      Thank you for contacting us through the BBB.  Our records indicate that there has been no prior contact from you for an opportunity to resolve any issues directly with us.  Contrary to your claim, you are familiar with us.  We note that you intentionally signed up and immediately applied for our First Purchase Rebate (8578457590-2284484734) as a check to be sent to your home address.  Based on the contents of this complaint, we've gone ahead and cancelled that rebate out.  We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting an automotive site (globaltransmissionparts) on 5Nov2024.  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information.  The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account.  Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details.  We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase.  This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently or unknowingly.  We confirm that we have cancelled your subscription and refunded your one $25 payment.  Curious on why the claim was for $50 and not what was originally charged.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

      There was a $25.00 taken from my bank account. I have no idea who this company is and I never signed up for anything. My statement just side purchase by *************** for $25.00 today is Nov 22 2024 and today is when it came out.

      You have been charging my account 19$ for about 5 times now. I have been trying to see how to unsubscribe, but I cant find a way to. I never gave consent to you to take away my money, I hope you can cancel my subscription, and give me my refund of all the money you took out my account with out my consent.

      There was a charge on my credit card for $19 on November 3rd, 2024. I do not know this company nor did I authorize any sort of charge to my credit card. This is a fraudulent charge and what I believe to be a scam company.

      I am writing to formally address a $25 charge labeled as SHIPMENTFR on my debit card, which appeared today on November 22nd *****. To my knowledge, I did not authorize this transaction, nor have I placed any orders or shipments recently that would justify this charge. My last food order was approximately two weeks ago, and all associated charges were already processed at that time.This delayed and unexpected charge has caused confusion and concern. I kindly request an explanation for this transaction, as well as a refund for the $25, as it does not align with any service I have recently used.Please resolve this issue promptly and refrund my money

      I shopped on reverb on 11/12, and must have signed up for a subscription to this business. either way, I never remember seeing that i would be charged monthly. Today, I got an apple pay charge for 25 dollars from ****************, and while I do want to be refunded for that money that I never remember seeing would ever be charged towards me, I find it incredibly slimy how their website features NO OPTION to cancel a subscription. You instead have to email and pray for a reply. What kind of subscription service doesnt allow you to simply cancel the subscription? The membership icon which features a payment card image is literally a blank menu. This all tells me this business preys on people not finding the charges to their account and when they do, they make it very hard to cancel the subscription in a simple way. I want my 25 dollars back, which I did nothing to become charged with, and I want my subscription cancelled. I do not want to pay this business any money at all, I want nothing to do with it.
