    Ive disputed this several times, and youve failed to correct false, inaccurate, and unverifiable information on my credit report. At this point, your inaction appears willful and puts you in violation of the **** and ********* are reporting an account I never opened and for which I never gave consent:06 PROGRESSIVE Account #: ******** Under ** U.S.C. *****, you must have a permissible purpose to report or access my credit. I have not given you written consent, which also violates 5 U.S.C. 552a. I am demanding proof with my signature authorizing this account. If you cannot provide this, the account must be deleted *************** are now in violation of the following:15 USC 1681i Failure to reinvestigate 15 USC 1681b No permissible purpose 15 USC 1692g Failure to validate 15 USC 1681c-2 Failure to block inaccurate data 15 USC 1681n Willful noncompliance Youve had multiple opportunities to fix this. Ive documented everything.
