find any sign of the company, so I really believe it was that awful free phone.I have had brain surgery and did not pay attention to my bank statement. I have been busy just healing and did not check my accts. and I should not have had to.This company I believe are criminals, I do know that I have not received nor ordered any services from this ompany. I believe they may have accessed my account thru a senior free cell phone I had for a brief time. The phone had not been properly wiped and I could tell it had been used for criminal activity. I know that I have never had any dealings w/them.These are bad people doing bad things to good people and they need stopped.I have reported this to both my bank and the Attorney General along w/BBB.Also I see they have a favorable rating w/BBB. How did that happen?Please investigate these crooks. I am 70+ and need every cent I get. I will only except a full refund.Lastly, I do believe that this constitutes as wire fraud under Title 18, Section 1343 of the United States Code.Thank you for your time ***** S. ******

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company stated someone in my household probably did this. Not true. No one has access to my account nor would they use it. They say it was from an **** purchase. I have never bought from ****. They say they have proof of order and requested shipping services, I want them to prove it and I want to see the invoice.

      Regardless, this company is not doing business in a fair way. It is underhanded and it seems they prey on the elderly and challenged population to make money. It is shameful they are allowed to eek by laws and not challenged w/their way of doing business.

      I expect a full refund and hopefully BBB will take this as at least a warning about what they are up to.

      To many $400 isn't a large amount to make a big issue about, but I am 73 yr. old neurodivergent woman who needs every *****.

      I have never had any transactions w/****. So why in the world would I get a totally strange shipping service. I am and was a senior citizen who was recovering from brain surgery at the time of your "monthly service charge began", which if you checked was never used. Yet you happily took $19 per month from me. Total $437. If you have receipts, show them. Services rendered? prove them.

      Shipments ******** is a scam! I checked my bank statements, I found out this company charged my account $25 dollars each month. I dont even know what its. I called my bank to cancel my bank account. And the specialist in the bank help me to look up what this company is and two day later this company refunded my money. And I saw from BBB reviews, I found out most complains from this company are charged others credit card without authorization. It is pretty scary!!! Beware!
