      Im having monthly $19 charges to a credit card for this service- I didnt order it

      We believe that you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us.  We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting the Orothestore site on 31Jul2024.  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information.  The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account.  Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details.  We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase.  This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently or unknowingly.  Your subscription was cancelled and payments refunded per a previous chat session with us on 3Dec2024.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

      For the last two months my bank account was charged ***** without my or my husbands authorization. I did not sign up for any rebates/gift cards, or trials as others had mentioned in their complaints that I had read. I may have provided my email address to inquire, but once banking information was asked I would not have provided under any circumstances. I do not use my bank card online for any reason as I have a disabled son and those funds are secured for his care and all online purchases are done by my credit card only. We had the bank flag the first charge and nothing has been done about it and now there is a second charge! I dont know how companys can charge someones account this way?

      This company I have never used made two 25 dollar charge and one of which was after I called and changed my card. I called the company also and they were trying to get more financial information from me . They were very unprofessional and sounded to be a call center based in *****.

      Charge my account without having authorization I never signed up for a membership nor I do I know what it even is and they charged my account $25.00 and I just now caught it recently and had to order a new card which cost me $35
