I am not liable for this debt with PROGRESSIVE, I do not have a contract with CAINE & WEINER They are trying to collect for a bill from beyond my cancellation date. I do not have any signed agreements with Caine and Weiner. C&W is currently violating the **** laws by reporting false information to credit bureaus. I cancelled my auto insurance with progressive in nov 2024, progressive billed me beyond my cancellation date for a full month. I have explained this multiple times to Caine and weiner, they refuse to assist. I do not owe anything to progressive for Dec 2024 as i am being billed for.i demand this be removed immediately from all 3 credit bureaus and all collections on this progressive account stop immediately.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I have called Caine and Weiner. They have refused to fix the wrong. I had progressive from June 2025 till November 2025. Per Caine and Weiner they billed me up to dec 25 2025. I switched insurance as of dec 1 25, which I have disclosed to them and progressive. I also have spoken to progressive about the billing and asked why I was billed beyond my cancellation of the policy.
Last time I called the customer service team of ******************** the lady straight told me I had no choice but to pay for the service that I did jot have to get this removed from my credit.
Caine and weiner are in violation of ****. I will be filing a grievance with **** and seek legal guidance against Caine and weiner if this js not resolved by the 20th of August 2025.

I'm the **********************. Caine & Weiner continues to ask for money for a bill that is due for *************. Caine & Weiner sent me a copy of the invoice from ****** that they say shows *************** owes them money. The invoice clearly shows that ****** Realty is who received the services and owes the money. I've provided Caine & Weiner contact information for *************. I've explained this several times and explained to them where on the invoice it shows that ****** Realty is the one who received the services from Everon. I've even contacted Everon and they stated that *************** does not owe them money because the bill was paid, not because it was sent to collections.Business Response
