    My name is ****** ****** and I am filing this complaint against Caine & Weiner, located in **********, due to their repeated and unlawful handling of disputed collections. On multiple occasions, I have disputed accounts they reported to the credit bureaus. Each dispute was investigated and found to be valid in my favor, confirming that the collections were not accurate or enforceable. Despite this, Caine & Weiner has continued to refile and re-report the same accounts, often with different identifiers or through different credit unions, which results in my credit being flagged as unpaid and placed back into collections.This conduct has caused ongoing damage to my credit profile and has forced me into a cycle of continually disputing the same accounts. Such repeated re-reporting of invalid or previously disputed accounts constitutes harassment and is a violation of both the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). By knowingly re-aging and re-reporting debts that were already proven invalid, Caine & Weiner is not only disregarding the results of prior disputes but also engaging in deceptive and unfair collection practices.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau intervene to put an end to this behavior. Caine & Weiner should be required to immediately cease all collection activity related to these disputed accounts, remove the improper reports from all credit bureaus, and provide written confirmation that they will not continue this practice in the future. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including copies of my disputes, validation results, and credit reports that clearly show the repeated refilings by Caine & Weiner.

    I am disputing an invalid account reported by ***************************** Name]** on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law.

    I honestly dont get why CAINE & WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account ******* Amount Disputed: $320
