      On December 6 2024 a website called shipmentsfree.com that I have never heard of was stating that they will send me a 20$ cash back that will be mailed to me. First of all, I never gave them ANY debit/credit information but found a way to charge me 25$ on December 13. This is unacceptable and want my money back for a charge that I never authorized.

      06-24-2024, 05-24-2024, 04-24-2024 is some totaling $60 just for these 3. I've tried for many months to get them to STOP, but I get run around and attitude. Also, want then to take me off their whatever list, and stop charging me. When I contacted them several times I get "you need to contact **************** or **************** or some other ************ to resolve. Like to see their business ended, but all that does is for them to create a new. below is a total they keep charging me $19.00 monthly.       i have been charged $19 by shipment ******** on the 10th of every month since 7/10. That was the first charge date. I never signed up for this or even know what it is. id like to be refunded for all of the charges.

      though i will say your advertisements are incredibly misleading. i work with marketing and "the small details", i definetely understand the schemes. little or big in the section, it was NOT obvious id be charged $30? which is double what everyone else who falsely "signed up". as this was my first (and last) time interacting with you guys id say this was not a good experience. disappointed to see so many others fall for this scam thinking they are getting "money back" for their purchases. refund and cancellation is still appreciated, happy to close this case and wishing less people will fall for it.
