    This is not my debt. I have no contract with Caine & Weiner. I have asked for proof of contract, but my signature request has not been fulfilled or honoured. I'm requesting this be deleted from my credit report.

    I honestly dont get why CAINE WEINER is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No; ******** Amount Disputed: $674

    Im filing a complaint regarding Caine & Weiner in connection with a collection account they reported for Progressive Insurance.I discovered this collection on my credit report in September 2025. This was the first time I became aware of it. I never received any letter, email, or phone call from Progressive or Caine & Weiner before it appeared on my credit report.I have no outstanding balance or liability with Progressive, and I do not believe this debt is valid. I contacted Caine & Weiner to request details and proof of the debt, but I have not received any documentation verifying that it belongs to me.Because of this, the collection is unfairly damaging my credit. I am requesting that this collection be removed from my credit report unless valid proof of the debt is provided. I would appreciate BBBs help in resolving this matter.
