I was charged 25$ from this website (shipmentsfree) and I have never used this website in my life. I dont need my money going away to a random business that has my card information for some reason. I need a refund ASAP.Business Response

On 12/06/2024 I got a mystery charge for 25 dollars from shipmentsfree.com . I have never heard of this business or done any business with them. I definitely not give them permission to charge me for some subscription. I have tried to contact them multiple times to request a refund and cancellation but the have not responded.Business Response

This website keeps attempting to charge $25 to my credit card which Im not even sure how they got my card info, even after changing my card details through my bank. Ive had to freeze both of my card rendering them unusable because of this scam company. I demand these charge attempts halt at once.Business Response

We note that you intentionally signed up and immediately applied for our First Purchase Rebate (4640102667-3798381227). Based on the contents of this complaint, we've gone ahead and cancelled that rebate out. We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting a ******************************* Store (exact website unknown) on 15Nov2024. Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information. The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account. Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details. We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase. This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us. It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently or unknowingly. We confirm that we have cancelled your subscription. No refund is due as no successful payments were made. Contrary to your claim, you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us. We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting a movie ticket site (exact website unknown) on 28Jul2024. My 17 year old daughter's debit card is being charged $19 per month from **************** and she does not know why she is incurring these charges.
