      Caine and ****** is contacting me about a Progressive account. Like I have said to multiple companies including Caine and Warner Progressive attempted to take a payment after my policy was canceled. I spoke with my agent at ******************* insurance group as well as Progressive. My bank gave me the money back when I filled a fraud claim and this company is not understanding this and will not stop communication with me and still says it's in collections. My policy was canceled effective July 15 2024 and you can see the payment was taken after. The second screen shot shows that my bank determined it was fraud and returned the money as my policy with State Farm started July 15th 2024.

      I have submitted all proper documentation that is necessary said company may contact 5/3 bank fraud department as they are the ones handling the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Go back a read the complaint filled after July 12th 2024 when said policy was canceled progressive did not have authorization to pull any money from my account after that date. On July 17th 2024 they drafted money after my policy was to originally cancel and that date was July 15th 2024. After July 15th 2024 i secured insurance through **********. I told Progressive if the funds were not returned that I would charge them 3 times the amount for damages. Progressive insurance has a balance with my office for $600 until that is paid this matter will not go away. Caine and ****** has since blocked my number and I am not able to communicate with them so as far as I am concerned they have sent it back to Progressive for them to handle. Any further collections activity from Caine and Warner will result in legal action taking place

      Caine & Weiner did not provide me with an original contract. I have nothing to send except for the false negative **** that they are reporting to the credit bureaus.

      We completed our re-investigation of this complaint. Based on the information reviewed, we have determined this dispute is substantially similar to a dispute previously investigated and responded to on September 3, 2024. Please send any additional information or documentation to support your dispute to our office to re-investigate. Until additional information is received, we maintain the consumer and account information has been accurately reported to the credit reporting agencies.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Iam not liable for the debt associated with Progressive. I do not have a contract with your company, and despite my previous request, you have not provided the original contract.

      Once again, I am requesting that you provide me with the ORIGINAL CONTRACT that shows I agreed to pay the debt you are claiming. As I have no agreement with your company, I ask that you send the original contract, INCLUDING MY SIGNATURE, that establishes my liability for this debt.
