      We believe that you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us.  We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting a Clothing and Apparel site (exact website unknown) on 21Oct2024.  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information.  The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account.  Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details.  We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase.  This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently, unknowingly or unaware that there will be monthly charges incurred.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

      December 29, 2024 a random charge for $25 came out of my account. Ive never been charged this before and have no idea what shipment free is.

      I have never heard of or used this company yet they charged me 25 dollars on December 25. I cancelled my cards immediately which was fun because I was on vacation. They are a scam.

      When purchasing something through ****** I was given a pop up window after the purchase to get a $25 rebate from ShipmentsFree.com. Upon signing up and entering my debit information to get this rebate, I was instead signed up for a useless subscription service from the company and immediately charged $25 instead of being given it. It is a very misleading and predatory business practice especially during the holiday season.

      I never signed up for this service. I purchased a significant number of items from a retail store, where I was prompted to enter my information to receive a $15 cashback, which I never received. Today, I noticed my card was charged $25. I don't recognize the company or understand why my card was charged $25.

      I was purchasing a Christmas gift online and right after I checked out with my credit card, a pop up came on my screen for some shipping for free website subscription that I didnt want to sign up for. It brought me to another screen where they took my information from my gift purchase and made themselves an account for me. I didnt even give them any of my information! They took my name, email and card # from my purchase. I immediately found a number on the site to call and cancel. They said it will cancel after 7 day trial. Then after 7 days I was charged a $25 monthly fee. I immediately emailed them once I saw it explaining I did not want this and it was supposed to be cancelled. I got an automated email back saying theyll respond within 24 hours. Its been several days and no response. How can someone take your info online to sign me up for something I never signed up for. I feel like this is a scam. Otherwise a very unreliable and skeptical company. But I never used their service or even sign up for an account. Im so upset. I know its only $25 but I make very little. Its Christmas season and they have ignored my requests 4 times. Since then *** made several attempts to contact them to cancel this subscription they set up without my consent (Ive saved each email which is their preference for subscription cancellations). Its been since 12/7 and no response. Even charging me after the fact. Please see my attached emails, including the ONLY ONE received from them which was automated and saying someone will be in contact with me in 24 hours. Im still waiting for them to respond.

      I have been getting charges from this website for 19 dollars every month. I dont know why because I dont recall ever even being on this website. I would just like this problem to be fixed and it to stop charging my account. If possible I would also like a refund. This happened 5 times.

      12/14/24 Shipments ******** charged my card $25. I never authorized or signed up. When I called the company they couldnt find me in the system. When I tried to call back the company they refused to answer the phone.
